味道不錯啊!!黑糖的甜味不會遮蓋菊花香,黑糖隱隱帶著甘蔗香啊~~~

不用$80就吃到好飽啊!!最令人滿足的還是要選海鹽焦糖冬甩配雪糕

嗰日行過油塘大本營,見到啲冬甩好吸引,好多唔同造型,但係原來有一部份已經唔再出售,但係都有五六款揀,最吸引我嘅係好立克冬甩,店員會即刻整返熱,之後再喺上面裝飾,店員好貼心,因為我外賣所以將個朱古力牌放喺中間,冇咁容易溶化,冬甩好鬆軟,唔會好甜,個朱古力好味😋買兩件平啲。

大本型沒有什麼好吃,這間已經是我們比較喜歡的一間,其實都已經食過好幾次,突然即興想分享一下。😁食物選擇可以參考以下的餐牌,主要都是套餐,一個主食加飯或烏冬,跟一杯指定飲品,還包一份雪糕donut,也是我最喜歡的,donut新鮮暖暖的,配合雪糕一起吃,喜歡啊!價錢合理啦!環境就一般,我會選擇非繁忙時間去的。總括來說,大家來大本型時,沒有什麼主意吃什麼,不妨試一試。

我今天點了壽喜燒鍋煮美牛+超番茄烏冬
有種在吃涮涮鍋的感覺,有清爽的青菜與牛肉,配上濃稠的番茄湯,烏冬的口感嚼勁十足,份量充足,絕對飽食。

甜點就是今日超期待的冬甩🍩,原味冬甩、香草雪糕、森宇牛奶糖醬、紅豆泥,日式的冬甩其實就很像蛋糕,鬆軟又帶有麵粉的W彈口感、溫熱的配上香草冰淇淋
,另外配上牛奶糖口味的醬,好似回到童年時代,或是與香醇不膩的紅豆尼一起搭配,口感也是超好,一個冬甩可有四種吃法,推推

下次都還會再來幫襯的。

每次行過大本型,都忍唔住要買一粒去醫肚。而家外賣做緊$30/2件,即叫即做,保證熱辣辣!今次食咗焦糖味同黑白朱古力味。基本上個冬甩底味道一樣,但面頭的裝飾會有不同。當日買完外賣,見到餐廳唔係好多顧客,大膽問店員可否改到餐廳進食,店員二話不說,把冬甩放在碟盤,再送至我的座位。超級好,大讚冬甩的口感十分煙韌,味道不會太甜,現在因疫情關係冇得外遊,就當自己的味蕾去左次日本~每粒冬甩上面都會附上一塊朱古力,同樣不太甜!有一次我仲買咗返公司同朋友分享,因為真係太好食!

每粒冬甩上面都會附上一塊朱古力,同樣不太甜!

星期六lunch time路經大本型,間間餐廳都要等,睇吓要等幾耐。經過呢間沖繩主題餐廳,被佢地裝飾吸引咗,好彩唔係等好耐。餐廳位置比較窄,而且人好多,睇吓有咩好食先。選擇都好多,亦可以有不同嘅配答,有飯有烏冬,任君選擇,熱鍋亦有多款,有辣有唔辣,價錢合理,唔使$100 ,有埋甜品和飲品。食物質素,可以接受,高級茶餐廳feel,呢個價錢,不錯選擇。甜品,沖繩海鹽雪糕加冬甩,必食。沖繩黑糖飲品,亦可一試。由於時間太趕急,所以食得有啲急,好不過都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。

總結: 環境唔錯,沒有豪華裝修,簡簡單單,平民化的裝修,服務都ok,價錢都算經濟,以晚餐黎講,有野飲,有主食,有甜品,食物質素正常,但食到你飽飽,野飲感覺用黑糖相對會健康d,個甜品食完真係有種小確幸的感覺,讓人好滿足,諗起個甜品,好想再去食多次😋
