朋友話天后新開左間食燒鵝既餐廳,性價比高又好食,港島區食燒鵝既都係買少見少,所以就同朋友去試下~去燒鵝店主抗緊要必叫燒鵝啦~我地就叫左個燒鵝飯($46)滿滿好有光澤既燒鵝鋪喺飯面,呢個價錢咁既質素絕對係驚喜!鵝皮燒得好脆好均勻,肉質鮮嫩,好味!再嚟個叉燒燒鵝飯($48)叉燒燒得勁香,而且肥瘦均勻,正。我地仲叫左個鼓油王炒鵝腸($58),鵝腸超級爽口,用鼓油炒好惹味,令我地停唔到口!👍👍👍👍

As this place specializes in goose, how could I not order goose.
Leg is more expensive in Chinese terms because the meat is considered better which I do agree with but the chicken and ducks in HK are usually anorexic.
Anyway, tried the leg and breast to compare.

To be honest, I thought the breast was better and the fact that the goose here is anorexic the goose breast isn't as tough as you would expect.
It was good that I asked for it without the sauce as it can be quite oily or too sweet hence ruining the rice.

I think the experience for the goose leg would have been better if it hadn't been chopped up.
Overall, in Hong Kong terms, the goose breast is a better choice as you are guaranteed some meat to eat.

To finish, had the salted lemon soda and I liked the way I was given a whole salted lemon that was intact!

好少過去銅鑼灣嘅我,今日就約咗朋友。朋友同我介紹位於維園附近有一間新開嘅燒味。價錢唔貴,而且仲主打係深井燒鵝。仲要自家製造,咁梗係要去食下啦。提一提,係度仲可以手機落單,都幾方便。環境舒適,而且可以上樓。兩個人就最簡單帶咗個二人餐已經好足夠。一個雪耳青瓜,三併燒味,一個小菜,小菜嘅方面都好多選擇,最後我地就揀咗西蘭花炒蝦球,仲有兩個飯同埋兩杯野飲。雪耳青瓜涼拌除咗雲耳之外,仲有青瓜。兩者爽口但入味味道酸酸甜甜作為餐前小食好開胃三併燒味第一併我哋揀咗成間店嘅主打燒鵝加咗$20有燒鵝髀第二併就係切雞第三就併燒肉果然無失我預期-燒鵝髀外表香但肉質實唔會有油膩感-燒肉肥瘦合適-切雞不會老,讚一個西蘭花炒蝦球蝦球新鮮彈牙西蘭花🥦配上xo醬好惹味總括來講,兩個人150唔使,就可以食到燒味,小菜,涼拌,仲有野飲。性價比唔錯。

原隻燒鵝髀飯 ($88),鵝髀大大隻,上桌時已經斬件,方便客人享用。鵝皮非常香脆,肥瘦均稱,入口啖啖油香。鵝髀肉亦很有水準,醃得入味,肉質嫩滑,入口沒有鵝膻味,肉汁豐富,而且最正就係價錢夠大眾化, $88 就已經有全髀配飯,平足某些名店一半有多,十分抵食。

至於燒腩仔拼玫瑰豉油雞瀨粉 ($41) 食味亦不俗,豉油雞熟度剛好,肉質嫩滑,甚至連雞皮的油脂都特別甘香,入口滑嘟嘟又惹味。燒腩仔亦恰如其份,件件都切得大小均一,皮也燒得甚脆,咬下卜卜有聲,加上脂肪及瘦肉層層相間,食落既有肉汁又有豬肉的肉香,完全無渣,質素不錯。

肉餅飯套餐的中湯。其實職員也多拿一碗送給我呢!
真係老火湯,連雞腳也煮得軟棉棉了。 
不過小米在餐前已經享用一大碗老火湯了。
在嚐過肉餅飯後,還想來多碗老火湯。
小米竟然為了老火湯放棄檸七!  

今天很幸運,有抵食的晩餐,小米為了飲老火湯而放棄檸七,又肯食菜。
真是還得神落!

Other Info. : 救世軍家品店真係好多新奇事物,有如尋寶一樣。 當中有玩具車,小米很想要。 不過,要小米先捐出家中的舊玩具,騰出額外空間,才會買新玩具囉! 鬼叫屋企係得豆腐膶咁細咩!

皆因我感受到深井的味道
外層飽滿香脆 肉質也是極少油脂 但肉質實鬆恰好
食得到質感 咬落會有香香的肉汁走出 連皮食香味四溢
加上一啖白飯 我就是喜歡

蜜汁叉燒
點了瘦叉 但肉質仍軍火鬆軟 不會過火的乾或紙皮般
另一半覺得比到佢驚喜 平實的外表但有內涵
有點豬頸肉的爽口鬆軟感 很高質

點了一個開胃菜 京都豬扒
菠蘿酸甜 加上京都汁 軟林的豬扒
真的可以來多一個白飯呢!!

油菜當然是清清味蕾的一個重要關鍵
爽口不過灼過龍的口感 就是適中

超出預期的一頓晚餐
深井的味道 再追求是每一次品嚐過後所計劃的事
