與朋友到此晚飯,因openrice review 話食物水準吳錯,就試下。我地共8人叫左個10人餐 (有人臨時不能來),總括而言,所有食物偏鹹 (但仍可接受), 餐廳環境優美舒適,唯獨service 差。整晚最高峰只2大檯2細檯,2位男服務員全程無跟檯,我地成晚好似小學生咁不停舉手要野,例如沖茶水,換碗碟,收碟,但你叫佢換碟佢真係只換碟,個碗有半碗魚汁照比番我,再叫換埋個碗,之後連碗都無埋。2位服務員得嫻只會看手機,有空碟係吳會理你,又要舉手。每人埋單4百幾,值吳值見仁見智,但已決定吳會再幫襯。 continue reading

係weekend要即日搵個地方食個飯,經openrice book,快得黎估唔到職員幾乎係即時打俾我,問我要唔要order定湯。自從喜歡食淮山後,食得好多都唔厭。呢味係椒鹽鮮淮山,52元,好香口,幾開胃。叉燒拼三層肉,198元,大家好肚餓,食得好快。肉唔錯,燒肉片香肉厚,肥亦剛好,唔會太過。石鍋黃金涼瓜(咸蛋黃),96元,一上枱,涼瓜嘅香味已經好勁,大家都流哂口水。當然唔好睇少咸蛋黃啦,更香。欖角脆口金沙腩,158元,唔會太硬,欖角提昇左肉味。無骨文昌雞,348元(一隻),唔駛食骨,大家食得最開心,有驚喜係旁邊伴碟嘅青瓜,爽口又夠味。紅燒北菇豆腐,96元,豆腐入左啲茨汁,菇飛水都夠。蜂蜜黑椒一口牛,188元,黑椒小小辣,牛味都出,又甜甜地。黑醋小排骨,62元,唔錯幾好味,酸酸地,又開番胃。荷葉飯,132元,係即叫即整,我地一早叫左,食到加單先至上。好香!個飯入哂汁,每啖都好滿足。金瑤炒桂花,98元。整體份量偏少,不過每道都有質素。切餅費算有良心,50元。 continue reading

朋友退休返泰國,今日同佢食飯 farewell,佢揀食中菜同喺尖沙咀區,就揀咗呢間。以前都食過呢間餐廳,有點失望佢哋拆走晒啲卡位 😑 成晚餐廳都好似得 3 成客人,唔明點解要將啲客位擠埋一齊,其實可以間開小小等啲客有返啲空間!朋友嚟齊仲傾緊計 (太耐無見,又 3 個女人一個虛 🤣🤣) 個侍應小姐就不停問我哋落得單未,又叫我哋試吓啲湯。 。 。我哋梗係等主角發辦,佢唔想食湯但亞姐姐又不停 sell,我哋唯有叫一盅應酬佢,之後主角話要食豆腐同炒飯,再叫小小肉就傾咗一晚。個湯其實好味,3 個人 share 一盅都 ok。雞絲粉皮就唔得,完全唔夠醬撈勻啲粉皮,當然唔好食啦。紅燒花膠豆腐,豆腐可以,但花膠有一陣雪櫃味,可能佢哋煮定好多雪住,再加落其他餸到,但唔值呢個價 🤔石鍋黑椒無骨豬手,味道可以,亦比較濃味,但豬手唔算多。最出色係個脆米炒飯,材料好簡單亦唔值錢,但味道竟然好味,個脆米加咗唔少分。如果餐廳改善吓啲服務,呢度唔限時間,想簡單傾計食飯都係好選擇。 continue reading

做冬book咗一家人食飯,去到現場正日反而唔多人。坐位算幾舒適,不過冷氣都幾凍,雖然已經叫咗waiter幫手較細啲。食物性價比有啲低,酒樓價錢但碟頭得一半。味道唔算突出,大部份菜式都只係不過不失。餐廳環境乾淨,洗手間都算幾乾淨。不過未必會再幫襯。 continue reading
