盲曹魚意粉配藜麥($138),原來是配蕃茄汁,餐牌並沒有列明。得知餐廳有提供自家製手工意粉,這款只是普通的意粉。不過,意粉的生熟度控制得幾好,帶有少許硬身,不難咬大眾比較容易接受。一般我會比較擔心蕃茄醬的表現,很容易會調得過酸;這裡的酸甜味平衡得不錯,有些蕃茄蓉,而比較特別的是有少許提子乾,增加酸甜的風味,表面也灑上適量的藜麥,令人感覺健康一點。

盲曹魚是一塊切開幾件上菜,客人不需要切。盲曹的一面煎得少少香脆,魚肉質地都幾軟熟容易入口,調味適中。另外我還試了少許春雞,沒有很大隻但質地幾軟滑,調味也剛好不好過鹹或太淡。


午餐時間餐廳爆滿,人手明顯不足,有很多時候舉手店員們都是看不到的。雖然人手短缺,但服務態度其實幾好。店員的態度友善,又會細心解釋餐牌上的菜式,隔住口罩都知道有在微笑,令人在餐廳用餐感到放鬆、舒服。


是次用餐的食物和服務態度都不錯,感覺到食物有特別設計、服務也有一定的培訓;只是午市時段人比較多,很難在一個很安靜的環境中用餐。有機會打算敘餐,想找個地方聊聊天,這裡都不錯呢

Charcoal Grilled Slow Cook Octopus, Artichoke, Cherry Tomato, the Octopus is tender and juicy with the salad paring up to be refreshing and a good starter.

Spaghetti with Razor Clams, the spaghetti is cooked to Al dente and surprisingly the clams are also cooked and seasoned to perfection.

Charcoal Grilled U.S. SRF Wagyu Beef Striploin, their open fire grill have provide the striploin a different level of flavour of that cook by an electric grill

Kids always order these to share and it's their favourite.

星期五晚上就是想出街吃飯,因為實在吃厭倦自己煮的菜,約好老公在黃埔區覓食,周未晚上很多人氣店外都排長長人龍,突然有股炭燒味道攻擊我們的嗅覺,好香呀!好想BBQ呢~原來這味道是從一家西餐廳的抽氣口吹出來的,好吧! 今天晚上就選定這家AMBER‘S TABLE這個餐廳算是第三是光顧,記得食物有一定水準,結果我們又點了跟上回差不多的菜色。老人家就是特別愛念舊,只是價錢比之前調整了,但還是吃得過的價錢。老公點了晚餐,我點了海鮮併盤,大家分著吃,倒吃得飽飽和滿足。特別要讚一下前菜的紅菜頭帶子鵝肝沙津,依舊保持水準以上。另外,炭燒的香味是來自牛扒的,超腍身、有濃濃牛肉味、燒得十分到位。不過,甜品比之前吃過的稍稍退步了!? 但總括還是很期待的。

屋企人生日,要近近哋食餐飯,想食西餐又响黄埔,呢間睇怕都無走雞。用 Open Rice 訂位仲有 Asia Miles 里數添,雖然唔知幾時先可以飛?叫咗個斧頭扒二人餐再加兩個 set dinner五個人share。先講頭盤,有蝦凱撒沙律同凍蝦,另外加咗生蠔。凍蝦夠爽,彈牙。蠔呢就細細隻,食落幾清甜,唔會大陣鹹海水味。當然又有 cocktail sauce 同檸檬跟埋。南瓜蓉湯好香濃,夠味夠熱。斧頭扒好大件,份量十足。跟烤蒜頭,薯條,薯蓉同少少蔬菜。味道ok 幾 juicy,不過個扒有啲筋,比較難切。另外一個魚餐同龍蝦意粉餐就正正常常。最後都係食唔曬,半個意粉要打包。tiramisu,梨撻加咖啡作完結。梨撻又香又鬆化。唔錯,不過咖啡再熱啲就好。有個經理介紹得好詳細,好好招呼,好好笑容。不過有個waitress 幫我哋寫餐茶時好似好唔耐煩咁,叫我哋諗下先。之後返嚟落單又無笑容,語氣好一般。其實無論啲嘢幾好食,有個唔好嘅 waiter 或 waitress 會影響成餐飯嘅體驗!

跟住係「黑松露忌廉汁黃金軟殼蟹意粉」,非常濃味嘅意粉,黃金軟殼蟹就係咸蛋黃軟殼蟹,好有咸香,配黑松露忌廉汁意粉非常合襯,不過係非常濃郁飽肚,因為要多左個海鮮湯同生蠔,差啲食唔落,細食者注意。

連餐有野飲、有甜品Tiramisu,都係Standard野就無謂多講了。

整體而言非常好嘅餐廳,環境又好,野食又好,服務又好,咁食法兩個人都係$800左右,好值得情侶嚟。

這家在紅磡的餐廳,開張了不算很久,今天來這里午膳,由於疫情關係,店鋪不算很多人。這餐廳的服務員態度非常之好,食物的質素也很有水準,餐前麵飽温暖軟熟,餐湯也是真材實料,咖啡的鲜奶也是經過加熱,由於現在是做推廣,每位光顧午市套餐,也獲贈即開生蠔2只,生蠔非常新鮮,海水味濃,主菜分別點了漢堡扒和澳洲西冷扒,都非常好吃,而且值價格合理,坐得舒適,非常值得推薦。
