📸 Aqua人氣高檔海景西餐廳Aqua由北京道一號搬咗嚟H Zentre舊鋪既海景曾經拎獎搬鋪之後都唔差 有270度維港景不過好唔好彩 今次撞正打風景色差少少 但已經好驚豔不枉為人氣海景餐廳今次去食 人數較多餐廳安排咗玻璃房比我地飽覽270度夜景餐廳推出gold ticket set dinner$788+1不過因為要全台一齊叫呢個餐所以我地揀咗散叫餐廳方面提供西式及日式食品不過質素就真係有所保留同行朋友就話比起舊鋪 進步不少如果想打卡 Aqua既海景的確值得一去#wwh食勻尖沙咀#wwh打卡餐廳

望住無敵海景無限暢飲champagne & sake，真係諗下都開心(˙𐃷˙) 當日掛住傾計，食完飲完一大輪夠鐘無得再free flow，staff都貼心地安排我地去第二邊繼續食埋個甜品同飲埋杯酒，最後由1點stay到6點半HAHAHA！❝Premium Brunch❞ ($988)〔推介！〕依個Premium Brunch包括一系列前菜to share﹑每位一款主菜以及一個甜品盤，餐點份量之多令人有食緊buffet嘅錯覺。而重點在於champagne & sake free flow！特別適合約好耐無見嘅朋友黎依到飲酒catch up～前菜刺身﹑壽司質素屬正常發揮，炸餃子﹑炸雞同一口泡芙水準不錯，調味偏重手。要數最高質最有驚喜嘅係主菜三文魚！半熟狀態呈現出三文魚最為嫩滑嘅口感，加上特製日式燒汁配合旁邊嘅mayo醬令味道更豐富，旁邊米飯亦相當有嚼勁！甜品盤有各式蛋糕﹑果撻﹑水果﹑棉花糖﹑焦糖燉蛋等，每款都唔會過甜，整體質素不錯，個人最愛有牛油香嘅撻類以及焦糖燉蛋～（食到依到個人應該開始醉醉地⋯）𓂃𓈒 𓂂𓏸 Aqua 𓏸𓂂 𓈒𓂃 尖沙咀中間道15號H Zentre17樓港鐵尖沙咀站K出口

Placed a reservation a week in advance for birthday celebration dinner for my friend, the restaurant sent two email reminders in request for a credit card for booking confirmation, however, the cancellation policy button just wouldn’t reveal further details, be it on the mobile or on the computer . Eventually I received a call from the restaurant to confirm my booking , the receptionist who called had no intention whatsoever to state or clarify the cancellation policy, merely requested my credit

Aqua從北京道一號搬咗嚟H Zentre之後首次幫襯 吸引我想去嘅原因除咗係佢哋270度無敵維港海景之外 就係佢哋個午餐價錢佢哋嘅Roma to Tokyo set lunch, $380三道菜‼️ 初時以為自己眼花 再諗會唔會佢哋係將價就貨 但睇清楚個menu - wagyu beef喎, grilled lamb cutlets喎, 所以無論點都要試一試當然叫得做Roma to Tokyo, menu入面有意式或日式選擇 然後加錢可以再upgrade main dish去black truffle tagliolini, 多一道side dish, 同埋多一份甜品tiramisu🤤由於食物選擇比較多 所以就唔喺呢度逐一評論個別質素 總體嚟講 食材同埋烹調方法都非常出色 印象尤其深刻嘅係和牛烏冬同tiramisu另外佢哋仲有個比較貴嘅lunch tasting menu, $780, 四道菜, 食材更為高級, 有機會可以一試

Very enjoyable dining experience with awesome view. I ordered set lunch which included sushi selection, miso soup, beef udon, tempura and coffee. Everything was very fresh,flavourful, and served very beautifully. Beautiful interior, quiet atmosphere and spacious seating is another treat for a couple of introverts.

A wonderful location and vibe with a fantastic view. The food is good, but that’s just it - it’s good. It’s very clear that you are paying quite a premium for the location and the view. I hade the Japanese set lunch, and it was nice. But I can easily say I have as good a meal at other Japanese spots in TST to half the price.

由北京道1號搬到H Zentre 後再來回味一下同朋友訂了二人枱, 餐廳安排在窗邊跟舊址一樣有無敵夜景🌃 我們點了oyster 清甜又fresh Biscuit🦪 salted edamame  sake Hamaguri clams 清酒煮過除去了腥味令湯底更鮮甜Sashimi 有scallop, O-toro(tuna), Botan ebi(giant shrimps) 🦐Akamai(ark Shell)  都很新鮮🍣 24month aged Parma ham pizza 🍕餅香脆可口但味道比之前失色了Angus rib eye 牛扒味不算濃,勝在肉質鬆軟🥩tomato rocket salad🥗 stone-grilled wagyu sirloin 牛味鮮嫩濃郁最後共飯了兩支Chablis🥂🍾

因為朋友生日所以一早book咗仲提前事先同佢講要個甜品platter happy birthday 我哋嗌咗三個set dinner 不過今次轉左Menu冇咗之前嗰個燒牛但係環境一流影相打卡正

金票晚餐 $688 ppGolden Ticket Dinner 前菜有刺身，義大利併盤同埋天婦羅🍤 刺身好新鮮好肥美🥰 個併盤好大碟超多嘢食，食完已經飽飽地😂 The appetiser consists of fresh sashimi Italian charcuterie board and tempura. 結婚一週年紀念日😍我係 openrice 訂位，之後餐廳打黎 confirm booking專登揀左 Aqua , 無敵靚海景環境暗暗沈沈帶點浪漫氣氛尖東站 L1 or K 出口。非常方便渣車黎都可以，消費有 free park 搭life 上到去 Zentre 17樓經過條特色走廊先到前台 ( 影相位 )由專人帶到去座位，不是窗口位雖然餐廳9成員工都係講英文餐牌有中英文😂之後落單，叫左 生蠔盤，好新鮮鮮甜！有質素嘅特色壽司🍣拼盤 ( 不過不失)辣肉腸 pizza ( 呢個超薄 pizza , 好似食薯片甘薄脆 ，味道都不錯 )Aqua $388 甜品拼盤 ( 焦糖燉蛋，心太軟，雲尼拿雪糕，青檸沙冰 )呢餐我同我太太都好滿意佢仲話好開心週年紀念日黎呢間餐廳食飯好浪漫甘話😈題外話有網友話如果 指明要坐窗口位要每人最低消費 $1500 …. 其實叫支酒再叫幾碟都超過3000間吾中一次半次慶祝飯 is ok☺️今次埋單 3506 , 人均消費1700

We went there for a set brunch and were sat next to the window with sea view. But dun expect too much for the sea view as there is another building in front of the restaurant blocking the view. Overall the foods were not bad especially the sashimi but it was too early for me to have it as a starter. The rest of them were good as I could taste the freshness. So when it come to dessert part, it was a semi dessert buffet with five to six choices.

Dear my brunch diary,I think i have found the worst boozy brunch. Ironically, it’s in a beautiful designed restaurant with a breathtaking view.
