🐓原隻烤春雞份量不算少,春雞外皮烤至薄脆香口👍🏻,雞皮可以説是零油脂🤤,加上蜜糖🍯很好吃。
但老實說,雞肉不同部位的嫩滑程度各有不同。先說雞腿🍗的位置,肉質嫩滑又Juicy💦,調味很不錯👍🏻。但雞胸的肉質較乾而且很粗糙,與雞腿的反差很大呢!所以整體上只算不過不失。

晚上還是要吃點澱粉質🍚,餐牌上的主食沒太多選擇,最後點了西班牙海鮮飯🍛。說實話,份量不多,是一人份量,但味道不錯👍🏻。飯內有不少青豆和海鮮,配料頗豐富。飯面還有烘至乾身的火腿片,🥓香口而不油膩,飯粒飽滿濕潤, 不錯吃。

I was hot and bothered at the Wine and Dine Fest until I had the Nitro Brew Earl Grey which put me back in a good mood.Basically it was Earl Grey Tea to another dimension as it was fizzy so it was creamy and smooth yet it didn't have any milk in it.The secret lies in the Earl Grey sweetener they used which gave it that extra Earl Grey all rounded boost.As well as the tea, I also had the Coffee which was inspired by the Taiwanese Messy Bun!

Risotto食落每粒都好有咬口好硬身,同carbonara相比呢碟既忌廉汁就冇咁多,可能係因為怕搶走黑松露嘅味道,而呢碟 risotto 所用既黑松露係黑松露粒,所以黑松露味亦都冇咁濃,但食落都已經覺得好足夠,好滿足👏🏻

最後呢碟係扁意粉,食落煙煙韌韌好有咬口,而肉醬都好多,好有蕃茄味,唔會太乾身,所以就唔怕撈埋啲意粉之後會乾同埋肉醬唔夠。🍝

是日中午和友人到銅鑼灣吃個快飯,選了這間就近地鐵站的餐廳。這餐廳位於崇光後面的內街上的寫字樓,不知道的還以為上面只有辦公室呢。餐廳的門面很有時尚感,門面有咖啡吧,內裏有少量位置可以進餐。座位設計私隱度挺高的,而且都是沙發椅,坐下相當舒適。是日餐湯是南瓜姜湯,南瓜味濃郁,帶有微微的姜味,十份可口又開胃。燒春雞一份半隻雞,雞胸加雞脾,配上五色薯菜,吃下絕對夠飽。雞脾肉很嫩滑,而且毫不油膩。薯菜份量挺多,大大粒的蔬菜吃下很滿足。而且烤得很香口呢。是日意粉是肉醬意粉。大大堆肉醬相當足料。味道清淡不會太咸,吃下感覺像自家製肉醬。份量亦同樣不少,意粉都已切碎,放便進吃。跟餐配一飲品,既然是咖啡店,當然要一試它的咖啡。我點了mocha,咖啡味果然香濃,而且不會太甜,喜歡甜的朋友可以另外再加糖。

今日早放工lunch時間係銅鑼灣唔知食乜好朋友話呢到有間環境裝修好好,食物都好掂既餐廳就黎左一試---南瓜薑汁湯好濃好creamy同埋估唔到南瓜同薑味原來咁夾Honey Roasted Spring Chicken呢個係蜜糖燒春雞同埋烤蔬菜隻雞因為係用燒既方式黎烹調所以入面既雞肉可以保持到好嫩滑而且外皮香脆蔬菜包括有薯仔,紅蘿蔔等等多種既蔬菜各種既蔬菜亦都好新鮮咬落去都會必晒d汁出黎而且烤有個好處就係香口得黎唔會油膩是日意粉係芝士肉醬意粉肉醬既蕃茄味好香濃係面既芝士可以話係畫龍點睛而且肉醬料好足,好難得出街食係可以食到尾仲有肉醬淨兩杯拉花拉得好靚既飲品真係淨係睇都已經覺得好賞心悅目而且味道都好好上圖係朱古力,下圖係咖啡兩個味道都好香濃係呢一餐一個好好點點綴

是日我又要出港島區返兼職,上次跟好友慶祝生日去過一次呢度就好想再回味,所以今次我們到此午餐,由於我們比較遲去,梳化位已經冇晒,我們只能坐在水吧枱前用餐~~~是日餐湯係南瓜忌廉湯,感覺幾好飲我點了MATCHA LATTE,唔太甜,感覺不錯~~好友點CAPPUCCINO,佢就喜歡加糖飲~~好友喜歡食意大利飯,所以點咗WILD MUSHROOM TRUFFLE RISOTTO,幾好食,最重要係佢唔會過咸,至少會感覺到磨菇汁味~~~HONEY ROASTED SPRING CHICKEN(HALF),食咗呢個蜜糖燒春雞,感覺好食過outback ,肉質夠軟熟,和好友每人每樣分一半食可以品嚐兩款食物帶來的味道,感覺良好~~~雖然呢間店的價錢唔算平,但勝在用餐地點比較靜,如果坐在私隱度高的位置就值回票價
