遠遠來到這巨大的形點商場,揀選了這間以葡式澳門菜為名的亞蘇爾,其實我又不是這麼懷念馬交,只是朋友說沒試過而已……点了個方便套餐,有頭盤四式小吃,餐湯,燒乳豬,葡國雞配豬仔包…… 而我就發現酒牌竟然有我飲開的加沙加思青酒……先來餐湯是甘筍湯,不似有忌亷底,淡淡乏味,而頭盤的炸物,沙律蝦及馬介休球也沒驚喜之處…… 葡國雞更是普通過普通…… 至於那個燒乳豬,well, 皮是很脆的,但肉質就麻麻,有点老…… 完全比不上在馬交吃過的!唯一令我覺得味美的就是那杯加沙加思,但這又和這餐廳的出品有何干呢?總括嚟講就係跌錢!茶餐廳的出品也比這裡好……

唯一令我覺得味美的就是那杯加沙加思,但這又和這餐廳的出品有何干呢?總括嚟講就係跌錢!茶餐廳的出品也比這裡好……

今日行開YOHO MALL,見到少有既葡國菜,同埋晚市時間都唔洗排隊,所以入去一試。入座後叫左個二人餐,首先黎左個湯同澳葡小食拼盤,入面有馬介休、炸墨魚球同芝士豬仔包,啲食物出黎熱辣辣,味道正正常常。之後嚟到重點菜就係葡式香烤脆皮乳豬件配薯菜,個皮好脆,食到好濃郁嘅豬味,又唔太膩,點埋佢地個特製醬汁,味道都幾好食。之後就黎咗份十月初五蝦子松露意大利麵,味道除左有忌廉既香,仲有蝦子嘅鮮味,仲有松露嘅味,很特別。不過埋單都唔平,二人要四百幾蚊,埋單連加一就五百幾。

之前係銅鑼灣分店買過佢嘅外賣都還好,今次食左佢嗰燒乳豬set....個皮係脆,但成份嘢得肥膏,係真係好過份,大家可以睇下呢舊係其中一舊,5舊有3舊都係咁嘅。之後就係好少嘅肉連底。其他前菜都唔係有咩特別。一杯好地地嘅奶茶都好難飲,平時鐘意飲齋啡嘅朋友都覺得茶好澀,我直頭冇飲,因為如果入到口,你要加好多糖水先得。食左咁多yoho嘅餐廳,呢間係最難食,性價比好低。我之前睇review都好想知點解有人話好食,嗰意粉落左好多芝士粉,但又唔溶,又膩又怪,真係救命。真係太難食。。。

總結來說,在香港的澳門葡國菜餐廳真的為數不多,而這間餐廳的食物質素相當貼近葡國菜的味道,甚至比起澳門的餐廳有過之而無不及, 如果下次有機會再來的話,我應該會品嚐豬扒包和焗鴨飯

星期五晚想食得豐富少少,諗起都有啲時間無幫襯亞蘇爾,而且見到Openrice訂外賣自取都仲有85折,就咁決定,落咗大約20分鐘就有得攞。叫咗4樣食品,除咗係第一次試嘅火山芝士雞扒真係較為普通,無咩味道外,其他3款都好美味,keep得住水準,而馬介休球係我其中一個推介。其實外賣自取的menu相對無咁多選擇,都應該安排番一次去堂食。值得一提,亞蘇爾食物的份量都足夠,同埋提議叫埋葡撻及豬仔包,呢2樣質素都唔錯。

首先有呢個第一次食盲鰽魚,烤焗完都唔乾,好juicy,唔錯澳門特色亦好驚喜,首先好大份,注意儀態的話就要分開啲包同豬扒食啦😛塊豬扒好淋,好入味仲好多肉汁,個包都唔硬,仲脆脆地,加埋啲配菜,正🤤之前去澳門食豬扒包(好出名嗰間🤭) 點知好乾好硬,真係少啲牙力都唔得有少少偏咸,淡味少少會好啲仲有叫咗個,我最欣賞個薯仔,好淋,食咖哩最忌薯仔硬😂牛腩數量都ok,亦好入味,咖啡嘅味道都適中,係岩我食嘅味道,少少辣帶甜,不過配得2塊包就完全唔夠喉啦最後唔夠食,叫多咗個意粉,不過不失,唔特別因為屋企人唔食甜點,所以無叫到葡撻,下次試啦。
