今次去咗尖沙咀同朋友慶祝生日,餐廳以落地玻璃設計,景觀開揚,光線柔和,倍感舒適。Signature海鮮拼盤海鮮拼盤擺盤好似一幅名畫咁靚,上面擺放咗不同嘅海鮮,有生蠔、海膽、蟶子、紅菜頭三文魚、海蝦、帶子、鵝肝凍批同蟹肉。整體海鮮新鮮鮮甜,份量十足,三文魚用左紅菜頭汁去醃,令味道更豐富,生蠔配搭檸檬啫喱,份外鮮甜,帶子入口軟嫩,咬開一絲絲,鮮甜味美,鵝肝入口軟綿,配魚子醬味道更豐富。蟶子同海蝦係熟食,海蝦蝦肉厚實彈牙,蟶子切件上,一口一啖,鮮味無窮。旁邊配有色彩繽紛嘅乳酪,蘸上後為海鮮增添不少鮮味。海鮮拼盤仲送埋甜品,甜品係紅桑莓雪葩同竹炭雪糕。香煎帶子西班牙海鮮燴飯叫咗一個lunch set配有餐飲,我地另加咗個餐湯$20,餐湯份量都好多,紫色嘅餐湯份外吸引。燴飯吸收曬海鮮嘅湯汁,味道鮮美,除配上大大粒嘅帶子外,仲有大蝦同魷魚,賣相超吸睛!

其實特濃朱古力係可愛既👦🏽揀,另一杯我就揀左柑橘青檸薑無酒精特飲🍹,薑味逐漸散發出來很美好👽,飲到最後食埋粒小柑🍊正!

甜品就花左唔少時間考慮,最後決定試下 menu 無既是日款式🤪,要問店員喔💁🏽‍♂️。當日 special dessert 係玫瑰威士忌雪芭配牛油脆餅,擺盤好似花藝咁💐。雪芭有驚喜,玫瑰香味先引出🌹,然後 Whisky 🥃濃濃酒味突然衝擊,好真實味道🧜🏽‍♂️。

呀爭d介紹漏個前前前菜,小麵包四片配牛油🧈,我地刻意等到一兩款食物上檯先開始食麵包🍞,竟然邊邊位仲好脆入面就好鬆軟,不錯喔🙆🏽‍♂️。

K11 大部份餐廳環境都唔算好突出,但 ATUM 既食物擺盤像花同風景畫既存在🖍️,根本唔需要配合外面既風景🕊️,眼睛淨係容納到眼前美食🤭🍴。

幾年前我都有食過Atum嘅afternoon tea同埋lunch,當時覺得呢間餐廳嘅嘢食除咗賣相精緻之外,味道都好唔錯,於是適逢朋友生日,我又再一次嚟咗呢間餐廳,今次一於試吓佢哋嘅晚餐。兩個女仔食得唔多,我哋嗌咗以下呢啲食物🤗蟹肉佛手柑檸檬醬沙律呢個沙律嘅賣相好似藝術品咁靚。啖啖肉嘅蟹肉配埋酸酸甜甜嘅佛手柑同埋檸檬醬,呢個組合好新鮮,好開胃,我覺得呢度前菜揀得幾好炭燒大蔥豚五花 焦糖檸檬洋薏米五花豚肉經過炭燒之後,外面焦香,入面肉質嫩滑,焦糖檸檬嘅醬汁中和咗豚肉嘅油膩感,配埋薏米呢個組合好有創意,混合一齊食嘅質感係綿滑得嚟又有咬口火炙香蔥左口魚 魚白湯燉飯我不嬲鍾意食炙燒過嘅左口魚,因為咁樣煮左口魚嘅油香味會更加突出,簡直令左口魚嘅味道昇華左去另一個層次,配埋魚湯同埋索哂魚湯鮮味嘅燉飯,食到好滿足鹹蛋黃味雪糕真係好似食緊鹹蛋黃咁,不過係雪凍咗同埋甜甜地嘅鹹蛋黃,配埋豆腐雪糕同埋炸過嘅西米片,口感豐富,打卡亦都一流

火炙香蔥左口魚 魚白湯燉飯
我不嬲鍾意食炙燒過嘅左口魚,因為咁樣煮左口魚嘅油香味會更加突出,簡直令左口魚嘅味道昇華左去另一個層次,配埋魚湯同埋索哂魚湯鮮味嘅燉飯,食到好滿足

鹹蛋黃味雪糕
真係好似食緊鹹蛋黃咁,不過係雪凍咗同埋甜甜地嘅鹹蛋黃,配埋豆腐雪糕同埋炸過嘅西米片,口感豐富,打卡亦都一流
