上完花堂又剛好過了食晏最繁忙的時間,與同學們走去了一間日式拉麵店。隱約記得多年前在觀塘食過。當時新開還要排隊。時隔多年,味道有冇變呢!鹽味炙燒豚肉清湯麵是秋季限定。試吓新口味。湯底真係幾清,少少咸味。麵條有彈性,清爽。炙燒豚肉看似肥膩,可能因為炙過,入口沒有想像中肥膏滿口。有拉麵,餃子是不可少的,最佳拍檔。餃子煎得香脆,餡料豐富,最喜歡餃子醋汁,香甜可口,跟餃子好配合。飲品有啤酒,汽水之類。我比較鐘意飲梳打,所以點了一杯巨峰梳打。有清甜的提子香,不甜,粒粒椰果增加口感。

原來麵屋武藏最近新出左個燒豚肉拉麵,湯底係用魚清湯同清雞湯混合,入口味道鮮甜有層次,有魚嘅鮮味亦有雞嘅清甜,配料有荀乾,青葱,半熟玉子,荀乾應該係用芝麻油略略炒過,清甜有麻油香味,半熟玉子因為只有半隻未能痛快一口咬穿玉子所以要扣分,主角燒豚肉即係豬腩肉片,腩肉片煎得好香,肉面有微微黑胡椒碎幾惹味,麵條係直身麵,煙靭有咬口,店家家好似做緊優惠,如果點呢個燒豚肉麵可以優惠價$20蚊追加煎餃子一碟,不過我一個人怕食唔晒所以無加,總結呢碗麵湯頭唔錯,食得過。

Worst experience ever, cold food delivery, no chopsticks, no spoons. When I called the service for chopsticks, they said that I didn't ask for tableset. Ridiculous! Are we supposed to eat with bare hands?? More important, we all believe that the taste are so not worthy, and we can't even finish it after waiting for more than one hour and a half! Think twice before you order!

I am a super fan of 武藏, and had tried the different branches when I can. It’s been 1.5 years since came to this location. The service is friendly, but the food quality have dropped dramatically. Ok, it is not bad bad, but not the supreme quality of 武藏 in Japan. Too much watered down soup; noodles were ok cooked; pork is overcooked because it is pre-cut, and not like in Japan’s cut when ordered. It is obvious the pork is precut, because the marinated surface is thick. Just sad to see a good brand

Taste was just normal nothing special anymore, but service was horrible, the staff came to me was very bad attitude, and the tea which he gave was terrible because tooth pick was inside the tea cup, maybe old tea...No more, just that’s all. I didn’t want to give tip and 10% service charge. Horrible restaurant.
