記得細個成日嚟幫襯,當時有得去鋸扒就係超級威水,唔似依家啲小朋友咁幸福。印象中已經好多年冇嚟過鋸扒,今日食返豬扒配洋蔥汁加薯菜,童年回憶即刻返曬嚟,味道同以前一樣其實只屬一般,不過同回憶嘅嘢好難搵替代品。 continue reading

經多年住元朗的朋友介紹, 今日到了呢間懷舊既扒房餐廳,  一入到去, 真的是N年前既裝修, 大部份侍應都像在此店工作了多年的老伙計, 一入門口, 一坐低比餐牌後, 3分鐘到, 就走來問想要什麼, 於是都沖沖點了黑椒牛柳餐和一個雜排餐,  跟住2分鐘到就會上一個多士, 同一個湯, 再過5分鐘到, 兩個熱騰騰的排餐就送到我面前, 侍應就叫我用紙巾檔住, 他們隨即就把汁淋上, 先講返兩個餐既質素, 牛排的確好食,我覺得咁既價錢, 的確超值, 雜排餐既份量也好大, 食完真是好飽飽, 其實唯一對這間餐廳有點不滿意的地方, 就是要令顧客食到好急, 成個用膳時間, 30分鐘到完晒, 每食完一樣, 1分鐘內, 侍應就會把它拿走, 當食完晒後,侍應就會直接走來說, 門外好多人等位, "拍爛檔"叫你埋單, 真是如果下次想再來, 可能要5點呢D無乜人既時間才好了. continue reading

呢間成日要等位的嘅安娜餐廳,難得經過唔駛等,就入去進餐,睇下食唔食得番以前嘅味道👅點了免翁牛柳餐,有忌廉湯或羅宋湯選擇!多士有Anchor 牛油可以搽!免翁牛柳在十分熱的鐵板上,侍應幫手淋上免翁汁,免翁汁其實即係蘑菇汁,喳喳聲嘅鐵板牛柳,主角牛柳非常嫩滑😋但味道略為咸了一點。牛柳旁邊還有薯條🍟、雜豆、蕃茄🍅+$10 可加配意粉或白飯總括來講,牛柳質素與價錢成正比,侍應雖然一把年紀,但態度好殷勤☺️ continue reading

元朗國的舊式扒房,餐廳裏裏外外都好懷舊,門口個大招牌,店內的舊瓷磚地板,員工個個著哂英倫風制服,有細細個九十年代去茶記的感覺,個個待應都講住純正廣東話,好有feel^^食物方面都大份夾抵食,牛柳餐($126),德國咸豬手餐($117),跟餐有西多士 有湯 有野飲手柳正正常常一般啦,德國咸豬手就正嘅,比想像中好食,仲要大份到根本食唔晒。總的來說安娜餐廳食個舊香港情懷,for飽肥一流,不過人地做生意唔好預可以坐喺到慢慢傾計慢慢jap。 continue reading
