今日下晝去咗灣仔呢一邊食上海嘢,每次經過呢一間餐廳都冇機會入去,今日就決定入去試吓午市嘅時候都幾旺,好彩餐廳位置夠多,我哋都可以入到去,唔使等比較推薦嘅食物有上海小籠包,小籠包每一籠有五粒,熱辣辣香噴噴,再加埋佢嘅陳醋食,味道非常好 小籠包嘅肉汁好多,個皮都非常之薄,咬落去啲汁即刻出嚟 豬肉餡料嘅調味,亦都唔錯,唔會話有太鹹嘅情況出現 排骨上海麵都做得非常好,上海面軟硬合適,配埋香酥炸嘅豬扒食非常好味,豬扒嘅調味亦都非常有上海嘅風味,肉質亦都唔會太硬 最後食埋雞絲粉皮,非常滿足

已是晚上九時許,便入了去這舊式上海菜館想食碗麵.上次去也應是好幾年了.看看餐牌,也沒有多變動.還保留舊式上海餐館的味道. 餐廳內還有一處是放一盤盤的前菜,我鍾意 .餐廳的牆上,也貼上了一條條的餐牌年連價錢,有保留舊式上海餐館的特色佈置.我們叫了一碗豬扒幼湯麵和一碗青菜湯煨麵. 炸豬扒,有少肥,肥瘦均勻.上海麵也煮得剛好. 青菜煨麵, 白色湯底非常好味. 已沒有來這店好幾年,今次也不是叫正式上海餸,只是叫了兩碗湯麵, 但還是有水準. 我覺得滿意. 這舊式上海餐館, 在香港已見少買少, 希望可承傳下去,不會消失 . 要珍惜.

369 restaurant is one of the oldest Wan Chai restaurant I had tried since my secondary school life. It is neither descent nor luxurious but you can taste the homemade style Shanghainese cuisine. The deep fried frog legs are big, meaty and juicy that is not easily found elsewhere at HK.

19號當日我同朋友去咗電腦通訊節,本來已經諗好食咩,但係哩間菜館係灣仔咁多年都未試過,加上又有人介紹過,所以諗住今次一定要試下。未入去之前門口己經好多人等緊,有啲想放棄,但係一場嚟到,唯有堅持入場。一入到去就feel到仲老店嘅感覺 (有冷氣嘅),卡位、收銀機、廚房同一個較小嘅煮食間。講返野食先,第一個餸係鎮江肴肉,哩道餸其實令我印象唔好,可能係我食唔慣冷盤嘅肉,加上有啲腥味,唔太期待之後嘅菜色。但係下一個上嘅菜飯令我覺得好好味,小小油係面,但係唔會成碟都油,加上啲菜同飯唔會濕漉漉,成件事都好match。好餸陸續有嚟。然後到香酥鴨,加上醬汁,酥脆,唔會太油膩,係幾餸飯。之後我哋仲想加多個餸,本來想食白切羊肉,但係阿姐話係冷盤,所以我哋轉咗做京䓤炒羊肉,味道就偏咸,可以哩個係上海嘅口味。最後,我覺得性價比唔係太高,因為同其他地方價錢相若,但係份量較少

明知道搞緊書展,就諗住早少少出門口,希望黎都唔使等位,不過基於太受歡迎啦,7點正到,都已經有10檯人排喺前邊。今次帶埋小朋友去,就唯有過隔離涼下冷氣先啦!未夠10分鐘返去睇吓到未,原來已經有!仲係卡位!可能因為始終帶住小朋友,夥計哥哥、叔叔或者姨姨放低熱水熱茶或者餸都特別小心,仲好溫馨咁會同小朋友傾兩句,叫佢乖乖地坐定定!烤麩我覺得係我食過香港所有上海店最好食嘅!唔會過分油,口感亦好好👍鍋貼都好出色,底部煎得好趣,入邊又有肉汁,忍唔住口一口氣食左幾舊。小籠包我就覺得外皮略厚,但係整體嚟講都好好食!留意餐廳只收現金!所以如果好多個人一齊嚟食,記住帶定足夠現金!

烤麩我覺得係我食過香港所有上海店最好食嘅!唔會過分油,口感亦好好👍
鍋貼都好出色,底部煎得好趣,入邊又有肉汁,忍唔住口一口氣食左幾舊。
小籠包我就覺得外皮略厚,但係整體嚟講都好好食!

留意餐廳只收現金!所以如果好多個人一齊嚟食,記住帶定足夠現金!

行完會展,近近地試下上海三六九,6:00pm到,唔駛排隊,食上海野,一定要叫 #上海小籠包、#鍋貼,雖然熱辣辣送上,但無肉汁,失望😓,#雪菜肉絲炒年糕…咸,失色🥹 #豆腐魚頭煲,好香,魚頭炸得脆脆地,食第一口,好野味,因無叫飯,隨後越食越咸,一啖茶,一啖肉溝住食,最後放棄,堅咸😿😿
