廚師其實很細心, 連蟹鉗的殼也是敲碎了的, 所以我們也吃得甚有儀態, 哈哈。

椰青水也充滿了蟹湯, 吸收了全隻蟹的精華, 喝完一啖又一啖, 完全停不到口。侍應來回幾次想收走隻碟, 也被我們制止了哩。

其實中間也上了兩道菜, 但已忘記影相了。

在食肆林立的銅鑼灣,發現利苑商場4樓,原來有一間環境優美的越南餐廳,這天便跟好友在這裏享受了一個中午。餐廳要從地下搭電梯上4樓,4樓共有3間餐廳,中間的一間便是安南了。我們點了些前菜,其中米紙包軟殼蟹好清新,另外浮萍餅也很特別,小碟子盛着白色米糕加上蝦肉和麵包脆脆,最重要是再落魚露。朋友選了滴滴咖啡,我選了清補涼,想不到中式涼茶在越南餐廳有如此不同感受。當我們談天說地時,不知不覺已兩小時,最後品嚐埋甜品便滿足地回家了。

已經是第二次去這間餐廳,這次是一大班人係點樣不少菜式,他們的菜單也比較有彈性我們九個人點了春卷的時候可以直接上有九件。除了春卷外,我們還點了軟殼蟹卷,越式炸魚,和燒雞。其實所有菜色味道也很不錯,不過要介紹的是越南傳統蒸粉果,味道有點像香港的腸粉不過他鋪在上面的配菜是有所不同,甜甜脆脆的。這間餐館環境十分有氣氛,配有傳統越南嘅音樂,絕對是三五知己來傾計的地方

Can enjoy various dishes other than just pho and summer rolls. Last night four of us shared two phos and three other dishes.Stuffed with minced pork, shrimps, Chinese fungus, Vietnamese salami. 不過熱辣辣咁食黑糯米真係好正,感覺好養顏哈哈!
唔好睇少第二個胃,最後我哋都係清晒~

To come to An Nam is to enjoy the environment and of course the food.Vietnamese food are not the big game in Hong Kong, An Nam is probably the best of all.

Duck in Yellow Curry with Baguette 
Duckie was not so spicy yellow curry! I don't like curry and am not a fan of duck, but even I liked the duck very much. And what is more, the potato was so soft and starchy that totally won my heart (and stomach!).

Pearl Fish in Sour Broth
Coming with the whole pearl fish, it was really impressive! It was not any huge fish, and in fact quite small. I was very much impressed by the way they prepared it and present it! 
First steam the fish.
Then, do the soup.
Last, combine. 
Sound really easy, but quite a lot of work there. they could simply put the fish into the soup raw, that would have saved a lot of effort!
The flesh of the fish was smooth and tender, not fresh from the water you could tell, but nothing fishy! 
The soup was sour yet lovely! Amazingly refreshing

芒果法式薄餅好吃😋那球椰子🥥雪糕更是錦上添花,帶點鹹甜配上少少的椰絲、杏仁片口感更豐富,一個人獨食也不為過呢,只是芒果不夠香、甜!可能是我有台灣後遺症,仍在回味愛文芒果的甜滑🙊-安南炭燒豬肉估唔到一豬兩味,豬肉波波,入口香濃有點像獅子頭。本來想說味道不錯但炭燒豬肉更好吃,肥瘦適中,醬汁豐富,與旁邊的檬粉、酸菜及菜一起吃很搭配!比韓燒好因為味道夠濃又免一身油煙味😂 沙律、大頭蝦就沒有甚麼特別可言,大頭蝦的醬汁就是有點像茶記的蕃茄蒜蓉汁 lol

早兩個禮拜同朋友去咗銅鑼灣食越南菜,嗰間餐廳叫安南,我都係第一次去食,朋友訂枱嘅。去到嗰間餐廳環境好優美裝修好別致,又環境寧靜,啱晒我哋三個女仔傾計,我哋三個都唔係大食,所以都係叫咗幾樣送啦,首先上枱嘅就係一個蜆湯,睇個湯睇落好清,估唔到好鮮甜好好味,我仲飲咗三大碗添,咁前菜就叫咗個椒鹽螳螂蝦啦,未試過,個名又特別,咁就試吓,食落個味道其實一啲都唔似蝦㗎,佢似魚肉多啲嘅,無蝦嘅彈牙的感覺,但係都好鮮嫩味道有剛剛好,只係食唔出蝦嘅感覺,而雞串燒味道不過不失,都不錯嘅,我哋仲叫咗個炒粉絲,個炒粉絲都相當好味,佢一啲都唔油膩,好清爽好入味,感覺好清新咁。最後我哋女仔當然都會叫甜品啦,咁就叫咗個斑斕椰汁糕,佢一啲都唔甜好煙韌,味道好清新,我覺得好好食,另外仲叫咗個黑糯米西米布甸,可能我哋已經食飽左啦,所以就覺得個布甸比較濃郁,食多兩啖就滯左,但係味道相當不錯。我比較少食越南菜,但呢間都相當不錯,可以值得再去一試。
