終於食到我朝思暮想嘅印度菜🥹當日仲撞正印度節日,餐廳全場爆滿,有提供Buffet,不過見有好多唔同香料既菜式,驚自己食唔慣,都係A La Carte穩陣啲好🤣▪️Butter Chicken Masala (7/10)💲120呢個蕃茄奶油醬,質感偏向稠身,味道夠曬溫和,唯獨係有部份雞肉比較散碎🐔▪️Fish Curry (6.5/10)💲120魚塊厚身嫩滑,不過都頗多骨,咖喱同我預期中既有出入,油份同辣度相對高,似罐頭辣油沙甸魚既感覺🐟▪️ Butter Dosa (7.5/10)💲80好多人推介呢個長過手臂既煎餅,見到實物的確幾震撼🫨上檯時好薄脆,不過一定要趁熱食,放耐左會變軟同油🫣配上辣薄荷、辣蕃茄、鷹嘴豆、薯仔瑪莎拉四款醬,除左比較稀淡既鷹嘴豆外,其餘三款我都鍾意😌▪️ Garlic Naan (7.5/10)💲40烤餅口感軟熟,佈滿蒜粒,略油但香口🧄▪️ Mango Lassi (7/10)💲40芒果味算天然,但偏向厚稠身,如果凍啲既話,做到解辣效果,同埋無咁膩會更好🥭🔎 整體評分(7.5/10)

呢個蕃茄奶油醬,質感偏向稠身,味道夠曬溫和,唯獨係有部份雞肉比較散碎🐔

好多人推介呢個長過手臂既煎餅,見到實物的確幾震撼🫨上檯時好薄脆,不過一定要趁熱食,放耐左會變軟同油🫣配上辣薄荷、辣蕃茄、鷹嘴豆、薯仔瑪莎拉四款醬,除左比較稀淡既鷹嘴豆外,其餘三款我都鍾意😌
