食物高質,冇諗過原來環境咁好。不過真係有少少迫,如果可以再闊落多少少就完美啦。佢嘅環境係好似西餐廳咁樣,唔似一般中餐。片皮鴨好食,皮好脆,冇乜肥膏。基本上茶,小食啊,嗰啲都好有心機,飲得出係靚茶,甘香。其他酒樓係食花生佢呢度係食蜜糖合桃,個合桃好甜脆卜卜好好食。個普通嘅炒菜都炒到好香,本身冇乜期待,都係普通一個炒生菜,但係佢蒜蓉味勁香。個肉餅就都唔錯嘅,好有鹹香味。如果可以煎得脆啲咁就更加正啦。😻

之前到天外天食過晚飯慶祝生日 今次同朋友喺weekend中午去食點心 可惜當天天色灰暗 否則風景會更好最喜歡食這裏的琥珀合桃 通常好快清了自己那小碟 點心menu點了:蝦餃燒賣肉鬆臘味蘿蔔糕子薑崧子和牛批荔蓉燒鵝酥鮮奶蛋撻仔金鈎韭菜煎薄撐點心整體表現正常 有傳統亦有較新穎的款式 味道沒有特別驚艷的位置 但又恰當好處另外點了叉燒 讚位是可以選擇輕量(4件)或例牌 (8件) 所以即使人少都可以試下 叉燒肥瘦適中 味道不過不失 但又是欠缺了少少濃邊作為酒店中菜廳服務質素是毋庸置疑的 可惜中午都分了2輪訂位 即是有時限 所以未夠時間跟好友暢談

分量比想像中多,足足有八嚿,而且用熱嘅鐵板上,肉質非常之腍,食落就係好食嘅洋蔥燒汁味,牛肉味無完全比蓋過,連配菜洋蔥都唔辣好入味。

一碟有八嚿嘅油豆腐,味道方面正常,不過可以再入味啲。


❣️因為我哋無訂位,入到去坐低嘅時候服務員同我哋講片皮鴨同炸子雞已經賣晒😭,所以如果大家想食同埋要坐窗邊位嘅記得提早book定❇️

今年訂了天外天同老媽子慶生,招呼帶位入座都好到位,海景位,天氣又好視野一覽無遺,未食就已經加分,但講到餐桌茶具就相對簡單,枱腳不平要墊紙,進餐體驗大打折扣。小姐姐好用心解決問題,可惜實在巧婦難為無米炊,墊幾張紙頂住先。講返食品叫了一個午餐套餐,加了兩個蟹藝同一個蛋白蒸蟹鉗,出菜有,燒肉,春卷和青瓜。燒肉皮薄脆口,春卷外皮鬆化,青瓜無特別,之後上個蒸石斑件,肉質比較粗小鞋欠彈性,個湯就好小小,足味足料的,跟住上個蟹蓋,外型到位,肉餡可以豐盛一點更加理想,而個蒸蟹鉗老媽子話好好食,跟手炒西芹上枱,對味。接力係炒飯,飯粒分明,不錯。小姐姐之後送了個驚喜壽包,新鮮熱辣又軟又甜,可口。最後上埋個紫米露甜品,完美收工。整體黎講天外天的服務是非常到位的,員工態度友善笑容滿面,要讚讚讚,而食品就不過不失。今日餐飯唔錯的!

聽說會撞到明星,抱着八卦的心態去看明星,訂了平日12:30飲茶,接待靚靚姐姐好像第一天上班的引領我們入座,期間撞到枱燈兩次,很擔心她有冇受傷?入座後,明明服務員都是站着閑談,好似叫極都叫不到他們咁,究竟忙什麼呢?食物很符合五星級酒店,是好食的,環境一流,裝修一流,風景一流,只是服務不入流。很懷疑是怎樣訓練職員的。

原來尖沙咀,好難搵到可以飲早茶嘅地方 。我地仲要喺星期五晚先諗,更加已經book唔到,好在當日朝早打去天外天,攝到一圍枱俾我哋,真係萬分感激。入到去,超開揚,高級感滿滿,全部用落地玻璃,採用天然光,但因為正正中午時份,啱啱太陽照射,所以要落窗簾,變相感覺好暗。呢度啲點心好精緻,味道亦都好食,今次帶外國朋友過嚟食,全部都大讚,個炸雲吞嘅碟,好懷舊,佢哋好鍾意。尤其是灌湯餃,個別每人一碟上,好隆重其事😂另外員工們嘅服務態度真係一流,完全冇失禮我哋香港人,服務業需要好似你哋咁,要keep住!
