一向都知元朗又新街好多美食, 但隔多2-3條街既教育路都有好西食.今次友人帶路去左間酒吧餐廳, 餐廳雖然要行入少少, 但在轉角位也顯眼易找.門外有個啤酒位, 也有高身位座, outdoor飲酒也很有氣氛.店內裝潢也有特色畫上裝備的圖畫, 吊燈營造微暗有情調既燈光, 加上一半牆身都換上落地玻璃, 自然透光又增加空間感. 半開放水吧位, 廚房即設在店內的另一邊, 不混亂而有效率地方便上菜.餐湯是蕃茄湯, 還有烘暖的鬆軟麵包. 蕃茄湯不是濃調的, 反而是溫暖開胃的清湯, 清淡蕃茄味偏酸. 麵包外層輕輕烘香, 保持麵包鬆軟度, 而且不會好乾身, 好喜歡呢個包.煙三文魚羊奶芝士沙律 ($52), 4大片煙三文魚, 肥美鹹鮮, 質感柔嫩. 羊奶芝士幾濃味, 份量再多點更好. 沙律業新鮮爽脆. 最值得一讚的是這裡用油醋汁, 較為健康清爽, 而且還可以自己調配油醋汁份量, 更合自己口味.脆餅干, 酸忌廉, 餐前小食每枱都附送, 脆卜卜既餅干沾上酸忌廉. 簡單食材又輕盈又美味.黑松露雜菌意粉 ($98)(套餐+$30), 上枱時見份量比較少, 但原來碟中間有深度, 食完剛剛好. 伴勻意粉時飄出陣陣黑松露
