Have mentioned in Open Rice when booking, to please arrange an anniversary wording on dessert plate but seems there is no action is taken by the waitress or chef. For the environment, it’s decent but there are a lots of flying insects around though we are sitting indoor.For food, the taste is generally good and portion is fit us as we both eat little.

One of the bad experiences! Can’t believed it’s a Michelin star!

My friend booked the restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised it has a Michelin star when arrived. And, I was looking forward to a nice meal. The food was very good, however, the service was so bad that it ruined our night.

One of the waiters was very bad at services, rude and really should not be in the service industry: taking orders wrong, snatching menus, forgetting pour wine to the person who tasted the wine after pouring for the rest. We had to keep raising our hand a few times for them to notice many glasses are empty.

When we were paying the bill, he realised he took wrong orders, without apologise, became snappy and snatched the bill, took off and said will take the item off the bill. All we wanted is to pay what we ordered.

非常失望的一晚!朋友在這間餐廳訂了枱,到步才知是米芝蓮一星。初時以為會有一個愉快的晚上。食物還可以,但係服務的確強差人意,不知道為什麼可以有米芝蓮一星。

坐低後才知道只可以同枱點set Menu。不可以單點。有兩個朋友不食肉,一個不食海產類,餐廳都可以改換set Menu中一些菜品,最後覺得朋友一齊食飯唔緊要,所以便繼續。

朋友點了紅白兩支不同餐酒,侍應給我朋友試酒,朋友覺得可以後,他便幫其他客人斟酒,斟完後卻忘記了試酒的朋友的杯子,並離開餐桌,需要我們叫喚才回頭斟酒。我察覺到他當時已經面黑黑覺得不耐煩。進食期間,我們朋友間多次酒杯冇酒,不知是否當天晚上侍應人手不足,侍應並沒有留意,因為餐酒放在離我們餐桌比較遠的地方,我們不可以自己服務,最後需要我們多次叫喚,侍應才幫我們加添。

我們進餐期間,兩支餐酒分別喝完,我們分開繼續添加了紅白另外兩支。本來問題不大,可是到結帳時朋友看到其中紅餐酒加單時,侍應把一支餐酒落了三杯單點?!?!白酒也少了一支。

我們覺得有一點奇怪便跟侍應了解。他說他以為我們是想單點三杯。我們聽到也找不着頭腦🤔。說話還未講完,他便從我們手中拿了賬單,二話不說很晦氣地離開餐桌,說會把三杯餐就取消。

最後黑口黑面的侍應已經不想再回來,由另一位侍應將新嘅賬單給我們,餐單只有紅白兩支酒。這是餐廳堅決收餐酒的費用。我們說,我們只是想根據我們真正點多少餐多少酒來付費,不知道為什麼會有這麼不愉快的經驗。

個人覺得,這一類餐廳,優質服務是必須的。而米芝蓮一星的服務是不是應該更加着重?

Egg Net with chicken and sha🪺
以蛋花做成的網狀卷成,包裹着雞肉,帶點香茅的清香,鹹香的肉味道,咬起來口感像肉松。

湯品-Guk’s Hot & Sour soup of braised pork ribs🐷
一碗辣勁和酸度剛好的湯,酸味先出,後而辣,清新得宜,很喜歡湯裏的乾蒜及乾洋蔥,湯品內的豬肉大片,以湯拌飯一流。

主菜-Grilled silken aubergine salad🍆
冷盤的沙律,上面有個流心蛋,被薄荷帶着的茄子,顯出另一風味,清新爽脆。

主菜-Aromatic curry of Chicken and Ratte potato🐥
泰式瑪莎曼黃咖哩,甜甜的,醬汁濃稠,香氣撲鼻。雞肉嫩滑,薯仔煮得入味,拌飯之選。

主菜-Stir fried Iberico pork cheek and coriander 🐖 [很喜歡]
採用了豬頸肉,故此肉身較鬆軟,像蜜糖味的豬肉,甜得來,烤焦味又出,單吃都非常喜歡。

