3.45pm,店舖冇落場,只有1-2枱客,俾我哋坐卡位。叫咗醃篤鮮、紅燒肉同鍋貼。三樣嘢差唔多同一時間上枱,呢一點幾驚喜。醃篤鮮料好足,料仲多過湯,個湯好有鹹肉香味,啲鹹肉同瘦肉一樣咁多,切到大大舊。個人覺得鹹肉可以少啲,切細舊啲,煲番耐少少,咁同樣出到味而唔會食嘅時候太鹹。筍好新鮮,爽脆清甜。百頁結煮得夠淋,但唔太入味。紅燒肉啲肉好靚,係五花腩肥瘦相間,味道正宗係甜口嘅醬油味,但係煮嘅時間唔夠,未係好入味。筍同冬菇好味。鍋貼煎得好靚,但係個餡偏乾身,唔夠油香同肉香。整體都係傳統上海菜嘅口味,師傅啲材料切得好豪爽,係好街坊嗰種唔係走精緻路線。如果俾少少時間再煮番入味少少會更好。餐廳內部都乾淨企理,老店嚟講係好難得。

醃篤鮮料好足,料仲多過湯,個湯好有鹹肉香味,啲鹹肉同瘦肉一樣咁多,切到大大舊。個人覺得鹹肉可以少啲,切細舊啲,煲番耐少少,咁同樣出到味而唔會食嘅時候太鹹。筍好新鮮,爽脆清甜。百頁結煮得夠淋,但唔太入味。
紅燒肉啲肉好靚,係五花腩肥瘦相間,味道正宗係甜口嘅醬油味,但係煮嘅時間唔夠,未係好入味。筍同冬菇好味。
鍋貼煎得好靚,但係個餡偏乾身,唔夠油香同肉香。
整體都係傳統上海菜嘅口味,師傅啲材料切得好豪爽,係好街坊嗰種唔係走精緻路線。如果俾少少時間再煮番入味少少會更好。餐廳內部都乾淨企理,老店嚟講係好難得。

舊式既上海菜館現今已經沒多間了,逛完冬日繽紛購物節,緊係去食埋三六九先返去啦!😋Boxing Day 晚上7點半,居然唔洗排隊又唔洗搭枱,有張卡位俾我地😌基本上入親上海菜館,每次我都唔洗睇餐牌,心裡已經有定數食咩😂夠晒鑊氣的上海粗炒($58)外皮酥脆而內裡軟嫩的炸銀絲卷($26)必點南翔小籠包,75元10個,皮薄但又唔會一夾就穿,內裡充滿著肉香的湯汁,要趁熱食,又要小心燙口😌,原本想食完再來多一籠的,可惜假期日子還是人多,等這個來都蒸左半小時,太久了,沒辨法再等了。

點咗份蔥油餅,小籠包,鍋貼,蝦腰煨麵.

優點:

缺點一大籮!

1, 想點個酸辣湯,只有一大鍋選擇,無得單碗叫,一人二人點飲得哂? 服務唔夠貼心.

2, 小籠包份量偏細,外型唔討好圓圓混混好似D雪藏小籠包! 無咩爆汁感覺,內餡無味道,劣質貨色.

3, 鍋貼底部唔夠燶, 所以唔夠脆口,同樣,份量又係偏少!

4, 蝦煨腰麵係上海名菜,但味道似清淡素菜! 湯底竟然毫無味道! 攪到麵底都無味! 蝦肉彈牙但又係一丁點鮮甜味都無! 連蝦肉味都無! 而豬腰獨有嘅內藏味都超淡,唔中意豬腰味嘅小熊都食得落口!

5, 最不知所謂係我大大大愛蔥油餅! 賣成50蚊得果薄依依薄餅! 仲要一丁點蔥油香都無! 紅磡明安街只賣10蚊一塊蔥油餅好佢地千倍! 食緊完全無味道嘅蔥我同隻食緊路邊野草嘅牛有咩分別?小熊就似咬緊竹葉嘅熊貓!

