這個要個別單點,煮好後又是由專人送上,真材實料。軟綿粥底加上新鮮鮑魚生滾,就如清秀美女化上漂亮的妝容,配薄脆片及蔥粒,鮮甜暖胃,喜歡的話不妨多吃一碗。


而且這是下單安排,不用走來走去,等候的時間就可以看看窗外的美景,讓眼睛舒適一下。



反而不要錯過「鮮雞湯即淥粉麵」,麵條有四款選擇,我選擇了波菜麵;餸菜有魚旦、雲吞、水餃、紫菜等等,都是單點,由侍應奉上:

清爽麵條一小撮 (不怕會吃得太飽),最欣賞是它的靈魂雞湯底。麵大家都經常食,好的真・清雞湯底就不是在外常碰到。

The buffet was a lot smaller than I expected. There was a small dessert section, that was outside in the lobby area, and then a seafood, dimsum, soup, Chinese, western, Asian section inside, but the options was quite limited. I first had a seafood platter that consisted of gigantic shrimps and snails - these were succulent and delicious, followed by some crab legs, crabs and mussels. The buffet was a lot smaller than I expected. There was a small dessert section, that was outside in the lobby area, and then a seafood, dimsum, soup, Chinese, western, Asian section inside, but the options was quite limited. 
I first had a seafood platter that consisted of gigantic shrimps and snails - these were succulent and delicious, followed by some crab legs, crabs and mussels. The shrimps and snails were by far my favourite, and I had another round of these. The siu mai dim sum and the char siu were done very well, with the char siu a good balance of fat and meat. 
On other plates, I had some spanish ham, a delicious thin steak with peppercorn sauce, which I think was sous vied since it was so bouncy, some fruits and brownie and cream desserts. The desserts were fascinating as the taste of them don't hit you until after a few bites. 
What was most disappointing though, was that there were no juice stations. All we were served for drinks was water, we had to pay an extra $100+ for one glass of orange juice. 
The price total was $1700+ for 2 people. Overpriced for such a small buffet area, and no free drinks!

仲有另一間lunch buffet係最近先去既係位於四季既argo兩年幾年前最初既四季酒店staycation果時都仲未有呢間餐廳算係近年比較新既自助餐佢個位開係大堂即係當時見到仲係圍封緊既地方而家就變成左argo同gallery兩間餐廳不過自助餐時間好似會共用價錢係官網就望唔到既不過上網睇過星期六日同平日好似都差幾多下咁都無計要假期先得閒呢間都係近年比較難book既自助餐餐廳之一就算開關之後全港自助餐死左大半都仲要早成三個月前先有檯即係要由二月頭book到五月頭佢官方用果個opentable網本身就無預設要入信用卡但酒店係個幾星期前就打電話黎話會cancel booking然後比條link你入信用卡資料作為按金咁第一次打黎果位態度就麻麻地解釋又九唔搭八一味淨係識講send番sms出去就得到最後我係乜都收唔到到第二次有第二個打黎先叫做正常番argo地方唔大除左自助區附近既座位之外我地就坐係最入面房既角落位呢間房勁多玻璃頭頂都係不過因為大堂樓層唔夠高望唔到海只得馬路景呢度張張都四人大檯唯獨角落既得二人檯但都叫夠位既餐具都係簡單咁包住咁職員係我地入黎果時都有介紹下餐廳話有d主食係order

咁相對真係會覺得無咁抵玩既
而且衛生都係個問題

位於四季酒店入面嘅酒吧見到有comment話係殿堂級享受始終係高級酒店應該唔會中伏掛但我感受極都令唔到我為佢加分如果我要帶外國朋友去酒吧呢間一定唔係首選🥲其實每位侍應服務係唔錯嘅由帶位去到介紹同埋單都好有禮貌好有耐性解釋每杯酒嘅特點最符合六星級酒店嘅就係服務環境方面樓底好高但比較嘈因為枱與枱之間坐得好密每次行去廁所都要同隔離枱講sorry隔離枱講緊咩基本上係聽到晒有分吧枱同梳化位入面仲有一個廳每個空間都係有啲嘈同逼Welcome drink 係有小熊軟糖嘅香檳Snacks 係脆麵包片同橄欖🫒試咗argo martini係佢特別釀製嘅gin味道偏鹹唔清新唔算係易入口嘅酒睇到menu寫嘅都係中上價錢嘅基底酒但以個杯個容量其實會用到嘅酒係好少如果講杯酒同環境就真係好一般純粹想去酒店飲返杯打卡都算可以嘅

