聽說會撞到明星,抱着八卦的心態去看明星,訂了平日12:30飲茶,接待靚靚姐姐好像第一天上班的引領我們入座,期間撞到枱燈兩次,很擔心她有冇受傷?入座後,明明服務員都是站着閑談,好似叫極都叫不到他們咁,究竟忙什麼呢?食物很符合五星級酒店,是好食的,環境一流,裝修一流,風景一流,只是服務不入流。很懷疑是怎樣訓練職員的。

原來尖沙咀,好難搵到可以飲早茶嘅地方 。我地仲要喺星期五晚先諗,更加已經book唔到,好在當日朝早打去天外天,攝到一圍枱俾我哋,真係萬分感激。入到去,超開揚,高級感滿滿,全部用落地玻璃,採用天然光,但因為正正中午時份,啱啱太陽照射,所以要落窗簾,變相感覺好暗。呢度啲點心好精緻,味道亦都好食,今次帶外國朋友過嚟食,全部都大讚,個炸雲吞嘅碟,好懷舊,佢哋好鍾意。尤其是灌湯餃,個別每人一碟上,好隆重其事😂另外員工們嘅服務態度真係一流,完全冇失禮我哋香港人,服務業需要好似你哋咁,要keep住!

今晚同先生慶祝結婚11週年,想靜靜地望住維港食餐晚飯,去到28樓的天外天,一出電梯門竟然要穿過一個酒吧先到中菜廳,可能適逢母親節後一日,比較多人,由於預早訂枱,坐的位置都係望住維港。要求要多一張椅子放袋,但比了一張小朋友凳仔,我張枱左右兩邊有上菜位,待應及經理每一位都非常忙碌,碗碗碟碟哼哼聲換個不停。年青貌美侍應小姐,一個笑容都冇,上菜時踢到張枱,毫無反應。問了格仔衫經理,是否平日都咁多客人,只回一句今晚比較多人,笑一笑,立即再次忙碌。全個場爆滿,老人大人小朋友嬰兒,粗口笑聲大聲,廣東話普通話英語,位位樂也融融。上菜時間頭盤小碟平均15分鐘上菜,主菜由叫起到上菜30分鐘未到出名三層肉,碟係熱,肉係凍錦鹵素雲吞,好👍🏻脆好熱蟹肉菜苗羹,啖啖蟹肉由19:20-20:50 打完依篇文,都仲未上主菜我想結帳

今日同家人慶祝生日,近𥦬環境不錯,看到附近大廈及天台游泳池,茶葉也不錯,每位茶錢$35,起碼對得起個茶錢,點心比較傳統,味道不錯,特別係艇仔粥有驚喜,很鮮甜,居然有大大粒帶子和鮮蝦。 羅白糕加肉鬆很特別,家人還食到臘腸有很香嘅酒味。可惜嘅係無什麼生日氣氛。脆合桃有啲益味,間中一、二粒。
