平日夜晚黎,唔多人。有book 位所以一定係試席前鐵板燒啦。D 料睇到都知新鮮,龍蝦仲識郁。😱龍蝦係兩食既,起肉燒,頭就煮麵豉湯。前菜有個茶碗蒸,味道唔錯。個牛可以簡厚燒或者薄燒,我就比較鍾意食厚,啖啖肉。主食可以簡鵝肝,西京燒銀雪魚,忛立貝。之後會有個炒飯,有心思既記得諗定整咩公仔,哄下另一半開心。❤️最後尾仲有個紅豆叮噹餅,唔太甜既甜品。師傅都幾好傾,唔覺唔覺都食左成2個幾鐘,完全無冷場,呢個真係要加分比師傅。👍🏻

人們對日本的各式凍蟹總讚得天上有,然而小的卻不甚了了。或許是咱家天生的重口味,對於和風弄蟹的清淡煮法有點咬不上弦,反而更愛鮮味澎湃的阿拉斯加長腳蟹。親身到北海道品嚐至高無尚的毛蟹,最後小的與老伴還是較鐘情海膽與三文魚籽。翻閱歷史,最能令小的回味之和風蟹品為在半島Imasa裡品嚐過的天婦羅松葉蟹腳,其清香厚肉鮮味,啖啖肉口感最為可喜。

定食附有沙律、前菜、蒸蛋與麵豉湯。沙律除了普通的青菜鮮茄還有粟米芯,味道調得清新怡人。前菜的一小葉為泡菜的醃法,但那小方型一粒粒的居然非屬蘿蔔,卻泛出魚類的味道與實實粘粘的口感。小的不知裡袖,卻認為這道小食比「一杯」或「一遊」的那小砵鹹梅菜要好多了。

主菜的人氣刺身盛一客八款,所謂人氣其實就是廚師發辦的Omakase。由大廚精挑八款最新鮮的食材,然而在這兒的人氣,則全憑冰櫃裡有甚麼貨與及廚師即興的心情。

這趟的刺身盛似乎比上回稍稍遜色,但認真比較其實是各具擅場。活赤貝變成了帶子,雖然小的一向喜歡後者,但這件帶子卻比較小巧,而且在鮮度上遜於上回的兩小塊活赤貝。第一次的火炙鰹魚不合小的脾胃,這回變了鯛魚則算是淡淡的還可以。松葉蟹乾乾瘦瘦平平淡淡。

深海池魚、赤海蝦和一小砵的三文魚籽海膽依舊肥美可口,要是那精緻的三文魚籽海膽能不那麼吝嗇,小的自會更為滿意。

常道三文魚有蟲,於是大廚便出了兩塊吞拿加兩件拖羅。前者稍嫌乾身欠鮮,大概三文會有更佳的演繹。

原來「秋田」其實佔據著QRE Plaza的好幾層,更分板燒刺身火鍋浜燒。方型的桌子餐廳之座位靠近緊貼,不過在商言商則無可口非。在桌子等了一會,何解店員沒有提供餐牌?一問之下始發現席前那塊黑色以為屬墊檯紙的一片其實就是餐牌。翻開瀏閱,除了各式刺身丼,還有一些熟食。不問也知小的當然會選擇前者。

時間緊迫,幸好餐廳之出菜也不太慢。朋友的丼飯先出場,刺身的份量似乎是滿滿的,鋪滿整個碗面。上面的粒粒三文魚籽晶瑩通透。海膽則是名附其實的北海道馬糞,大廚用料雖不算很豪爽,但亦屬不錯。而且海膽的味道鮮甜甘香,秋田蟹肉則清新淡雅。在眾多高端的刺身底下,咱們還可見到其它的角切刺身,豐富了丼飯的畫面。

定食除了主菜,尚有沙拉,和風蒸蛋,麵豉湯與前菜小食。沙拉、蒸蛋與麵豉湯都是不過不失,為一如所料的出品。小食方面起初以為這小巧橙紅色的前菜是醃製過的辣蘿蔔,一吃之下卻不然。其口感爽爽軟軟,有點像是蒟蒻一類的食材,趣味欣然。

沙拉菜是一般的蔬菜絲與車厘茄,配搭的為和風芝麻醬而非酸醋。入口清新怡人,正好用來開胃。

不過小的之主菜卻非常精彩,一盤刺身盛教人目不暇給。三文魚、吞拿魚是必要之選。牡丹蝦亦大大隻。貴價食材則有火炙鰹魚、活赤貝、深海池魚,一條松葉蟹腳與一小砵的三文魚籽海膽。

特選刺身定食幾乎全是高端食材,而且新鮮肥美,每一片刺身都充盈了油潤的光澤。雖然這客人氣季節盛索價接近三百,似乎是貴了點。但瞧一瞧食物質素與水準都值回票價了。

總觀而言,餐廳之食物水準一流。不過座位方面便有欠舒適,檯椅給推砌在一起,不免經常竊聽到鄰席的說話。至於其木方桌亦頗具日本風,在桌下的邊框不知何解地圍了一層木塊,上印一些不知名的和風圖案與文字。可惜這個短盒的木圍板,使雙腿與桌子的距離拉近了。當小的拉拉椅子,一不小心便會被木圍板刮傷大腿。是中看不中用。

It’s our lucky day to get it table for walk in.

There are some lunch sets and we chose the $280 per person set.

The set began with a salad which is quite nice with a small sweet potato.

Our first main dish was abalone. The chef was amazing that the abalones were nicely cooked. They were very tender and juicy.

We chose foie gras and cod fish as our second main course to share. They were good.

Then we chose beef rolls as our third main dish. Although it’s not very high quality, it’s tender and goes well with the sauce.

The set also comes with fried vegetables and fried rice. The portion is quite big and delicious.

We are lucky that the chef gave us some free dessert with red beans pancake. It’s fantastic with the sesame ice cream (included in the set).

It’s great dining experience that we will definitely be back. 😋😋

 因睇左些負評, 抱住戰竸的心情食這個生日LUNCH,但喜出望外, 兩個人去, 叫了兩個$288餐,  全部也好好食. 睇得出司傅有心機煮.  食材也新鮮. 炒飯雖然冇公仔, 但炒飯都係食落肚, 公仔畫得靚唔靚巳經係其次, 廚師是廚師, 不是晝家. 薄牛燒同牛小排比較, 我比較鍾意牛小排 (5成熟)😊😊也好好食
