在星街的1/5 Nuevo,$398一位的平安夜晚餐,算是較有良心了.知道你想來已久,於是又再給你一個驚喜.

環境幽暗,適合情侶二人世界,店內正播著Wham的名曲Last Christmas,雖然歌曲意思並不"老黎",但是由小學年代的聖誕節,聽足廿幾年,已成為聖誕的一部份.

是夜平安夜晚餐,以冷熱Tapas作頭盤,加一個主菜,甜品.吃西班牙菜,少不了喝一杯Sangria,要另叫.先上Cold Tapas.內容是Gazpacho soup,Foie gras terrine on toast,Iberico ham.三味份量不多,一同放在長碟上,賣相別緻.Gazpacho是西班牙凍菜湯,用細小的shooter杯上.一口乾下去,味道酸酸甜甜.肝醬多士也不俗,入口甘香,質感不太實.很怕吃到些劣質的肝醬,味道有如嘔吐物.而黑毛豬火腿就不知道是幾多個月風乾,味道則不算特別香.

熱Tapas有Sole fillet with salmon mousse on champagne sauce and carrot confit,Clams and mussels provencal with herb bruschetta.用香檳汁來伴著龍利柳,味道更加鮮味.另一邊的蜆肉同青口,也是新鮮貨色,吃到幾隻也不夠,不過叫得Tapas,當然小食多滋味.

女友的主菜是Pan roasted king prawn on paella risotto with crustacean sauce,是將意大利菜同西班牙菜融匯貫通之作,用Risotto的身,來演繹paella味道,感覺上沒有大鑊飯的粗豪,外表上比較美觀.配菜的大蝦,魷魚,鮮甜又爽口.

我的主菜是Grilled US primb rib eye of beef with mustard sauce.又是牛扒.同之前的頭盤相比之下,顯得有點平凡.幸好這塊肉眼扒,燒得帶點焦香,肉味夠,肉質嫩滑.也不錯.

一輪頭盤主菜之後,最後來個Christmas log cake,Pistachio ice cream ,Lemon tart.三道甜品一起來,才能功德圓滿.

滿心歡喜步出門口,霓紅亮透晚上,把城內也照亮,忽然今夜星街燦爛.這個聖誕不大冷.

本身由細到大都對利物浦充滿仇視,但這一刻,其會歌正是我的心聲:

1/5 Nuevo 位處星街小區,主打西班牙菜,餐廳的裝修很好很舒適。個人最常來吃這裡的午餐,因為真的非常抵食。侍應的服務很好,坐下已送上麵包籃。免費的麵包籃也有數款,很好。前菜點了牛油果沙律。沙律用料很新鮮,牛油果也很香,配上適量的沙律汁,是不俗的開胃前菜。主菜點了烤豬扒。上檯時見豬扒烤得很好,有斜格烤紋,光是外表已很吸引。豬扒算厚身,但想不到肉質還頗軟。入口時豬扒很嫩而且有肉汁,確實很有驚喜。午市套餐可加配咖排或甜品。個人習慣於餐後來杯熱咖啡。這裡的咖啡還算香濃,大家都可以試試看。

酒牌只是一張餐紙,要了我喜歡的意大利Prosecco,是carpene malvolti的brut rose,清新怡人。餐牌也是一張餐紙,勝在清楚明白,跟同系店Union J有異曲同工之妙。

先來的餐前麵包,外皮吃起來脆口,塗點牛油,很好吃。

選了的三個small plates,第一味是我喜歡的薯仔。薯仔滾刀切小件,伴上洋蔥及血腸,是好吃的前菜;另一個small plate是egg nuevo,是以蕃茄做底,再打隻雞蛋焗成,體現了西班牙菜的簡單美味,也值得一試;第三味small plate是炸軟殼蟹,炸得香脆,好吃;

吃過幾味small plates,因為海鮮西班牙飯要等上35分鐘才有得吃,就近廚房,大家又興致勃勃的左看右看。看到大廚在切羊架,也很有興趣,大廚亦好客,立時切來兩件給我們試吃,好吃。下次找多幾位朋友來,一定要吃這個烤羊架;

等了一會海鮮西班牙飯送來了,用上的海鮮包括大蝦、蜆肉、青口、魷魚等等,新鮮好吃,二人份量只索價176,非常划算。

甜品環節,選了很普遍的西班牙甜品creme catalan及蘋果酥餅,是很稱職的甜點。

餐廳上下也很好客,師傅也很客氣,給客人輕鬆隨意的氣氛,很不錯。

埋單九百多,連一支酒在內的,是很合理的價錢。我們也吃得很滿意,看來可以再找多些朋友來吃多幾味菜色。

FLAMENCO - Some Espresso based Cocktail. Friend said it was quite sour and not enjoyable.
SIGNATURE COCKTAIL - I forgot the name of this but I remember its taste and components more. Consisting of some Vermouth, Grapefruit Juice, Raspberry, etc, - this drink was ok for me personally.
BACALAO GRATIN ON TOAST - The Salted Cod was not too diluted in taste, so on the toasted baguette slices it worked quite well.

