响香港食素,有時就算捨得食貴啲,選擇都唔係好多,尤其想打邊爐,靚嘅食材都集中哂响牛肉同海鮮。想食好啲?真漢子今日就同大家睇下 Megan's Kitchen 美味廚 - 一間連獲 13 年入選米芝蓮必比登推介嘅餐廳,最新推出嘅素食火鍋套餐有幾吸引先。😍打邊爐最緊要係個湯底,佢哋新出嘅「港式豐味」碗仔翅湯同時推出素食同非素食版,用咗日本人造魚翅,唔似粉絲咁淋,有真魚翅果種口感。素食版係純素湯底,配料有冬筍同各種菇類,令到個湯非常鮮甜。😋芫茜山竹素牛肉丸用咗 Beyond Meat 嘅素牛肉,味道同外觀都勁似鮮牛肉造嘅肉丸,牛味好濃郁。能夠用一啲現成素肉做到個肉丸咁精緻同高級,不得不佩服廚師嘅創意同功夫。👨🏻‍🍳三款素餃分別係南乳素齋餃(甘筍皮),雜菌洋蔥餃(上海皮),同素菜餃(菠菜皮),都冇蛋奶成份。我最鍾意南乳素齋餃,咁細嘅餃子入面當然唔會有平時南乳粗齋嘅材料,餡料係粟米同雲耳,肉眼見唔到有南乳,但非常離奇地一入口就成個南乳齋嘅味覺出哂嚟,究竟係點做到嘅呢?😂雜菌洋蔥餃嘅洋蔥味都好濃好有特色,素菜餃就比較接近我哋平時食到嘅素餃,餡料以菜為主。🥬如果肉食嘅鮮味來自肉類,咁素食嘅鮮味當然來自菇菌啦。呢個套餐精選咗好多新鮮同高級嘅菇菌類,包括日本黑松茸菇,福建白玉木耳,新鮮雲南野生牛肝菌同姬松茸,仲有羊肚菌。我嘅最愛係黑松茸菇同姬松茸,因為味道勁濃郁,而牛肝菌我第一次打邊爐食,估唔到鮮味之餘,仲要係入口溶化㗎。👅豆腐類亦都係非常精彩,你諗到嘅有,諗唔到嘅都有 😆。山水豆腐,蜂巢冰豆腐,炸支竹當然唔少得,最驚喜嘅係潮州五香豆腐,有少少似鹵水豆腐,本身已經有味,放湯淥一陣已經好好食。生根嘅 fans 呢個套餐可以揀迷你生根,過到癮之餘仲可以留肚食其他嘢,非常欣賞佢哋嘅心思。👍🏻粉麵類可選生麵(蛋麵),伊麵,油炸鬼,龍口粉絲,米粉。生麵本身已經煮好,淥番熱就食得喇。油炸鬼可以就咁食,識食嘅梗係淥兩吓索少少湯,襯佢仲脆放入口食啦。😜套餐仲包括時蔬拼盤同飲品一杯(竹蔗馬蹄水或酸梅湯)。以上提到嘅素食湯底或食材都可以散叫,所以同非素食者嚟聚餐都可以各自享受美食。👫👬👭而家幫襯佢哋火鍋仲可以即場扭蛋抽獎,其中有現金獎㗎。🎇 continue reading
