The raw seafood assortment was equally fresh, each piece skillfully seasoned to showcase its distinctive flavors🍣


Moving to the main courses, the line-caught Lisa was a standout. The fish was flaky and tender, paired thoughtfully with salicornia and parsnip which added crisp textures and subtle earthy tones to the plate.


The Argentinian beef was another highlight of our meal—tender, juicy, and rich in flavor, beautifully complemented by aromatic signature rice.


At Ando, each dish was not only a delight in taste but also in presentation. This restaurant proves to be a commendable choice for those looking for well-executed dishes in a sophisticated setting.

★★甜品方面沒有太大驚喜,整晚有一位女侍應態度表現都十分牽強,上餐具時多次碰到我們的衣物及電話,
在我們進食的時候,更感受到她直勾勾的望著我們,感覺十分不舒服。
所以愈來愈後的菜式,基本上也很難抱著歡愉的心情全情享受,為是晚的一個小敗筆。

終於在午餐時段訂到這間法日混合餐廳,環境裝修很優雅,菜式很有新意,特別是桌上還擺了一本法文版巴黎米芝蓮指南,很有意思。餐前麵包鬆軟鹹香,特別是搭配的橄欖油,屬於古樹橄欖油,輕易買不到,味道的確帶有少見的清香。前菜更是別出新意,有吞拿魚撻、火腿撻,口感獨特設計有新意。更值得一提的是味道由輕至重的六味刺身,搭配的醬汁和配料都很有新意。主菜方面煎海魚很有特點,皮相當酥脆,但是肉質鮮嫩,做到這個水準的確很難得。牛肉自不必多說,軟嫩多汁,脂肪較少所以是鮮香的肉味為主。

The whole experience was rather unmemorable for us, the food is solid but lacks excitement, a meal that you wouldn't really remember a few days later.

We were sat on the far corner of the dining hall, which I believe was just right in front of some private staff corner, and I constantly felt that due to the lack of space/distance to the corner, there's constantly someone behind me chatting, which was rather uncomfortable.

The pacing of the meal was very rushed given it's fine dining - we were already on the last course of the savoury dishes 45 minutes into our dinner. It's as if they really wanted us to get the check and leave, which wasn't really a problem since the environment wasn't the most comfortable anyway. The photos I took lack effort as I was really only documenting what I've been eating.

All in all, I thought my first experience with Ando was quite good 3 years ago, but I guess I won't return given the choice.

The food just mediocre and not worth the price. the sashimi didn’t seem fresh and the wine pairing also not matched with the food. The sommelier paired a whisky with the risotto course. both of them taste good when alone but was a disaster if you had them together. we found that the head chef was not there that night. this however shall not be an excuse as this is a michelin starred-restaurant and shall keep consistent quality
The service also not welcoming. i was the second guest arriving and no staff greeted me for what to drink until our final guest arrived. They were also very brief to introduce the food. when we asked further about the name of the fish, the female waitress just repeated the fish name but didn’t care if we got the name or not.
Overall, this is definitely the worst Michelin experience and we will never visit again

Left with disappointment, overly hyped and did not justify the price . Visited a year ago for my birthday (on a typhoon 8 as the deposit was paid) and vow not to visit again. Fine dining shouldn’t just be about using ‘premium’ ingredients and putting a price tag on it . A year ago when I visited the bread wasn’t even homemade but bought from a famous bread shop in HK which I shall not name here. Cut the story telling and show us proper fine dine.
