之前試過又一城安南的越式下午茶,抵食又好食。今日試埋銅鑼灣安南,雖然比又一城貴幾十蚊,Mon-Fri $298 for 2 persons (Sat & Sun $328 唔同 menu),但真係好豐富,飽到上心口,環境舒適,同閨蜜好友傾偈一流。最正係隻炭燒大頭蝦,成隻手掌咁大,啖啖肉,燒得好香,又多膏,蒸粉卷皮薄餡靚,炸春卷好足料,鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷好清新,香茅雞肉蝦片就鹹咗啲,南乳雞翼好濃味 (如果可以轉牛油雞翼就好喇😆)。最厲害係嗰兩碗粉,都唔細架,真係可以當晚餐食,勁飽,我真係食唔晒,個檬粉要打包。仲包兩杯特飲,越式清保涼好多蓮子,好飽肚,荔枝特飲好 refreshing。整體鹹點比甜點出色,不過可能食完鹹點已經飽到食唔落甜品,所以覺得甜品無咁好食😂

其實成日話飲食業難做,我終於都明白點解。唔用心做,求其將你叫的食物放咗上個碟撈埋一齊就出得。食物名稱採用*脆*蝦片沙律,我哋大家一齊睇吓幅相有幾*脆*?其實做飲食真係唔容易,外賣的質素可能會有偏差,但係點樣盡量保持食物水準係不容忽視。點樣逆境中度過,我相信是有一定的難度,但將”脆”蝦片墊底變成又淋又一*pat pat*嘅唔知乜嘢出比客人絕對係很難順利渡過。做廚師的你唔知你見到咁你會唔會收貨呢?明白到大家要在現今的環境下為客人做食物一點都不容易,但希望大家唔好放棄自己用心去做!

We were there for a late lunch and only ordered few dishes. After 30 minutes of placing order, only iced coffee was served. Then after multiple times of chasing, our noodles and appetizer came. The food was good and hot. However, the service was unacceptable. The waiter was taking away all our dishes while I finished but my husband was still biting on a spring roll!! 你地有幾趕時間收工呀?上菜咁慢,清檯快到趕人走? 最後要讚嘅係呢度嘅滴漏咖啡,由於同家人分枱,我無影相,但係一定係我在香港飲過三甲之一。

呢個餐只限堂食,必須二人食飯才方可享用買一送一優惠,加一務費以原價計算係常識。

每位不計飲品一百八十,我諗你係街邊求其一間普通越南餐廳都冇咁抵食。

如果你呢個星期只有一個quota ,來這就一定沒有錯。

這湯粉比一般湯粉貴一點點,但湯汁十分清澈金黃,沒有太多的油份,但味道的確鮮美!是完全完全天然的牛骨湯鮮味!鮮中帶甜,順喉溫暖的滋味,加上滑溜的河粉,正呀!生牛肉在上枱的時候已經全熟了,牛肉沒有特別嫩滑,但總算唔韌無筋,還可以吧!但以這價位,我所期望的牛肉會再嫩一點點。

這火車頭材料有牛肉、牛丸、牛筋和牛腩。牛肉是薄切的關係,已經熟透;牛丸Q彈,爽口有肉味;牛腩和牛筋都炆得軟腍,牛筋入口即化,滿滿骨膠原的。再吃一口河粉,呷一口湯,很滿足。


單點湯粉,有少少意猶未盡,另點一客甜點分享。

這法式香芒薄餅賣相吸引。香芒酸酸甜甜的,而那薄餅沒有什麼花巧,就是平實的旦味薄餅,但驚喜的是那自家造椰子雪糕!那椰子雪糕香滑creamy! 椰子味道濃香又天然,輕輕的甜,奶香醇厚,再配上清新的芒果,充滿熱帶氣息,不錯吧!


這一天的午餐簡簡單單,份量唔多,但例也恰意。難得在寧靜高雅的環境可以慢慢的嘆碗河粉,是小確幸。
