何籣正環境特別,裝修是舊香港的感覺。餐廳的用具都是以前年代的款色,埋特別的。餐廳主要是喝本地的啤酒🍻,有很多種味道,所以有很多老外來這裡喝啤酒聊天。店裡的食物都很好吃,我點了以下兩種都沒令人失望,特別是胡椒大蜆粉絲,配上啤酒超棒。試了這家幾種本地啤酒,我最愛是raspberry beer. 酸酸的味道,好喝喔!

中環Soho區係平時放工嘅好消遣地方,今次嚟到呢一間又有得飲又有得食嘅何蘭正試下先,呢到除左右各款嘅手工啤,仲有好多特色嘅Cocktail,而且環境以80年代裝飾為主,成間店都幾有特色同gimmick💛-一坐底,見到碗筷都用上懷舊風既公雞碗,而menu就係墊枱紙。-食物分Small Plate & Large PlateSmall Plate 我簡左依到Signature既濃厚花生豆腐、配花生芽菜、燒西班牙甜椒、皮蛋及美味酸辣汁。賣相超掂,印咗店舖嘅名上去,依舊花生豆腐嘅口感比平時食開嘅都結實,而且大豆味濃,不過花生味就不算突出。而旁邊嘅花生芽菜係我食過最大條最彈牙最爽口嘅芽菜,唔錯唔錯。另外其實依一個豆腐用嘅醬汁係酸辣汁,食落感覺好似平時食開尖椒皮蛋嘅汁,雖然唔係好辣,但個麻味的確做得幾出色,係唔經唔覺愈食個嘴feel到愈麻🤣🤣Large Plate 我地簡左2個首先係XO醬燒日本無激素雞頸肉、賦予配鴨肝、配溫泉蛋米飯。好得意啊!佢係用一個雞仔嘅煲上菜之後打開個飯都聞到好香,豬頸肉就食得多啦,但係雞頸肉都係第一次聽亦都係第一次食,又估唔到原來雞頸肉嘅口感都幾嫩滑。值得一讚係裏面嘅鴨肝

依個叉燒做得非常鬆化,半肥瘦真係有入口即溶嘅感覺,而且個醬汁調得剛剛好,蜜味好夠但係又唔會過甜,而且佢嘅伴碟都好有心思,中間嗰啲係西瓜來,可以中和一下飽膩感!算係我食過覺得好出色既叉燒😆

最後係甜品西班牙油條,呢個又係做得幾好食,依個油條完全炸得唔油膩,唔會油淋淋,而佢係配左兩個醬汁,第一個係榛子醬,而第二個係出邊都好少食到嘅檸檬意大利芝士醬!
個檸檬意大利芝士醬食落好清新,酸酸甜甜,配油條有另一番風味!

頂頭的忌廉、中間白色的奶、底部的紅豆粒粒,外型真係同紅豆冰一模一樣,邊個估到原來係一杯酒呢!
就咁飲會覺得酒味好濃,但將頂部既忌廉撈勻之後,杯cocktail真係飲到紅豆冰既味道!非常特別。
