九月和十月,是大閘蟹的季節,不過近來大閘蟹的食安問題嚴重,還是先不要吃。但很想吃黃澄澄的肥美蟹黃啊,怎麼好呢。經朋友介紹下,來了話間轉角的日式串燒店。因為是為了蟹黃而來,毫不猶豫,叫了個蟹黃飯。飯一上枱,忍不住驚嘆了一下,金黃的蟹黃舖滿飯面,還有兩條長長的蟹腳和蟹蓋,視覺上,已令人食指大動。先咬一口蟹腳,那種鮮甜味是新鮮蟹才有的。再將一大口飯連同蟹黃送入口中,那種蟹香和飯香在口中爆發,簡直是一種享受。

魂燒除了這個特製激爆蟹黃飯外,特製蟹皇拉麵也有很多人的討論。我跟朋友二人吃蟹黃飯必定不夠飽,所以再點個蟹黃拉麵。湯底是由蟹膏加豬骨湯製成,吃的時候都能夾到一絲絲的蟹膏,不過蟹膏跟豬骨湯的味道也不算突出,略為普通。

魂燒是日式串燒店,除了剛剛的特製激爆蟹黃飯和蟹黃拉麵,我們還點了幾串串燒及燒鰻魚,味道串燒中規中舉吧!可是,等待時間都較為長,大概是串燒是即點即做的原因吧?而燒鰻魚味道不錯,唯一是醬汁加得重手了點。如果可以改善一下這個問題這就好了。 不過專誠來吃特製激爆蟹黃飯,總算沒有令我們失望。聽說有限量供應,要是怕撲個空的,記得先打電話預約吧。

Drinks options was not attractive. No alcohol on the menu, don't think they have liquor license. Ordered a can of sprite.

這是小弟第二次光顧此食店。第一次只嫌他們味精比較重之外,仍不算太壞感覺。但又仍然去第二次,主要因為他們的地點方便我在下課後,差不多10:00pm這種時間和家人吃晚飯。這次再度光顧,首先見兩位侍應生(其中一位可能是老闆吧)只顧在門口煲煙吹水,一幅唔憂做的樣子,完全不理會我們兩人。唯有自己上二樓找位置,然後坐下大概3-5分鐘,她們終於願意來為我們落單。她們馬馬虎虎的態度,完全無跟我們再核對一吓,那結果就當然是有漏單。漏單不算是甚麼大問題,最大問題是食物水準和態度。我們叫了牛肉薯餅+燒牛仔骨(這個牛仔骨最後漏單了),另外再叫黑蒜醬油湯麵(已經在落單紙上要求“濃湯”)配加叉燒和鰻魚湯麵。黑蒜醬油湯底根本跟清水的味道無分別,而鰻魚麵的湯底其實跟黑蒜醬油湯是一樣,亦是一樣的無味道。而叉燒就薄如紙張,亦淡淡毫無味道。草草吃完之後,在結帳後我親友輕輕告訴貌似老闆的女士,湯實在味淡如水,希望他們可以檢討改善,越做越好。結果換來一句粗魯回覆:“唔好味點解食嘅時候唔講!”總結,若果付款想享受比九記/澳牛更差的服務態度,又不介意更低的食物水準,而且不算平宜的價格,請去這一間食店。

最近每日公司車經過太子都會見到一間日式料理店,有次跟同事講起不如下次一齊去試,點知同事竟然一口應承而且仲決定立即book枱。店家門外是串燒位置,所有串燒即叫即燒,所以四處都充滿香味。店內座位不多,而且仲有室外位置,不過店子有冷氣設備,而且仲有好大個風機,完全唔怕熱。餐廳食物選擇都算多,由於我跟同事都有選擇困難症,點知店家原來有套餐優惠,我地當然二話不說各點一款套餐吧!套餐好抵食呀!已經包咗汽水,煎菜,味噌湯仲有2款刺身俾你揀,每款各三件,我地當然每款都有揀到啦!甜蝦 - 細細隻但鮮甜彈牙三文魚 - 唔算好厚身不過味道還不錯串燒都有2款任揀雞腎 - 燒得比較乾身,味道不過不失雞軟骨 - 香脆有咬口生姜豚肉飯豚肉用生姜加上燒汁煎煮過,豚肉鮮嫩多汁,滲出淡淡嘅生姜味,配上大碗飯,非常滋味。原來呢度嘅套餐係逢星期三就會轉一次menu,咁每星期都會有唔同既套餐供應,保持新鮮感。

