去葵芳掃街,之前睇過梁祖堯ig介紹呢間店舖,啲 串燒幾好食, 又係良心小店,於是去試下。3樓呢個位置超勁大油煙入咗去好想快啲走。職員喺裏面煮緊嘢,要按出面個叮叮先可以落單。佢話要等15分鐘。因為油煙太勁,所以都係出去外面等。叫咗燒魷魚、牛柳粒、燒雞皮同豬頸肉。魷魚係冇味嘅, 似啲雪藏攞出嚟解凍,有啲水水哋 ,唔爽口,唔好味。其他牛柳粒、燒雞皮同豬頸肉, 味道香濃,不錯。四款都要八十幾蚊,貴過正正經經係餐廳食一個飯 食, 食完都唔飽。 抵唔抵就見仁見智啦。

叫咗燒魷魚、牛柳粒、燒雞皮同豬頸肉。
魷魚係冇味嘅, 似啲雪藏攞出嚟解凍,有啲水水哋 ,唔爽口,唔好味
。其他牛柳粒、燒雞皮同豬頸肉, 味道香濃,不錯。


四款都要八十幾蚊,貴過正正經經係餐廳食一個飯 食, 食完都唔飽。 抵唔抵就見仁見智啦。

然後我在「旺角港鐵站」大堂裡面購買完外賣自取食品「咖喱牛腩飯」之後,馬上坐港鐵返回「彩虹」,再儘快坐上小巴,立刻返回「西貢」。

雖然經過不長不短的時間折騰,但是「態度」外賣盒裡面的「燒雞扒片」和「燒茄子」,只是被我搬運過程期間而稍為被搖勻而已,「炸雞扒片」的雞肉實際口感,仍然沒有因此而變腍或變硬,仍然容易咬斷「燒雞扒片」。

由於「態度」廚房裡面的師傅,在製作「燒雞扒片」期間加入了調味料,所以我在「態度」「燒雞扒片」雞肉裡面,食到一陣陣香味。「燒雞扒片」裡面的疑似香味,感覺真的有點像「松露」油裡面的香味。

至於「態度」「燒雞扒片」裡面的實際鹹味程度,「態度」廚房師傅也沒有加太多鹽在「燒雞扒片」裡面,所以「燒雞扒片」實際鹹味程度尚算可以接受。

至於「態度」「燒茄子」則沒有「燒雞扒片」那麼好運了,「燒茄子」表面雖然也有香味,但是「燒茄子」外表沒有「燒雞扒片」那麼硬,「燒茄子」實際口感已經完全變腍,沒有「燒雞扒片」那麼彈牙了。

《鰻魚飛碟》$32
兩塊麵包厚度偏薄但係烘得好鬆脆,就算無第一時間食都唔會好快變淋,不過做法就比較似三文治多過似飛碟,因為兩塊包邊唔係合埋。鰻魚餡料超豐富,由包心去到包邊都充滿一塊塊既鰻魚,食食下跌左少少落地就知啲餡料有幾滿。呢個價錢就唔好期望鰻魚係咩高質貨,但起碼都做到入口軟淋既效果,但係如果可以比多少少鰻魚汁就比較好,因為食到有幾啖係比較淡味,不過一分錢一分貨算係咁啦!

《燒牛舌》$19
牛舌燒完會切粒上,我估燒完之後師傅都有放係度等佢rest下,即使切左粒都食到有少少肉汁保留左。厚度都算係厚切,火喉掌握得唔會過火,食落唔會似香口膠咁咬唔爛。

《燒豬頸肉》$19
同牛舌相比豬頸肉比較平平無奇,口感保持到豬頸肉應有既爽口,但味道就無咩特別仲有少少偏慢同埋比較油膩,下次應該唔會再揀豬頸肉。

《自家製法式周打蜆湯》附送
限時開張優惠買滿$70會送一客自家製既法式周打蜆湯,湯身偏杰,材料都好豐富有好多煙肉、碎洋蔥、薯仔粒同蜆肉係入面,每一啖成口都係材料。但我略嫌啲材料真係too much,搞到飲完個湯已經飽飽地,建議可以減少材料多返啲湯水比較好。味道還好,偏重煙肉同香草味。

店鋪既側邊都貼滿左大大小小有關利物浦既海報或者精品,收銀機上仲放左一個印有YNWA既燈箱(好似係),身為利迷既我一見到即刻心心眼。門口都保持整潔同衛生,但目測好似無垃圾桶比堂食既食客食完掉垃圾。

某日行開葵廣3樓,見到有間新開燒物店喎😮,店員很熱情招徠客人,一於試下先我叫左個海鮮拼盤套餐,六十幾蚊,跟著再睇下menu,有鵝肝多士喎!賣favorite,一於試埋😋😋外賣返到屋企,仍然熱辣辣,一陣香氣撲鼻而來,食慾為之一振睇真啲入面有蝦,帶子,魷魚,螺,蟹柳,鰻魚,十分足料,聞起來非常香,食落有鮮味,真心覺得唔夠喉😋😋跟著試埋個鵝肝,加左香醋非常之夾,不過放耐左餅底有啲淋,店員都話,要即食先好味呀!下次再試埋其他

睇真啲入面有蝦,帶子,魷魚,螺,蟹柳,鰻魚,十分足料,聞起來非常香,食落有鮮味,真心覺得唔夠喉😋😋

跟著試埋個鵝肝,加左香醋非常之夾,不過放耐左餅底有啲淋,店員都話,要即食先好味呀!

下次再試埋其他
