疫情之前已經知道要過嚟打卡嘅餐廳,去到今時今日朋友邀請我先終於過到嚟然之後就睇住午餐Menu叫咗一個名字好吸引嘅:養生燉牛肉湯麵,佢上菜速度極快,冇諗過台灣餐廳都咁有效率。然後佢嘅手打面都幾有咬口,牛肉都好嫩,牛筋嗰啲位置都唔錯,蘋果茶都冇特別加入其他調味劑,都係好原汁原味!

環境唔錯,風格比較復古,確實係影相好地方但食物就普普通通。服務員只會企喺收銀位置唔留意其他客人有冇需要,落單要行到出去先落到。後尾同服務員講要杯水佢話轉頭俾我,俾到我埋單杯水都仲未出現。

位於灣仔道有一間樓上嘅隱世台灣菜,最出名既係懷舊玩味,非常復古嘅裝修,除左可以打卡之餘,仲可以試埋古早味嘅台灣菜。但係要睇下大家著味食物質素定係純粹為影相打卡,如果係影相為主,非常建議你至少去一之影相,因為裡面真係好似時光倒流,回到70年代,但如果你注重食物為主我就覺得或者去一次試吓就夠。台灣紅燒牛肉麵 牛肉麵湯底以清湯為主,配上牛筋香甜味感覺清新,麵條一樣Q彈滑順,牛筋、牛腩滷得好入味而且份量算多,但係反而清新得滯,少了一般台式紅燒牛肉麵改做腩汁嘅味道

牛肉麵湯底以清湯為主,配上牛筋香甜味感覺清新,麵條一樣Q彈滑順,牛筋、牛腩滷得好入味而且份量算多,但係反而清新得滯,少了一般台式紅燒牛肉麵改做腩汁嘅味道
