I went with my family just shortly before Christmas to have a dinner. The last visit to this restaurant was however definitely the very last: we received all meat dishes overcooked and chewy, fish was too oily and too salty. The worst however was that we at a maximum finished only 1/4 of all dishes and nobody even dared to ask if everything was ok or not just wanted to cash in.

未領略葡萄風情之前,必先告訴大家,「Antonio」是非常適合大伙兒用餐的選址,大膽以二人挑戰三款菜式 ,儘管已有心理準備,最終六大盒滿滿的打包回府。

好了,返回當晚的晚餐!

「Antonio」備有不少餐酒,不過我倆還是被 Sangria 吸引了!  可能一段時間沒嚐 Sangria,它為味蕾帶來了平衡、果香與酒香並重,與及非常合意紓心的味兒!

叫了Sangria, 來的時候給了水杯。我地分好後又上多9隻水杯,但沒有供應水。再叫第二次Sangria今次用酒杯但成枱都已經係杯。

全晚最欣賞地方,冇計切餅費,生日有汽球,生日有多個蛋糕。店員及時提醒冇被抄牌。

侍應手寫落單,現場只有3枱客,埋單時侍應應該放工。沒有用機入單,突然換左幾個廚房出黎既人,佢地同心合力用左20分鐘埋頭苦幹做功課咁計好。

總結:
- 食物好咸,真係需要大大力提升
- 上主菜時間沒有同步,未能同時享用晚餐,左邊枱食完,右邊枱都未上
- 環境都坐得舒服,但沒有食評中live music或濃濃氣氛
- 侍應上到成枱都係杯,但又冇比水,食物未食完就成日問收唔收得碟
-廁所好污糟,廁紙成地都係

埋單盛惠$2152.7,已經比平時叫少左好多野食,因為太咸唔敢再叫,呢個價錢真係需要提升質素。感覺是餐廳轉了手,侍應都好似好新手,未能招呼大枱。

Clams in “White Wine & Butter Sauce” with 5 pieces of Bread. It was not mentioned anywhere on the menu that it was gonna be so spicy. I took a bite and had to down most of the sangria to ease the burning sensation on my tongue. Discrimination against non-spicy eaters: another mood-dampener.

Cubes of Pork Loin mixed with Fried Cube Potatoes, and Littleneck Clams Simmered in White Wine Sauce. Littleneck is the name given to the smallest of the clam species. Piri-Piri Chicken, served with Fries, Rice & Salad. Loved the rice, lovely texture, reminded me of couscous. Chicken was perfectly spiced; even for a non-spicy eater like me. Piri-Piri is a spice blend that originated from Mozambique spelled “peri-peri meaning “pepper-pepper. Manager came to explain that we would soon be able to get this chicken in cartons, in certain retail outlets; just had to heat up in the oven. Looking forward to that indeed!

呢道菜英文係「Seafood Rice」,係葡萄牙式海鮮飯。海鮮有青口、蜆、魷魚及蝦,味道鮮甜,尤其是青口😋。

而燴飯🍛方面,廚師採用海鮮煮成濃湯,再加入白酒、燈籠椒🌶️、香葉🌿等一併烹調白飯,燴飯味道酸酸辣辣但唔會膩。飯粒較軟身,口感比起西班牙海鮮飯會淋少少。

Sangria係葡萄牙🇵🇹及西班牙🇪🇸嘅傳統葡萄酒調酒飲品,主要以紅酒加入水果、糖漿以及少量白蘭地調和,非常易入口,對於消化都好有幫助。

Food was really great. You could have the chicken specials: really different kind of cooking. Or some fish food : very tasty too.The general atmosphere is really unique and brings you to Portugal. There was also a musician playing on the background. The owner spent sometime with us talking about his country and his food.I highly recommend.

係一道好傳統嘅葡萄牙菜,老闆娘講到就算係澳門都未必食到,由豬肉、蜆同埋薯仔所燉煮的菜。豬肉嘅肉味濃郁,蜆夠晒鮮甜無沙,薯仔輕輕油炸過食落會有啲香脆嘅口感。入面嘅豬肉、蜆同薯仔都經已煮得好入味,佢哋嘅醬汁好香好濃郁,有白酒、大蒜、月桂葉等香味,好啱用嚟拌飯同蘸麵包。呢道菜嘅份量超大一份!!宛完全夠 2 至 3 人share

📍Portuguese Creme Brulee
呢個同法式好唔同,除咗都有好香脆嘅焦糖表面,但呢個仲有好香濃嘅肉桂香味,同埋入面嘅蛋都好與別不同,口感係非常Creamy,仲有好濃郁嘅蛋味,甜度剛剛好。