6, 餐廳環境衛生就唔欣賞,見到佢出菜時個木夾係浸落D湯內,又見到D外賣周圍放,有相有真相。

7, 服務態度唔得,落單無人理。

價錢貴份量少質素差!第一次幫襯咁差上海菜餐廳!永不光顧!

原來369的意思, 就只是3+6+9等於18, 而18和實發在廣東話發音是同音, 取其意頭之意. 每次在灣仔區吃late dinner, 這家也是必然之選, 從初中時代陸運會吃午飯到現在, 也有二十多年. 以前喜歡吃其包點類以及客飯, 到現在主要吃其小菜, 年紀大了, 胃口也就細了, 再加上是late dinner自然也不想吃太過重口味的.它的椒鹽田雞腿依然是我最近的最愛, 只是龍景軒的四分之一價錢, 但份量更多, 水準也有七八成, 去皮工整, 田雞腿啖啖肉, 鮮味足而椒鹽入味, 唯一不足的是炸皮有點厚. 三絲炒年糕的煙靭,口感和單純的少鹹鮮味, 以及糖醋魚塊的甜甜酸酸, 簡單而舒服就是我們Late Dinner要的東西.

灣仔鬧市中的正宗上海菜對上海有那麼的一個情意結大學時在上海實習過一陣子一直都很掛念上海家的味道呢~這家的上海菜很驚喜!!和朋友點了一碗嫩雞煨麵和獅子頭飯。有些餐廳的嫩雞煨麵煮的太濃這裡的看起來清,吃起來濃度剛好~雞塊也嫩嫩的,有咬口!獅子頭飯上枱時侍應連上兩碗飯我也奇怪為什麼不是一碗飯原來飯碗數量跟人數😂很有趣的做法~獅子頭肉味滿滿,醃得入味送飯一流!餐廳屬於舊式裝修也別有一番風味呢。一定會再吃~

This restaurant is a very traditional old style Shanghainese Restaurant. The menu, the staff (no offence) and decor is very dated, and thats what makes the flavours traditional!!! We came for supper around 10pm and were lucky to have a table, after we were seated, others behind us had to wait! The Siu long bao was absolutely delicious, not a lot of soup, but thin layers of skin with a very traditional marinate of the meat! Absolutely loved it!

Really love this restaurant for supper, really great soul food!

松鼠黃魚,部份上海菜餐廳也有的菜式,這道菜是將黃魚起骨後,加以巧手刀工,將黃魚炸成「頭上揚,魚身如松鼠,尾巴要翹起」的昂首翹尾松鼠造型而得名。松鼠黃魚端上時,賣相是看不出松鼠造型的。炸黃魚澆上糖醋醬汁,再灑上松子仁、青豆粒及罐頭雜果粒,令賣相色彩豐富。黃魚炸得夠脆,不會太厚粉。糖醋醬汁的甜酸度稍稍偏淡,不夠香濃,稍稍失色。


還嚐了幾道其他菜式,味道都不錯。舊式餐館愈見罕有,體驗一下也不錯,但不要期望有舒適環境安坐慢慢吹水。

近來天氣陰晴不定,避過落大雨,我們決定午餐買外賣。香煎窩貼是很懷舊的那種,大大隻,皮是略厚的,不過也很甜。一口咬下,肉餡竟然是爆汁的,加少少醋,非常不錯。春卷外形並非圓碌碌,而是稍偏扁平的。炸得很香脆,兼且不油膩;中間的肉餡卻是有汁濕潤的,點不點醋都好好食。蔥爆羊肉做得精彩!海量的蔥炒得勁香,蔥身爽甜有緻。羊肉片軟腍無筋,極之入味,小人覺得是一道追著來吃的美食!清甜的火腿津白正好用來中和一下濃油赤醬的菜式。津白好甜,而火腿帶鹹香,好味到連湯也喝光!三鮮冷麵已不是第一次食的了,每次都沒有失手。冷麵混以麻醬,條條爽滑。配料有蝦仁、雞肉、火腿以及芽菜,仍然好食。買這麼多都只是$304,性價比高!
