例牌叫咗春卷,春卷炸得個皮好脆,都幾好食。蝦餃真係出色,內涵嘅蝦有好多隻,好足料,咬落彈牙,味道調得剛剛好,個皮又好薄,新鮮出爐,熱辣辣好好食。馬拉糕整得唔係好甜,個糕亦好有彈性,好好食。山竹牛肉球,牛肉球咬落入面唔會話有啲根咁咬唔爛,整粒都琳琳滑滑咁,個味亦調得啱啱好,值得一試。見到隔籬枱叫左個金黃色好大籠嘅食物,賣相好吸引,所以就跟住你叫咗一個,佢係花膠栗米蒸蝦滑,好大籠,花膠好大塊,蝦滑好多,粟米又好甜,好好食。好耐冇食鍋貼,叫咗一碟,煎得唔夠香脆,但涵料就好足,食一個都好飽 。

老字號「喜萬年酒樓」經歷多次搬遷,懷舊菜式水準依然出色,尤其是烤乳豬。這晚,我最鍾意泥鯭粥、岩鹽燒牛舌、蓮蓉焗布甸,乳豬及烤雞是預期中出色,冬瓜盅夠火侯,天婦羅鮮斑球水準媲美日本料理店。我們訂了房間及菜式,賣單六千多元,價錢合理。岩鹽燒牛舌這個我很喜歡,牛舌夠厚,柔韌度討好,岩鹽份量剛好,簡而美。滷水豬生腸爽口味道好,輕輕的滷水香,做得唔錯。雞蛋焗魚腸喜萬年乳豬皮脆肉嫩,難有投訴,乳豬不迷你,分量十足。如傳統或者婚宴般有棵會閃亮的眼睛,懷舊意濃。海星斑兩味:天婦羅鮮班球炸工不下於日本料理店,炸醬很薄,魚肉新鮮,配備三款調味醬汁,粟米芡汁、兩款酸甜汁,各有各好。涼瓜枝竹豆卜炆頭腩相比之下,這個較失色,夾了兩件魚都是鰭位,口感只有吸收了濃醬的皮及碎骨,這一道最不受歡迎。鮮蓮八寶冬瓜盅醇厚味清甜,再添一碗了。當紅脆皮龍崗雞又係皮脆肉嫩,水準之作。鮮拆泥鯭粥另一必吃招牌,久熬的粥很棉滑,泥鯭鮮甜,至今依然回味,值得為此重臨。上湯浸菜遠豉油皇炒麵蓮蓉焗布甸甜度適中,好得。

這晚,我最鍾意泥鯭粥、岩鹽燒牛舌、蓮蓉焗布甸,乳豬及烤雞是預期中出色,冬瓜盅夠火侯,天婦羅鮮斑球水準媲美日本料理店。

我們訂了房間及菜式,賣單六千多元,價錢合理。

喜萬年是我們公司飯聚的地方,食物是中上,點心是不錯的。但近來,服務質素下降,本人認為價錢中上的食店,都需要提供相等的服務質素,但竟然可以惡過客人,自問我是有禮貌叫她收碟,但她一手搶過後,還面黑黑,之後我和同事說出我的不滿,再望了那侍應一眼,她就好大聲說:我都收左碟,你想點,我和同事都嚇呆了,中上價錢,大排檔服務/語氣,我深信,除了因為老品牌可以吸引老顧客外,這樣的服務,我個人應該不會要惠顧

喜萬年是一家老牌的中式酒家,於1972年已經開業,曾經歷多次的搬遷,現時在灣仔英皇集團地庫營業。今次一群人預訂了一圍菜,前菜有岩鹽燒牛舌,厚厚的牛舌只感非常豐富,亦很美味,另外亦有黃金沙涼瓜條、滷水豬生腸,及蜜炙燒排骨。主菜方面,乳豬全體上枱時有閃燈,非常有趣,當然乳豬也很脆皮可口。冬瓜盅用料十足。最值得一讚是古法鹽焗龍崗雞,是用新鮮雞泡製,還附有一副雞雜,其他酒樓少有。甜品方面,蓮茸西米焗布甸一定要試,布甸有椰香味,甜度適中。另一要試的是懷舊雞蛋散,這道甜品不是太多酒樓食肆提供。