如果我要帶外國朋友去酒吧

其實每位侍應服務係唔錯嘅

適逢J小編生日,就決定帶佢去一間位於四季酒店入面嘅一間bar。因為呢度有個好大嘅酒櫃係中央,見到好多人都會係道打卡,岩晒鐘意飲酒又鐘意打卡嘅朋友啦😝呢度樓底都算高,所以環境係好舒服。整體環境設計都較歐洲風,有一種高級嘅感覺。其實除左各式各樣嘅cocktail之外,普通red and white wine, beer, and whiskey都係有提供比客人選擇的。同埋佢哋嘅menu都好細心,有個cocktail index比客人睇,由上至下列明左邊隻cocktail嘅濃度係點,所以驚太高酒精濃度攞呢個做參考就無問題了😉不過都要留意返,佢哋朝早同晏晝只會提供breakfast and lunch,要飲酒係5點後先會有。之前小編有打過去問係無得book枱要walk in,但都見到Argo個website依家有得make reservation,大家想去都可以試下有無得做online booking都可以😊

The house made Nutella was delicious too, perfect with the pandan egg waffle! .Their welcome drink was adorable too with a gummy bear at the bottom🤣 .As for drinks, I went for the White Cloud Spitz which was light and sweet👍🏻 .📋Tips: We went at around 7pm on a Friday night and there was no queue! 上圖左1) 火腿Pizza, Pizza底厚,不鬆軟更加是偏韌,面的料是醃火腿偏鹹偏油
上圖中間的是吞拿魚酥,酥皮是韌的,吞拿魚醬沒鯹味
上圖最右的是南瓜酥,酥皮間有點南瓜蓉(看YOUTUBE才知道)因為吃的時候並吃不出南瓜味,酥皮也是韌的
下圖左1)是燒車厘茄,露筍等,很油,但不會燒得太淋
下圖中間的是忌廉汁意粉,奶味重,不會很鹹,夠Creamy,意粉質地也軟硬適中,面也有點煙肉乾,增加口感和調味
下圖最右的是有名牌的"香烤辣雞髀配朱古力汁",作為一隻雞髀,她是算偏嚡偏乾,雖然又標明是辣,但吃不出辣味,以為是朱古力味蓋過了??也不是朱古力味流於表面,朱古力也不濃,算是中伏之選

Not sure if I remember the name right. It’s a twist of classic whisky sour. Egg white on top with the pineapple powder. The powder makes me think of those plum powder in Taiwan they put on the fruits.

四季酒店大堂酒吧ARGO自從去年裝修重開後,中午時段的自助餐一直話題性極高,亦是城中預約困難店,今次終於預早兩個月前訂座才成功。由於上網訂位時ARGO早已滿座了,所以就預訂位處ARGO旁邊的Gallery入座,星期一至五成人每位$490﹙需另收加一服務費﹚,供應時間由中午十二時至下午二時半,食足2.5小時。Gallery極高樓底甚有空間感,環境開揚,裝潢時尚流麗,即使這天烏雲密佈,落地大玻璃依然採光十足,使整體室內風格和諧溫暖,氣氛悠閒。ARGO的裝潢則是走豪華古典風,翡翠綠主調配合大量鏡面和一盞盞璀燦吊燈,讓空間充斥高貴奢華氣派。中央吧枱是ARGO的著名打卡位,坐擁維港遼闊景致,lunch buffet時段圓柱形飾櫃便會關門,搖身一變成ARGO與Gallery客人共用的自助餐取餐區,可惜礙於本身酒吧setting,所以擺放食物位置不大,如果你是追求大包圍甚麼款式都有的buffet,貴精不貴多的ARGO應該未能投其所好。始終是午市自助餐,凍海鮮款式亦不多,只有琵琶蝦、青口、虎蝦、海螺、加拿大雪蟹腳五款,至於生蠔只於週六日供應。平時吃buffet 都很少見到有琵琶蝦,不過最出色的還是要數
