以前喺勵業街返工,經常會喺牛頭角定安街一帶食早餐,午餐,下午茶,今日下午咁啱又要去嗰到附近做嘢,特登早啲去嗰頭食嘢,食完嘢先去做喇,一行上去就見到大排檔,氣溫35度,今時今日真係接受唔到戶外用膳,行返出大路見到麵檔就入去,午市好多人,我1個人搭枱對家3個。例牌叫碗牛腩河,牛腩好香好入味,口感適中,唔會好淋,但一啲都唔韌 ,仲搭咗舊牛筋 ,通常係舊式嘅麵舖先會咁,而家新式嘅牛腩就係牛腩,牛筋就牛筋,河粉正常,湯底唔錯。 continue reading

自細己經鍾意食柱侯牛腩河,但近年香港似乎興清湯腩多啲。呢間以前在牛下已經幾鍾意。搬咗之後都冇乜機會經過。今日晏咗出嚟食午餐,一於行過嚟試吓。雖然都有人等位,我因為一個人都唔使等。叫咗牛腩河,唔使兩分鍾就到。先試啖湯,唔錯,幾香甜。碗河粉份量唔多,大食要叫兩碗!牛筋多咗啲,不過牛筋唔會太腍,我比較鍾意呢種。牛腩有啲乾不過都唔硬。整體都可以一試! continue reading

一向甚愛街坊式老字號的粉麵店,如深水埗的"劉森記"便是其中一例。而位處於牛頭角車房林立一帶的定安街裡,也有一間開業了三十多年的老麵店"黄興記"....從地鐵站走過去都要花約十分鐘左右的腳程,於天時暑熱底下也是不太好受的。自己不是這裡的地膽,不斷的在幾條小街內左穿右插,兜兜轉轉下終於找到了這個地方,委實浪費了不少寶貴的時間....難得一場來到,只食一碗粉好像不太對得住自己,於是索性放鬆一下肚皮,連叫兩碗東西吞下去....聽說這裡的拿手好戲是牛腩,就叫個筋腩河試試吧。未吃之前,先是嗅到柱候醬及八角的香味,好像挺對版,但吃下去之後卻又發覺不如預計中般香濃及入味;瘦腩的部位是不太夠鬆化彈牙(雖然亦不至於吃至一口是渣);筋則有點咬頭,但缺點便是同樣不夠入味。小弟一向吃柱候牛筋的習慣,還是喜歡揀炆淰至起膠的貨色來食...粉條滑溜度尚可以,將之吸入腩汁而食,是可口的...這兒的淨水餃跟平時吃開的有點不盡相同。對自己而言,理想美味的水餃餡內必備的是筍絲及木耳絲兩種素料。可惜的是這兒的出品是二缺其一 ---- 沒有了木耳絲的它除了賣相要扣點分以外,爽口程度亦因而遜色了不少不過由於餡內下了不少韭黄之關係,故此雖少了爽口但卻多了點香味的它,算是扯了個平手吧;肉餡方面主要是鮮蝦及肥豬肉蓉,前者的鮮度是okay的,但嗒真一點後便發覺這兩種餡料的醃味是比外頭吃到的要來得鹹,這就讓人吃得有點不太舒服及習慣....呷一口湯底,是並沒有甚麼大地魚及蝦殼等帶出來的鮮香。還是不喝也罷....雖未至於食至一肚氣,但小弟一想起要花不少的腳程專程走來吃,卻換來如此一般的水平,心裡就有點不甘了.... continue reading

呢頭返工都唔多choice,好多時都番dull呢間.我唔鍾意食清湯腩,好多時食呢d炆牛腩都係鬼咁大塊兼有渣,淨食根又好"寡",想食腩多數都係叫其他河粉時加腩汁止吓咳算.但呢間真係驚喜, 唔味精, 勁"林"!勁入味!! 根腩比例perfectly balance! !(that i like it most! 好似好貼心咁~)d腩汁唔會好似有d舖咁會食到d番用or 唔新鮮醬汁嘅味(我成日覺得果d好似d "up up"地嘅台布味!) 果皮味又香得黎唔會"姐"左d腩汁味,而且又唔油!次次都連湯汁都食哂!佢d面又好正,完全唔駛加醋去鹼水味! 但食牛腩一定要夾河粉!!河粉至可以索哂d腩汁!!所以有時放工去食會冇河粉.(佢地唔知係咪自己舖,唔駛交租,9點close)最正係佢嘅橙紅色老式辣椒醬, 唔會好似辣椒油咁搶哂d濃郁嘅腩味同果皮味!佢d水餃都幾ok,好香韮黃味,都新鮮.但其他"送"就為麻麻,而且隻併加$10,好貴.佢d豬手都ok, 但同之前食家講咁,有d唔夠入味~行落路口corner車仔面店咖哩魚旦, (forget shop name, can't seperate to another comment) 都係好正!正在係食到童年時代果d食物嘅味, $5買到!呢間d車仔面"送"都幾ok! average都有水準, D牛栢葉係爽嘅,唔係"那林哂"果d, 而且佢仲有鳳爪, 呢個係我去到邊都會叫黎試嘅,又咁岩,佢d牛腩在於車仔面檔黎講係都幾ok~! continue reading
