晏晝,食點心嘆茶第一次嚟呢間酒樓,地方都幾大叫咗些少點心姐姐好快沖好壺茶過嚟最快嚟到嘅,係豬腳薑醋味同豬腳完全地融合咗一齊,好入味,好好食;雞蛋就唔會太硬,咬開一半加淋啲醋,好味道呢個叫春風得意腸,腸粉入面包住蝦春卷,軟中脆口,好得意嘅口感,似炸兩但比炸兩好食呢個尖椒入面,應該係蝦膠,就咁食唔沾鼓油都好味香煎韭菜蝦餅,裡面韮菜味好出,好味糯米雞同燒賣都ok總結:豬腳薑一定要試吓,其他嘢食都唔錯☺️

Today is my auntie’s birthday,so I choose this restaurant to eat. There are many kinds of food . I choose sweet and sour pork, deep fried beancurd, suckling pig, giant grouper, kale with ginger sauce, crab legs and lobster rice. All taste was scrumptious but there are bit overpriced. But I think the most scrumptious food is the suckling pig. But the service can be better. The service man is a bit pushy.

當喜萬年遷到這新址的時候,曾經食過一餐非常美味的晚宴。隔了數年之後再次幫襯,可惜超失望我不會再回頭。點了$1,488的四人套餐,1/4隻乳豬件還可但是沒有驚喜。松露香芒脆蝦球只是將芒果切細粒蓋在一隻大炸蝦球上面,散修修之餘,兩樣味道完全沒有關連。香茅煎焗龍躉球是其中一個失敗之作,完全沒有味道和好像連食鹽都沒有落。另一失敗之作是籠仔荷葉蒸蟹飯。蟹蓋超鹹之餘,其他部位和飯都完全沒有味道。整晚最好就只有黑蒜螺頭燉竹絲雞湯和紅豆沙。而蘭度雲耳百合炒海參就中規中矩。四人晚飯埋單$1,710,絕對不值。

很久沒探訪這間老字號,今午就來嚐嚐罷。先來個蠔皇柚皮鴨掌味道不錯,對我來說鴨掌炆得太冧沒有咬感,柚皮炆得又冧又入味。水晶鮮蝦腸,腸粉很晶透蝦亦很新鮮很爽。蜜汁燒排骨味道比較濃但有咬感。 蝦醬蒸鮮魷味道頂瓜瓜不鹹有嚼感,放了小小的蝦醬已帶出鮮味,值得讚。香茜牛肉腸芫茜配拾牛肉真的一流,清香。不枉我刻意來到這裡午膳。

中午人在湾仔路經這七十年代以粤菜成名的名店正好一試,本想捨傳统點心而選燒味小食,可惜滷水豬腳仔决貨未能嘗到,只好再加腸粉及奶黃飽。蜜汁燒排骨,义燒飯無得彈,肉爽味美。水晶鮮蝦腸粉黏度適中,蝦肉爽口。流沙奶黃包沒有我最怕的太流沙餡料外更食到鹹蛋黃香味,整頓午餐無得頂。

呢間位於灣仔軒尼詩道288號英皇集團中心地庫,叫喜萬年酒樓,呢間酒樓可以叫老字號來形容。由於限聚令關係,公司取消左食團年飯,午餐時間,心血來潮,同飯腳一去喜萬年食飯當團年飯,平時呢間酒樓好多人,基本上唔訂位都好難有位,今日真好彩,去到walk in 竟然有位,坐低見到點心紙,好多選擇,好多食物都想叫,好多懷舊款式點心,待應服務好好。由於我地人唔多,唔能夠叫太多,叫左蝦餃、馬拉糕、春風得意腸粉、蜂巢五香芋角、百花煎釀虎皮尖椒,每款點心都好好味😋👍🏻。

今日去灣仔一間較舊式嘅酒樓飲茶,大抵現在嘅懷舊點心都越來越少,大部分酒樓點心都以精緻細粒為主。而大粒又好吃嘅點心就真係少之又少。大約13:30左右,不用排隊就可內進。侍應很快為我們帶枱,而且添水速度快。值得一讚。我們點了幾個點心。出奇地點心份量很大,燒賣大細比起其他酒樓嘅燒賣大一倍,非常難得蒜蓉鮮魷十分足料亦夠傳統蝦餃有至少2隻半嘅蝦在內所以十分大粒抵食馬拉糕十分鬆軟(不過一定要趁熱食)放涼會變硬。
