厚而高身的蛋餅 內混入不是的煙三文魚, 肉質柔軟且富咬口, 味道適中而不會過鹹, 份量不算多, 反而放滿幼滑的忌廉芝士, 每吃一口都滿有芝士, 愛吃芝士者必定極之歡喜。香濃的忌廉芝士與鹹香的煙三文魚一向都是最佳拍檔, 兩者味道匹搭, 還加入了煙三文魚的好朋友蘿蒔提味, 一流! 可惜略兼蛋餅皮不夠鬆化, 稍為油淋, 幸兒內蛋 幼滑, 亦滿有蛋香和忌廉香。

一款甜點又怎能令我們滿足, Gelato 手製意式雪糕是在店中必吃之選, 故再點了一球王牌Pistachio ($38/1球), 亦是我差不多次次都吃的gelato, 因為開心果味的gelato的確可令人變成一個開心果, 哈! 其果仁味極之濃郁, 每吃一啖都好像把一大堆開心果放進口中, 的確它是採用100%開心果醬, 令人吃得滋味。當然還要一讚雪糕 的口感, 其密度極高, 冰凍幼滑, 不論味道和口感都非常美味, 怎能叫人抗拒呢?

在到2/3 Dolci不論吃鹹點又好, 吃甜點亦好, 總之每次都能讓我滿足地離開, 皆因它鹹甜皆宜, 一定可滿足不同食客的需要, 加上定期還會有新的口味推出, 令人驚喜, 今日快閃路過就被我發現它最近出了限定版Ginger bread gelato和Rum raisin gelato, 還有Gingerbread Latte和Honey Ginger Tea, 可惜未有時間一試, 明天吧!

士多啤梨葡萄氣酒卷蛋樣子甜美,設有原條及件裝發售($238條/$60件)。用义切開時已感到鬆軟無比,入口果然輕盈不著跡,個人特別喜歡那層粉紅海綿蛋糕,濕度恰好,放進嘴裹迅間消失於無形。小妹本身不太酷愛鮮忌廉,成品混入意大利有氣葡萄酒後,少了一份奶羶,多了一份酒香,令我的接受程度大大提升。

有天路經太古坊,見到呢間甜品甜,有著一件件紫紅色的蛋糕,吸引到我眼球了,便帶它回家MENU上顯示有16款的甜點,但場內應該不齊全,可能售清GUAIAVA $3X-4X (忘記了) ,有8層的鋪設,有些甜一點,亦有蛋糕層,但味道統一,都全是番石榴香.甜度不高,可放心食用.如果這8層可以加一層是脆脆,層次感相信會更加豐富.外皮雖然美麗,但面頭的倒汗水狀設計真係太有趣了....

由淡至濃,先介紹這款雜莓拿破崙 Millefogile ($48),拿破崙餅以三層酥皮夾住混入咗雲呢拿籽製作的吉士,吉士醬吃起來細滑豐腴,入口滿是雲呢拿的芳香,而且甜度適中,水準的確唔錯。叧塗上薄薄一層焦糖的酥皮,焗至層層分明,香脆鬆化得來又不易散開,配上頂頭甜美的雜莓,無論味道及賣相都令人滿意。

另外這一款 Daisy ( $45),很美的女生名字,其實真身是一件 Eary Grey Mousse Cake。切開蛋糕細看,原來內裡藏著不少口感細滑的伯爵茶慕絲,難怪吃起來帶陣陣伯爵茶的幽香,配合中間那層芳香怡人的佛手柑啫喱及超鬆軟的海綿蛋糕,每吃一口都令人驚喜。

在社交網絡玩小遊戲, 贏了2/3 Dolci的Amore荔枝玫瑰蛋糕回來! 是整整一個呢!其實這是我第一次試這裡的蛋糕. 待爸爸拿回來之後, 即急不及待打開蛋糕盒...好漂亮的紅色! 雖然蛋糕上沒有甚麼裝飾, 但那種像天鵝絨般的質感令人覺得好高貴和浪漫.立即把蛋糕切開, 裡面原來大部分是粉紅色的mousse, 質感幼滑, 不太甜, 有少許玫瑰的香味, 中間白色和鮮紅色的, 雖談不太清楚是甚麼(應該是果醬和奶凍), 但充滿濃濃的荔枝香, 最後是蛋糕餅底, 雖然有點實淨 (可能是太鬆軟的話不能承受mousse的重量), 但配合上面各層一起放進口中, 增添了不同的口感.聽聞這裡的蛋糕價錢不便宜, 這個蛋糕本身已經美味可口, 不用錢贏回來, 更加高興! 嘻嘻!!

I came back to try their slow-churned gelato one hot summer afternoon. They only have a few choices which included chocolate, lychee, earl grey, and pistachio so I ended getting one scoop of earl grey and one scoop of pistachio to share with J. 服務員幫我們將批翻烤, 一打開紙袋, 濃濃的牛油香四散, 直湧鼻子, 令我馬上垂涎三尺。外面翻烤至稍稍焦燶, 熱辣辣, 非常吸引! 批皮面入口香脆鬆化, 批底則浸滿咖喱汁, 一切開便聞到濃郁的咖喱香, 所有饀料都沾滿咖喱汁, 滋味十足!

結果不出數天已忍不住要試埋這裏的牛肉批, 同樣令我很滿意。外層翻烤至鬆脆無比, 帶點微微鹹香和牛油香, 味道相當恰當。內饀份量不少, 放滿牛肉粒, 質感煙煙韌韌, 部份還連著筋位, 很有咬口, 正! 牛肉味香濃, 雖未能突顯紅酒香, 但混入了黑胡椒粒烹調, 稍稍微辣, 更加惹味!
除了牛肉粒外, 還有紅蘿蔔粒和洋蔥粒作配料, 兩者均煮至軟身, 剛好被醬汁黏着, 非常入味。醬汁份量合宜, 入口不會乾身或濕淋淋, 本人覺得此批比咖喱雞批更美味, 值得推介!

The AMORE looked delectably gorgeous with its romantic red-colored shell. Filled with lychee and rose tea infused panna cotta and mousse cake, the pastry had more structure than I'd thought given its fluffy-looking exterior. As I dig into the pastry, I could see the alternating layers of flavors inside with beautiful shades of red and pink. The lychee flavors were refreshing while the delicate floral aroma of rose was alluring.

The PISTACCHIO was intriguing with its unique-looking dome of pistacchio cream droplets. The tart on the bottom was hand-made from scratch with filled with pistachio sponge, a layer of dark chocolate, and infused with pistachio paste. To top it off, caramel cream was added on top of the tart while surrounded by droplets of pistachio cream. The flavors of the pistacchio cream was subtle and delicate while the tart was crunchy and scrumptious to eat!

The GUAIAVA also looked stunning with 8 alternating layers of pinkness! Made from French Guava paste, the guava mousse, ganache and jelly alternated between layers of fluffy sponge cake. The flavors of this guava pastry were so fresh and exquisite - it was hard to put down my fork after the first bite!

The CONIGLIO was simply too cute for words - I almost didn't want to eat the Easter bunny! Filled with strawberry mousse and mix berries sauce, the texture of this pastry was a lot more delicate than AMORE even though they looked similar. The flavors were also wonderfully blended with refreshing tastes of strawberry and berries.