甜品-Mango Stick Rice🥭
吃泰國菜怎能少得芒果糯米飯,這個是我看過最fancy的賣相,帶點咸咸的味道挺有趣,但略覺椰醬比較少,且和芝麻窩夫不太搭,我還是比較喜歡傳統的口味。

一餐挺滿意的泰國菜,味道層面上五星,上菜速度慢一點更好。

-這裏的椰子水比越南更新鮮,更甜

見open rice寫是全香港唯一一間有星級的泰國菜, 一家三口便來體驗下,當晚是星期六晚上八時,入到餐廳只得我們一枱客人,心中不妙, 因我們入來前見大館不少餐廳氣氛熱鬧,坐無虛席;坐下服務員放下餐牌,原來餐廳只提供兩款套餐,沒有單點叫,都冇所謂,我們都想品嚐星級其中一款套餐,menu看上來好似有不少菜式,但幾款頭盤擺盤簡單,食物味道一般,份量又細小,排骨湯太酸辣,主菜份量比頭盤正常些,如不提供飯,女士們都不飽肚,甜品方面,香芒糯米飯比較硬身,芝麻脆餅只是一小塊,整體來講,這款套餐用的材料廉價,如這個價錢食這款套餐性價比實在太低,永不光顧👎😒。

It was my birthday. The manager offered us a balcony seat so we could enjoy a nice view to watch the Christmas night show (every 30mins).I ordered a vegetarian tasting menu. The staff introduced the dishes and taught us how to eat in order to get the best flavour and texture. I want to say thank you to the staff. They were so friendly of course especially the manager, he was a very funny guy. We love to talk to him.

Generous amount of tender pork cheek soaked in creamy red curry comprised a highlight dish. While the curry lived up to Thai cuisine's reputation for heat, the rich and nuanced flavors far outweighed any spice. Substantial but light, I left fully satisfied yet not uncomfortably full.

A satisfying conclusion to the meal. The rice dumpling was a real star - exterior of shredded coconut added textural contrast to the soft rice, enclosing rich coconutty palm sugar. Both showcased local flavors and that Aaharn has mastered Thai desserts as much as their savory dishes.

This is definitely one of the most overrated restaurant I have ever visited in HK. The food quality is very normal. The portion is very small too, and I had to eat McDonald’s after I had dinner here. At most, you can say the food looks pretty but the taste is nothing special. The service level is definitely below par for a Michelin one star restaurant. Stuffs are not friendly and they don’t seem like they want their guests to come back in the future. Will definitely avoid this restaurant.

Their ten-course set lunch is great value for money at $488 per head; and during the DiningCity Restaurant Week, the set was offered at only $398 per head! The set includes three kinds of canapes, five kinds of mains, and two desserts and is super satisfying and fulfilling. Each of the dish was of the right portion so it allowed diners taste their exotic flavors but won't be overwhelming. Particularly loved the curry - had to top up much jasmine rice to pair it with! The mango with sticky rice and steamed rice dumpling with coconut and palm sugar were some cute little delightful desserts to end the meal with!

Aaharn was opened in 2018, awarded one Michelin star in 2020 and has retained this since.
Food was nice; service was not bad, better if staff could introduce the ingredients, cooking method, etc. of each dish, to live up to the Michelin star title.

香港泰國餐廳林立,中環大館這裡卻有著香港唯一一間獲得米芝蓮一星殊榮的泰國餐廳《Aaharn
那當然要來一試,碰巧還在提供非常合口味的「十道菜菜單」
享用的是餐廳與DiningCity聯乘的午餐菜單 ($398/位),內容跟餐廳本來的午餐菜單 ($488/位) 差不多,但價錢較便宜,CP值更高!
對花生敏感的人士,廚房也有提供另外的安排(如瑪莎曼咖哩改成了紅咖哩),十分友善

餐廳室內環境滿舒服,燈光昏暗,樓面不算很大,但桌與桌之間略有空間,滿有私隱度
另外還有室外位置~天氣涼一點,坐在這裡,外望大館景觀,邊享用美食,應該很爽~
餐廳只供應須收費每位$30的Belu無汽或有汽水,點熱水的話也是同樣收費哦~
服務來說還好;如果會介紹一下每道菜就更貼合米芝蓮一星這名銜啦😛