I ENJOYED HERE BUT MY FRIEND DIDN'T LIKE HERE MUCH, STRANGELY ENOUGH.

Just like what KC said, food here at 1/5 nuevo is good. Although the bread was served cold, it was crispy and tasty. The pork shoulder was extremely tender and matched with a nice dressing. I also had the seared tuna salad as appetizer. There were 5 pieces of tuna together with fresh veggie. The restaurant was only half full, which gives a comfortable and quiet place to chat with friends. Will be back!

野飲,主要 servce sangria, red and white wine...

我覺得個度一般既 waiters service都 ok,只係個經理態度好差,做得 open bar,其實預左有人醉酒,但係個經理係鬧番我同事點解個 party 會有人醉酒仲有用粗口問候仲要報警....etc,成晚俾左幾多錢生意佢有數得計。

我只想講我一定唔會推介呢度比人攪 party 囉,以我對個經理既印象,亦唔會再幫襯佢啦。

十二月初四‧晴 也要記米芝蓮一功的,不是重的了裡面的推介,有些地方連我也遺忘了,或全走了眼,就如這裡。以前來總是hh,又或是去別處經過門前,但真正的坐下吃飯少之又少。是日就決定來吃個午餐,至少看看有沒有理由支持我要來吃晚餐。 就在斜路的盡頭,下面的幾間食肆俱客滿,這裡也只是半滿,很易找位子。這裡的午餐收費不算貴,兩道菜的只一百多,連甜品也只是多加25大洋,以這裡的地方及水準計,是合理收費。而作為Bib Gourmand推介,至少中了價錢的一欄。 看餐牌,沙律及前菜也是三選一,另外有a la carte的選擇,前菜就要了牛油果沙律,主菜就是煎豬扒。先來麵包籃,有切片的法包及圓包,俱烘得熱熱的,吃起來外脆內軟熟,討好;沙律的賣相也很精美,吃起來很清新,內有蝦數只,也新鮮爽甜。沙律汁甜酸合度,剛好。不過吃著吃著,也覺奇怪,說是牛油果沙律,但卻只有兩三粒牛油果,還是細細粒的;豬扒烤得香氣四溢,烤好再切條上桌,令客人吃得方便。肉質鬆軟,廋的地方也不韌,帶肥肉的枚頭部份當然是更是軟稔好吃,口感甘腴。用上了菠蘿及蜜桃去伴碟,加上甜甜的蜜桃汁,減少了膩滯的感覺,很不錯。 押尾的熱咖啡香濃,是一頓簡簡單

豬扒烤得香氣四溢,烤好再切條上桌,令客人吃得方便。肉質鬆軟,廋的地方也不韌,帶肥肉的枚頭部份當然是更是軟稔好吃,口感甘腴。用上了菠蘿及蜜桃去伴碟,加上甜甜的蜜桃汁,減少了膩滯的感覺,很不錯。

押尾的熱咖啡香濃,是一頓簡簡單單又水準不錯的午餐。

侍應服務也很好,態度好又快手,值得一讚的。

埋單百四,不算便宜,但物有所值。

Went there one sunday afternoon for a few drinks. Sat down and did the usual as I would in any bar, ordered a glass of house red. Let me make it clear here that I did ask the bar staff for a glass of "HOUSE RED". I ended up having 5 glasses, and when the bill came, the amount for the red wine was $100 each plus 10%. Went there one sunday afternoon for a few drinks.

Sat down and did the usual as I would in any bar, ordered a glass of house red.

Let me make it clear here that I did ask the bar staff for a glass of "HOUSE RED".

I ended up having 5 glasses, and when the bill came, the amount for the red wine was $100 each plus 10%. I was surprised that a glass of "HOUSE" would cost $100, the most expensive I have had, even at Lan Kwai Fong was under $70. So I asked the bar staff, they seem confused too and brought the manager to me.

This westerner manager he "EXPLAINED" to me that they don't have "HOUSE" wine and the wine I had was a glass of Waterwheel. (so I suppose to this gentleman, house wines don't have names huh?
)

I asked him then why his staff served me this "Waterwheel" which was NOT supposed to be your "HOUSE" wine when I did in fact asked for "HOUSE". He just kept repeating, we don't have "HOUSE" wine, not listening to my complaint (not that he was rude or anything though).

Well anyway I was too tired to argue with him so I told him I will pay for my bill and just post this on Openrice. Maybe he or his management can post an answer here instead

After closing of the old 1/5, I've been disappeared at Star Street for a long time. However, the new 1/5 offered me a very good feeling and I've backed to Star Street again. I used to go to 'Slims' which offered good food there but suddenly we couldn't smoke there because of the licence has been changed. Then we moved to 1/5 without hesitation where you can smoke as much as you can. The staff there is very friendly especially the Manager Austin and Mini. They have a signature snack which we call

Very good atmosphere there which attract a lot of office workers who are working at One, Two and Three Pacific Place to go there.

