有野做嚟開太安樓附近 見多人排隊就諗住試一試…..結果好後悔…浪費左錢事少….浪費食野quota 事大!魚蛋好普通 可能唔係我最愛食嘅陳皮魚蛋但都唔緊要 普通嘅都ok 個汁可以搭救….但個汁又唔辣 又唔香 又唔野味 食完果口果陣口乾嘅味精感飲左半枝水加一枝茶 都未散另外 女伙記/老闆娘 任人打尖….完全唔知排隊嚟做咩 唔好話唔好食 好食都可以就咁衝埋去叫 真係一次就夠…..專程諗住嚟太安樓食好野就可以直接skip 呢間 隔離大把野揀 除非你夠惡 /識得老婆唔使排隊 唔係真係唔好浪費時間同quota! continue reading

魚蛋佬在太安樓甚有名氣, 上回來的時候, 剛巧遇上其休息, 無綠一試, 是次終於嚐到太安樓人氣店之一的魚蛋佬。17:35 來到魚蛋佬, 可能天雨關係及時間尚早, 人龍未成。看了看餐牌, 由於款式不多, 故每款點了一份。幸好來得早, 買完後人龍開始出現, 感覺幸運。等待期間, 見靚女熟練地把食材多番沾上醬汁, 拆竹籤及裝盒, 交來時更提醒小心燙手, 十分細心和窩心。1) 牛柏葉 $122) 墨魚丸 $113) 牛丸 $114) 齋 $75) 魚蛋 $76) 芝士腸 $67) 腸仔 $4食材是正常貨色, 牛柏葉乾淨爽口, 是眾多最能掛汁的食材, 亦是我的推介。墨魚丸和牛丸大大粒算彈牙, 齋是麵筋不是酸齋, 魚蛋是細細粒不會發大的那種, 芝士腸脆皮, 腸仔就是普通的腸仔, 無甚特別。不過何解正常的貨色也有這麼多人推介? 想必就是為了那個醬汁! 沙嗲醬汁味道濃郁, 香辣惹味, 當中帶點微甜, 食到最後還忍不住喝了一口, 回味無窮。 continue reading

大家好!我係好鍾意去旅行既艾文!今次黎到太安樓,我地分別去左魚旦佬、太安樓牛雜、八一蛋包の料理、小老板 。宜加下晝5點幾,魚旦佬已經有成20人排隊,排隊時仲不停有人喺後面跟隊,4~50人真係閒閒地。排左15分鐘左右就到艾文和旅伴,我地揀左魚旦(HK$7)、齋(HK$7)、牛丸(HK$11)。佢既秘製沙嗲汁真係超惹味!魚旦彈牙,沙嗲汁好味!齋就入面仲有好多水,唔係好吸到汁。牛丸彈牙而且牛味十足,唔係平價丸,而且解凍得好,冇雪味,好味!總括黎講,好味,價錢亦算實惠,個汁直情想撈啖麵食埋佢。不過就略嫌要排隊等太耐,如果可以幸運地喺未係咁多人時幫襯就最好啦! continue reading
