咁個櫃桶係放失物定其他私人物品?如放失物,點解經理第一時間去摷垃圾桶,唔係查櫃桶?

而佢地由始至終係無任何道歉。

我哋不斷強調只係走咗5分鐘,個鏡盒一定喺度,點會disappear,要睇CCTV。個經理就走去不斷摷垃圾桶。(個鏡盒8*8cm 喎,會咁掃落垃圾桶?)

唔好意思,唔知有無離題,只係越諗越無奈,想提提大家。

The rest of the experience has been awesone: we got a table by the window (very high position over the city/Causeway Bay).
All the staff has been really friendly. The food has been delicious: I tried the spicy steak tartare and the pork belly. Both were great.
The wine bottles card is complete, many wines from 400 HKD to almost 2000 HKD (for the ones high-end) , and they also serve wine in jars (250 ml)  for less money. After finner we went to the upper level, with an open terrace ith stunning view over the city: cocktails are not cheap but well done.

Located on the 31st floor with unobstructed views of the harbour, i was not expecting such a treat!Normally good views comes with average food, not this place. My lamb was perfectly cooked, the whole meal was a delightful experience. Service as well was impeccable, from the welcome desk to the chef coming to see if everything is ok. Highly recommended and thank you to the whole team 🙌

We took our kids to Alta on Sat noon and had the brunch menu. Nice food, vibe and environment. The chef was very friendly and even made a special menu for them. It was a good family dining experience!
