收工同fri想飲茶,兜兜轉轉來到了八號茶居離朗屏地鐵站真的好近 下來轉個彎就到了每道茶點份量剛好夠兩個人食點了香片 確實很濃沖了三四壺先變淡🦐每次飲茶都必點蝦餃啦,皮薄餡足,蝦新鮮爽口,一個個都又圓又大個 蟹籽燒賣 區別於外面的白色燒賣皮身,一個個燒賣宛如一個人拳頭般大小,一口咬下去能吃到肉和蝦融合的肉汁老乾媽鳳爪 每一隻被老乾媽醃製的相當入味軟爛一下就脫骨啦豉椒排骨飯🍚米飯顆顆飽滿分明,加上店家的豉油 越吃越香且份量對我們兩個女生剛剛好雪山叉燒包 叉燒包搭配外面酥酥菠蘿包的口感也蠻奇妙的腐乳通菜 也是好大一份 最後完全吃不下來人均剛好💰100吃得超級飽想飲茶的時候還是會選擇再來光顧一下

- 賣賞已經吸晴,蝦肉彈牙已經是基本,就算腸粉沾滿豉油,吃落米網仍保持脆身,口感一流,推薦

- 超足料,目測起碼3隻原隻蝦,味道濃郁,必點

燒賣皇
- 勁大粒,一啖吃很勉強,有2隻蝦和足料豬肉,超滿足

最後點了腐乳通菜
- 菜的份量超多,碟上唔會水旺旺,腐乳汁很香濃另上,足夠點,

喺元朗都算比較少酒樓,就算有酒樓都係啲集團式嘅酒樓,上網搵到呢間8號茶居 喺元朗有兩間店,今次就嚟咗虹方呢間店,好近西鐵站8號蝦餃王兩件 $19每次飲茶都一定會叫黎食嘅蝦餃,蝦餃皮好薄,薄得黎又唔會一夾就爛,入面嘅蝦肉都好大隻好新鮮,口感好彈牙山竹牛肉球三件 $27牛肉球大大隻,食到有啲陳皮味,同牛肉味好夾,仲有啲喼汁 同埋混合咗好多蔥,同埋有少少切粒嘅馬蹄肉😆整個口感好豐富海苔鮮蝦腐皮卷 $28呢個即叫即炸嘅鮮蝦腐皮卷,完全係小編嘅至愛,咬開會見到一半係海苔一半係鮮蝦肉,做到好平均,腐皮卷好薄脆豉汁黃鱔蒸飯 $59喺酒樓比較少食到嘅豉汁黃鱔飯,黃鱔飯有好濃香嘅豉汁味,仲有啲3色椒,完全唔需要加豉油,已經好入味飄香榴槤包 $30鍾意食榴槤嘅朋友仔絕對值得一試,咬開之後可以見到榴槤餡,如果有一絲絲嘅榴槤肉就更好😆鍾意食榴槤嘅可能會覺得唔夠榴槤味鴛鴦鮮蝦米網腸 $36呢個都係第一次喺茶樓有得食,好新穎,外層係腸粉,入面係用脆片包裹住蝦肉,點五點豉油都好好味
