🥢招牌沙律係黑松露三文魚沙律,黑松露提升左三文魚既層次,三文魚新鮮冇筋。

🥢南非孔雀鮑魚x特大虎蝦
大量蒜同鮑魚一齊燒,蒜🧄滲入鮑魚每一個部位,好香仲有一種清甜。大蝦啖啖肉。

🥢搭配黑松露牛油🧈煮北海道帶子,牛油鎖實帶子水份,燒完冇縮水,濃濃既黑松露大廚燒緊我已經流晒口水🤤。食用豆疊花泡泡🫧帶黎一陣清新,精緻嘅擺盤係視覺味覺既享受。

🥢牛油香燒澳洲牛柳粒,呢個牛柳粒好厚實,牛油逼出牛既油脂,令牛肉更香口。牛油就咁點鹽就好好味,如果想有層次啲可以搭配炸蒜或者係蘿蔔。

🥢日本去骨宮崎雞髀
雞髀肉係成隻雞最滑既部位,食極都唔厭,大廚👩‍🍳燒完递比我仲出煙,雞皮煎到金黃色好似薯片咁脆,雞肉仲好嫩滑。大廚調配左兩隻醬一個係辣醬,一個係美乃滋,比我地有一雞兩味,我個人比較喜歡辣味。

🥢三文魚子大蝦黑松露海膽醬炒飯。每次食鐵板燒去到炒飯都差唔多,但是一定會試吓個炒飯,呢個睇得出大廚功架。大廚話呢個炒飯係參考左煲仔飯有小小煲仔飯焦香,味道方面偏重,海膽醬係由三種海膽調配出嚟,澳洲,日本馬糞,珀斯。大廚炒完飯最後加埋大蝦同三文魚子,我已經急不及待啦。

🥢最後一道係特濃紫薯雪糕,濃濃既紫薯,雪糕質地好綿滑。

呢日嚟到位於中環主打食鐵板燒嘅餐廳,入面佈局精緻,環境舒適,啱晒一邊食鐵板燒,一邊傾下偈,飲番杯。餐廳有多款鐵板燒套餐選擇,價錢由$588至$1388不等,我哋兩個人分別點咗$588及$788套餐各一。餐廳有多款酒精飲品及汽水選擇,今次點咗支醉樂無極大吟釀($180),入口帶淡淡旨味,好順滑,感覺好清新。兩個餐嘅前菜都包三文魚沙律一份,另一款更提供蘭王溫泉蛋配以海膽,蛋嘅香味配埋海膽嘅鮮味,非常配合。呢晚嘅海鮮包括帶子及鮑魚,食材新鮮美味。餐廳亦提供一款配以鹽製成嘅蝶豆花泡沫,用來搭配海鮮食,令海鮮嘅味道更突出。肉類方面有牛肉,雞肉和豬肉可供選擇,我們點咗牛肉作為主菜,和牛牛味濃郁,入口嫩滑可口。上菜時配以炸香蒜、竹炭鹽及Wasabi,提升牛肉鮮味。另外,餐廳好細心咁整咗個蘑菇造型嘅櫻桃蘿蔔,解下食完肉嘅油脂感。黑松露炒飯是另一個亮點,炒飯好香口,入口細膩。材料亦非常豐富,加上黑松露和蝦,好有驚喜嘅一個炒飯。麵豉湯用上豬骨湯底,冇一般嘅麵豉湯咁鹹,味道唔錯。甜品方面提供柚子雪芭,有助減低食完鐵板燒嘅油膩感。入邊仲放咗啲爆珠紅豆,食落有啲似紅豆沙嘅感覺。

今天去了一家餐厅,体验极差,必须要来吐槽一下!点完餐之后,我们就开始了漫长的等待,整整一个小时才上餐,这效率实在是太低了!而且,餐厅的抽烟机坏了也不告知顾客,我们坐在前面的桌子,被烟熏得全身都是臭味,这就餐环境真的让人难以忍受。虽说食物味道还算可以,但这服务真的是完全没有。更过分的是,厨师居然还在前面吵架,这也太不专业了吧!我们事先已经提醒过服务员需要早点走,结果还是没来得及上齐菜,大家都吃得很不开心。等了快一个小时都没东西吃,整个房间还弥漫着烟雾,总之这次用餐体验就是个“大雷”,大家千万别去这家餐厅!喔對了,訂餐的時候有說送蛋糕也沒送
