To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司「尾牙」食午飯,到附近的美味廚午餐。平時經常路過灣仔道都見到餐牌,非常吸引,只是一直未有機會試一下。今日到店後,店員服預殷勤,經理還很風趣。餐廳環境企理,經理知道我哋「尾牙」,推介了幾道好意頭菜式。鍋貼小棠菜今餐午餐的最好食第一名!初初聽到菜名,還以為是餃子加菜,上菜時店員介紹才知這道是鍋貼小棠菜。底面紫菜,夾着蝦膠脆炸,脆口得來蝦膠又彈牙。撈起本來以為到新年才有,但經理話而家已經有,實在太好了!這個撈起顏色繽紛,素翅很搶眼,也有我喜歡的海蜇。撈起配了芝麻醬,也很夾的。味道不錯而且好意頭。煎金蠔姬松茸金蠔肥美,煎得很香,蠔味更香。醬汁滲入了姬松茸又沒有掩蓋姬松茸本身的香味。這個餸菜送飯一流。紅燒東坡肉今餐午餐的最好食第二名!東坡肉炆得夠淋又入味,唔會過鹹,又係一道好的送飯餸。旁邊的西蘭花也爽脆,中和一下東坡肉的肥膩感覺。椒鹽魚塊不得不讚一讚裝飾,整條魚上。椒鹽魚塊香脆而魚肉軟棉,魚味香濃,非一般的美味。發財好市髮菜蠔豉是最常點的好意頭菜式。蠔豉硬度適中,汁不是太鹹,剛好配搭菜底。希望吃過這道菜,來年公司發財好事,人人賺多點。今日埋單時送了一張$300優惠券下次使用,新年應該會再嚟一