經過在街頭位置,看到一間居食屋非常吸引,招牌位置鋪滿稻草,左邊是廚房,掛上橙色的日式串燒燈籠,右邊是四人的戶外座位,再看看門外的餐牌,大家都覺得合胃口就決定這間吧~

當初我們不停猶豫店舖是否只有戶外座位,畢竟天氣真的太熱,大家都想坐有冷氣的地方舒舒服服,所以詢問員工店鋪裏面是否也有座位?答案是「有啊⋯⋯」我們立即放心了,店內是有冷氣的,哈哈!


其實店內不大,一進入店舖有一排吧枱位,大概坐到三至四人,牆架上擺放了不少的日本裝飾~

這個爐端燒比目魚飯,經香煎後外層香脆,肉質嫩滑,雖然看似比較小件,但其實稍厚的,而伴碟的磨菇相當juicy ;翠玉瓜,車厘茄亦炒得非常香口,十分入味~

佢塊鰻魚都算幾大塊,com 住大半個飯
而汁都比得好夠,唔會有dry嘅感覺。不得不提嘅係佢真係比超多飯!如果一個人食晒成碗飯嘅話,應該真係唔駛叫小食都搞得掂。
至於味道方面,我覺得都算唔錯,鰻魚又夠嫩口,都幾香鰻魚味。配埋個汁甜甜地,真係會停唔到口一啖接住一淡。雖然唔稱得上頂級,但以佢嘅質素,加埋佢嘅分量,絕對對得住呢個價錢。認真係大件夾抵食

之後我地就叫左香蒜燒茄子,燒甜薯,同埋汁燒鹿兒島和牛。

香蒜燒茄子平時都係我嘅favourite,見呢度都唔算貴,梗係要叫黎試下~呢度嘅燒茄子同我之前食嘅比較起黎,冇燒得咁稔,雖然個人鐘意再稔返少少少少嘅,但其實佢都算ok,稔之餘都添返少少口感。
甜薯就比較普通,就係甜薯囉(係咪講緊廢話

而一口牛我個 人都幾鐘意,一串有5粒左右,每粒都大大粒。可惜因為佢後來比較遲先上,我又唔記得左影相。
雖然以我呢個窮人黎講都算係比較貴,但唔緊要啦一餐半餐~豁出去~
味道方面岩岩燒起嘅時候都幾香口,牛味都重。而即使佢大大粒及厚身,但佢出奇地唔un,唔通呢個就係和牛嘅威力
而肥嘅地方又唔多,我本身就係一個好怕肥肉嘅人,但呢度完全係可以成粒食冇問題~不過個人覺得佢燒得未係好夠熱,差少少,如果可以熱多少少嘅話會更好。
最後就叫左個南瓜雪糕黎作為飯後甜品,見咁多人推薦,即使貴,但唔食好似對唔住自己!

佢真係以原隻南瓜咁上,都幾得意~神奇嘅係我同個fd邊食邊傾,都食左好耐先食晒成個雪糕,但佢都唔溶!呢點我非常欣賞!不過最搞笑嘅係我覺得佢食落唔似南瓜味,而似椰子味(到底係咩奇葩嘅味覺)
無論我點食,我都完全食唔出佢有南瓜味。不過我朋友表示佢食得出南瓜味,因為佢以前好憎南瓜,所以對呢種味比較敏感。雖然佢最後都比我說服左係椰子味
如果視佢為一個椰子雪糕嘅話,其實佢係幾香嘅,甜度適中,而且口感都夠滑。同埋佢份量都唔算細。不過平心而論,即使佢都算唔錯,但$58食呢個雪糕都真係幾唔抵,去食haagen-daz好似開心D~
欣賞佢呢間餐廳冇限時,可以任坐~同朋友坐左成4個半鐘

總括而言呢餐都算係ok嘅。我會願意返黎試佢個蟹黃飯~等我呀~~~~
