To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再嚟講講主菜,台式醉雞,食落真心有啲失望,因我作為主菜以為有好大驚喜,點知佢應該用左好多花雕酒去醃,所以太搶味同苦,再嚟雞件唔夠滑,有啲嚡口,當然好失敗又未至於,但出邊食過好食過佢嘅。

反而食配菜鹹蛋白玉苦瓜,我就俾佢驚喜到,啲鹹蛋炒到起哂沙,控制得好好,同埋苦瓜一啲都唔苦,係甘味,呢個配菜好食過主菜。

而主食因為我唔多食豬肉,揀左雞肉飯,覺得佢有蔥油香既,但都係果句啲雞嚡口加埋成個飯係好乾身,如果濕啲會好啲。

整體嚟講,無論服務、餐廳環境同食物都係不過不失,可能成日去台灣嘅關係,所以覺得以台灣菜嚟講冇咩驚喜位,如果中意復古風可以嚟試吓嘅。
