Aqua is one of my favorite restaurants or bars in HK. I usually come here for a cocktail while enjoying the beautiful skyline. This time, I had my first ever Sunday brunch for my birthday. We were seated at the long table of the back row overlooking the Victoria Harbor with a glass of champagne in hand. Ces’t la vie! 😍 Sashimi and salad were really fresh and delicious. Risotto was creamy and nicely done. The compliment goes on and on...My friends and I all carried our happy and satisfying tummy home afterwards.

We wanted to continue our gathering even after brunch. The server was so nice and took us and our drinks up to 30F. The service is attentive. Food and drinks are great.
I highly and strongly recommend this restaurant for brunch, lunch and drinks.

I came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and I would say that the mark is rated way too high for this restaurant despite the fact the view is really magnificent.

I guess over 30% of the price are paid for the view only since I didn’t think the place is comfortable enough for a decent dinner. Apart from the window seats and the round sofa seats behind the window seats, there are also seats which are close to each other and unfortunately, I was being put in that kind of seat. The tables are too close to one another that we could even hear what our neighbors are talking about.

To start with, the waitress weirdly gave me 枝豆 but I didn’t take any order because we could choose from Italian or Japanese cuisine over the menu. What if I ordered Italian ones? Then the 枝豆 would be a wrong pairing for my food.

Then, we decided to have two sets of tasting menu from the Japanese side. It’s a four courses menu.

The sashimi plate was soso, honestly it looked really nice but it just didn’t come as fresh as it could. I didn’t try the tempura afterwards as I don’t eat fried food but my boyfriend did try it and he said those tempura prawns were soft.

The main course was soso as well. I chose the salmon with scallop one and my boyfriend chose the beef one. The salmon was okay but honestly not impressive at all.

The dessert was surprisingly the best among all the dishes. Creme brûlée together with red bean ice cream.

Overall, the food was just okay, maybe
it reaches the average line but I won’t go back again because at this price, I can have lots of choices outside.

Aqua位於尖沙咀北京道一號,在這幢大廈的食店也很多,最吸引人一定是這裡可以看到維港的景色。非常感謝老公的安排,帶我來到這間餐廳慶生,電梯門一打開就見到reception,感覺就像酒店Lobby非常Grand , 店員也非常有禮貌,安排了我們坐在窗邊的二人座位置,看到180 度維港優美的景色。無論是食物、環境、服務都是很高質素,從頭盤開始,到主菜、甜品都是驚喜。我自己最喜歡是刺身&壽司拼盤,還有甜品拼盤。最感動是店員送上甜品是生日特別版,還主動幫我們拍照留念,並即係print返張相做了一張生日卡給我留念,最窩心是手寫的字,隨著科技越來越進步,已經很久沒有收到手寫的生日卡了。感謝讓我有一個難忘的生日,期待下次再有機會去Aqua。

最感動是店員送上甜品是生日特別版,還主動幫我們拍照留念,並即係print返張相做了一張生日卡給我留念,最窩心是手寫的字,隨著科技越來越進步,已經很久沒有收到手寫的生日卡了。

感謝讓我有一個難忘的生日,期待下次再有機會去Aqua。

Great View, good atmosphere and pleasant ambiance. Food was average and expensive. We tried the tasting menus which in hind sight was probably not a great choice. A lot of unnecessary cross selling by the staff to spend more without considering the diners experience and appetite. I doubt I will go again.

To celebrate friend's birthday, I have done lots of research in finding a supreme restaurant and Aqua is on the top of the list!I made booking one week in advance and they offered us a stunning window seats! How thoughtful they were to let us celebrate the birthday with this breathe-taking view!!!I ordered 2 sets of 3 courses Sunset dinner set which was only available from 6-6:30pm. I made booking one week in advance and they offered us a stunning window seats! How thoughtful they were to let us celebrate the birthday with this breathe-taking view!!!

I ordered 2 sets of 3 courses Sunset dinner set which was only available from 6-6:30pm. The food were so fresh and the environment was so romantic!

As its a birthday treat, I ordered the dessert platter with own personal touch- you can let them write any messages on the platter. There were 4 different kind of desserts and the sorbet was my favourite!! Its a mix of sour and sweet! Taste so nice!!

All in all, Aqua has not failed me in any areas! It scores full mark on its food, its environment and its service! Their arrangement on letting us to sit by the windows which normally charges HKD900 per pax was such a sweet act! 😘 lovely restaurant!

Book枱嗰時request左要窗邊位,響收到電話confirm booking嘅時候餐廳都冇表示過安排唔到,點知去到帶位嗰個一句"你有request但我地冇保證過安排到俾你"…… 其實如果安排唔到,應該都預先通知客人掛,唔係去到是但俾個位我之後仲完全冇任何歉意咁講句冇保證過啫,冇諗過呢啲咁差嘅服務態度會出現響呢個相對叫高收費嘅餐廳。至於食物質素,或者係我唔識欣賞,所以雖然冇驚喜但都未去到要投訴,一般般啦。是日消費,兩個人共$1400, 除左個環境之外,其他方面真係唔值得,唔會推薦朋友幫襯。

I was having the Saturday Brunch with my wife here today. The restaurant is located on the top floor of 29/F, having a spectacular view over the Victoria Harbour. I recommend you to come visit again at the evening as you can also enjoy the Symphony of Lights and Hong Kong Pulse Light Show from a prime position. I was having the Saturday Brunch with my wife here today. The restaurant is located on the top floor of 29/F, having a spectacular view over the Victoria Harbour. I recommend you to come visit again at the evening as you can also enjoy the Symphony of Lights and Hong Kong Pulse Light Show from a prime position. The decor is modern and chic with an upper floor bar area to enjoy an almost 360 degree view of the Kowloon Peninsular. We start off the Brunch with a welcome cocktail Mimosa and the starters is Lobster Benedectine, the egg was cooked to perfection and I especially like the spinach which is fresh and not over cooked.. Ah, I forgot to mention the home baked donut and freshly made apricot jam - just delicious! We then have the Hokkaido oyster with sushi & sushimi, the oyster and fish are fresh but it would be better if the chef can take care of the bits of oyster's shell. This is nicely accompanied with VCP Champagne and sake. The truffle risotto follows is light and creamy just to satisfy your stomach. Main course is crispy (really crispy!) suckling pig and slow cooked wagyu beef cheek and prawn tempura, all delicious!! You must leave some space for the dessert platter which is full of surprise. A very enjoyable brunch with a great view and particularly the thoughful service by the staff. We were served by Miss Sushila, very attentive and always with smile. The Managers Mr. Enrico and Mr. Steven is professional and had take good care of us. I was even showed around by Steven about the VIP Rooms and the Bar, definitely I will consider this restaurant for my family and friend's gathering in the future.
