今晚朋友帶我去了灣仔一間樓上鋪食鐵板燒,餐廳分不同的間格,亦有廚師於面前慢慢把食物用鐵板逐道菜呈現。前菜: 味淋魚乾是很開胃和香口的前菜,點沙律醬更為好食。魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋熱辣辣,蒸蛋十分滑溜。主食: 新鮮的龍蝦,爽口美味。配香口多士,很夾。之後更整成龍蝦清湯,鮮甜可口。而新鮮的鮑魚,用了昆布焗一焗,加上忌廉配新鮮海苔醬,鮮甜爽口。鵝肝多士亦是難忘的一道,入口即化,香濃可口,配新鮮菠蘿。厚燒鹿兒島牛扒,入口即溶,配鹽、芥末和炸。炒飯:煙肉炒飯,粒粒分明,加上大量櫻花蝦,口感十足。甜品:即整的銅鑼燒,配上甜蜜蜜的紅豆,夾住芝麻雪糕,一凍一熱,亦很好味。
