24小時慢煮的叉燒果然很軟冧,但味道很濃郁,再配上豬油撈飯,簡直是完美的配搭


而涼拌咖喱魷魚沙拉菜,以凱撒沙律為主,再加上涼拌咖喱汁,相當特別,而魷魚非常爽口


不過點餐時因款式而考慮了一會,結果店員來了詢問下單三次,感覺有點焦急....

Crab meat rice ball with vinegar espuma. The portion is pretty decent here compared to other bars ! The rice ball is filled with lots of crab meats and the vinegar sauce increase the flavor of the crab meat and made it less oily and heavy !

This maybe one of the best churros I had in my life. I personally don’t like cinnamon, this had a bit but it was acceptable as it was too good .... it was not those finger oily type but just crunchy outside with a slight soft and chewy texture inside ! Can anyone imagine peanut butter dip with their churros ???? I will always come back for more !!!!

相對上喺出邊嘅餐廳會用得比較多嘅食材係豬頸肉同鵝肝,好少食雞頸肉同鴨肝,仲可以配搭埋一齊係好食嘅,都有一定嘅難度。而佢地將雞頸肉同鵝肝做得鮮嫩美味,XO醬唔會蓋過咗雞肉嘅鮮味,啱啱好可以做到提鮮,鴨肝亦都相當肥美香口。配埋鮮甜嘅溫泉蛋同唔油又有口感嘅米飯,係神來一筆。

去中環成日都淨係去老蘭飲酒都幾悶今日聽朋友介紹行上少少就有特別嘅fusion菜食,菜如其名”何蘭正”,聽到個名就即刻想入去試下。餐廳入面嘅裝飾好特別,有少少好似返咗去以前嘅年代咁。連菜式都係你估唔到嘅,XO醬雞頸肉配鵝肝飯,食落去好似煲仔飯咁。梅菜扣和牛面肉配煎腸粉,和牛肉入口即溶,配埋腸粉,西式同中式嘅配合,好有特色。沙薑炸雞翼,食落去辣辣地,好似避風塘雞翼咁,用黎送酒一流除咗嘢食,仲有唔同嘅手工啤,仲有香港嘅手工啤,大家一定要去試下。