Smoke Salmon on Roasted Potatoes:煙三文魚的賣相不太好,又薄又乾,吝嗇!
Lamb Ravoili with Mint & Yoghurt:賣相較好,但忌羊,就算味道有多好,也不喜歡。c和s也同聲說:「不羶喔!」
Avocado & Shrimp Salad:還是這些正正常常的較適合我,新鮮的green salad配上爽口的蝦仁,味道可口,略嫌牛油果的分量少了點。

(第2列,左至右)主菜
Barrumundi Fillet with Bearnaise Sauce $98:名為巴拉滿利魚柳,不算乾,但魚味欠奉,還是鱸魚較好吃。拌汁可嗅到濃烈的牛油香,味道帶輕微的酸,蠻惹味喔!
Grilled Pork Chop with Fruit Compot $128:豬扒肉汁豐富,又稔又軟,配上酸酸甜甜由生果造成的拌汁,剛好中和了豬扒的油膩,好味道。
1/5 Burger with Stilton Cheese $108:開放地供人欣賞的漢堡包,賣相已引起食慾了。又厚又新鮮的蕃茄片,配上半熟的厚漢堡,吃了一口,不但肉汁保存,牛肉味還相當濃郁,味道確實不錯。

最後放棄+$15的咖啡/茶,轉+20的甜點。

Chocolate Profiteroles with Kirsch Cream:這個注入custard的泡芙,冷冷的,外脆內軟,還要味道不太甜,蘸上帶微微酒香的朱古力醬,味道出眾的甜品
Bread & Butter Pudding:又濕潤、又香甜的麵包布甸,是罕有地得我歡心的甜點;充滿雲呢拿籽的雲呢拿雪糕,好味道;還有又鬆又軟的蛋白蛋糕,拌上醃製過的橙皮,味道蠻相配。
Fruit Mosaic/Limoncello Sherbet:時令雜果拌上青檸雪芭。生果沒有獨特之處,但那個雪芭卻令人欣喜,吃到自然清新的青檸香,甜味淡淡的,非常出色。

Just walked in for lunch the other day. The food is good; up to the quality in this price range. Didn't try to grilled food though.One strange thing that's worth noting is that the waiter specifically asked us to make a reservation next time, and gave us the card even before taking the order; which seemed a bit odd to us.Nevertheless, it's a quite place for a decent meal out.

昨天與朋友去了one fifth grill吃生日飯。一早就想來,因為一直覺得星街是個很歐陸的地方,這間餐廳的氣氛好像也會很捧似的,所以即管一試。果然,坐落氣氛真的很好。我們點了鵝肝作頭盤,然後點了個澳洲和牛及安格斯牛作main course。價錢雖然稍貴,但median rare的和牛同安格斯牛真的好食。肉質一流,口感又好,和牛是入口即化,安格斯則有咬勁。由於兩個都冇side dish (其實和牛係有兩粒蕃茄仔的)所以叫左個薯仔跟碟上。忘了那個薯仔叫咩名(因為剩係side dish既薯仔都有幾種),是那種有點creamy的牛油薯仔,都幾好食,不過女朋友略嫌有點滯,我卻覺得不俗。後來,還點了個朱古力蛋糕及芒果熱情果批。朱古力蛋糕非常出色,是新鮮出爐的「心太軟」,叫人吃得心也軟。至於芒果熱情果批,味道很新鮮,酸酸甜甜的不會滯。而且伴隨的還有該是他們自家製的云呢嗱雪糕,叫人覺得廚子很用心思。是晚結帳一千二百元,實在不便宜。然而大家都吃得開心,錢便算是花得不枉了:]順帶一提,侍應們招呼很有禮貌也夠殷勤。

公司請食飯, 結果選了不遠的one fifth grill

lunch 的set lunch 有3隻揀, 大概是2-3個main course, 價位不便宜, 最平的都要百多元
10個人叫了9個set (即整個lunch set menu)

麵包不錯, 分為麥包和白麵包, 賣相cutie , 係一個縮細的法包! =)

頭盤沒有一款對胃......... @.@

主菜有部份都是grill的, 除此之外還有一pizza
grill的食物, 都是一普普通通
當中最欣賞的是白汁三文魚和牛眼
羊架& 串燒的味道最差, 又鞋又無味

甜品有4款:
香檳雪芭鮮果
朱古力毛士
美式芝士蛋糕
檸檬雪芭奶油毛士

我最愛朱古力毛士,傑因為朱古力味很濃郁, 正!
香檳雪芭鮮果, 食前淋上香檳, 淡淡酒香, 不錯!
芝士蛋糕, 又實又唔滑, 唔得!
檸檬雪芭奶油毛士, 雪芭好好味, 不過毛士就一般了!

埋單二千多

總結是, 個人覺得唔抵死, 不過老闆請多2餐又唔驅喎~ 哈哈XD
