對不起,我很少會這樣說一間餐廳,但這次真的忍唔住。 😢話說有朋友想吃越南菜,我只知芽x唔錯,就訂了。之後有兩個朋友分別都介紹利園的安南,就改了去安南。第一次去,叫了推介的福袋,五個每個都炸得唔同顏色,太油唔熱。黃咖喱軟殼蟹,咖喱汁完全用生粉開,無乜咖喱味,軟殼蟹也炸得唔脆。牛肉卷粉,一點牛肉味也沒有。炒菠菜,好腍,白灼得太多時間啦。蟹肉炒粉完全冇味道。我真的崩潰😡。最后同一個疑似經理嘅人反映,我問他這四,五年你們是否轉了廚師。他說沒有,咁得啦即係佢哋個水平就在此。我真心奇怪為什麼那麼多好評,在哪裏來?之後我們叫這個疑似經理的人叫甜品,就好些少。我真的不知道他們的價格不低,為什麼可以出這些連小店都不如的越南餐。我只可以說,「真的冇下次!」太唔抵!😡

主菜第二部份係河粉或檬粉三選一,我揀牛肉湯河,而老婆就揀香茅雞肉撈檬粉,每碗湯河都跟一碟九層塔、辣椒🌶️及青檸,牛肉有四五大片份量算多,而最緊要係非常鮮嫩,湯底飲完都唔會口喝,老婆個檬粉就忘記影相,試食過都可以,不過都係prefer食湯河,熱騰騰好滿足😄

呢個Signature Menu成個體驗非常唔錯,環境、食物質素、份量及價錢都證明係高CP值,唔知係咪之前禁晚市堂食,所以1957集團餐廳都做咗唔同優惠,都係果句,早鳥早享受👌

都有一排無去過安南,1957達人又係時候出發,介紹下新嘅三層架下午茶。每天下午三時至五時三十分提供,係我食過最平嘅下午茶,多個不同的鹹點如安南春卷、嫩豬肉木瓜沙律、越式蔗蝦 、炭燒豬肉棒濱海、鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷,樣樣都做得唔錯,個人特別愛豬肉棒濱海。不過最好食係越式大頭蝦扎肉炒粉絲,平時通常都係食越式牛河,呢個炒粉好有火喉,最重要個汁好正,大頭蝦又勁新鮮,淡淡係新鮮嘅蝦肉。甜點係椰汁糕、斑蘭拉椰糕、越南咖啡奶凍,仲有椰汁粟米糯米,樣樣都非常好食,加上可以係荔枝特飲、熱情果梳打 、越式清補涼同越南咖啡選兩杯指定飲品,每人都係百幾,仲要有非常舒適嘅利園入面有舒服嘅環境,點可以唔去。

朋友打算來個early dinner,澱粉質的越南牛肉炒河粉 ($148)確實有點驚喜,睽違的鑊氣,牛肉鬆軟可口,加入蔥段、甘筍絲、芽菜、紫洋蔥及灑上芝麻,令色澤及口感豐富,而且好香口,河粉切得夠幼,掛醬油亦好平均,若要挑剔,可以的話,油份再輕一點更好。
