其實幫襯梅光軒已經好多年。最初只有 Hysan B2 Marketplace 入面嘅檔位。Shoyu Raman 同 Shio Raman 都做得好好,原因應該係真正日本製嘅湯頭。喺香港食拉麵我甚少會飲晒D湯,梅光軒係例外!佢嘅荀同麵都係一流,非常正宗,有驚喜! 叉燒就比較正常。另外強烈推介粟米牛油拉麵,配合佢哋嘅湯底勁 creamy 勁香,好好食! 佢嘅Miso Ramen其實我都好鐘意,尤其加入炒過嘅肉碎同芽菜,微辣唔太鹹,但有朋友係 miso ramen 嘅死忠就覺得唔夠重味。而家新舖左小食同甜品,可惜未有機會試!

趁住復活節,今日同一個好耐冇見嘅朋友食lunch。由於我好耐冇食過日式拉麵,而登龍街又有好多間日式拉麵店喎,咁就去咗朋友未試過嘅梅光軒度試吓啦(我都係第一次試)。我哋喺門口排左一陣,不過始終店入面唔係太大,所以我哋都係坐面壁嘅高身枱。我就叫左未噌拉麵,加$20配炸牛肉薯餅同汽水,而朋友就叫咗味噌海鮮拉麵,加$15配煎餃子同汽水。味噌拉麵,湯底豬骨味及濃度稀稠適中,飲大半碗都未至於濟咗。拉麵質感有彈性,食到尾都冇淋,而且個麵餅都幾大個,食完好飽。至於塊叉燒只有少少肥膏,對我來講非常好,因為我驚食肥膏。豬骨湯嘅濃香味充分滲入叉燒,帶出肉嘅鮮美,如果可以伴多幾塊就好啦!朋友嘅味噌海鮮拉麵望落去賣相非常好,我就無試到,所以唔知個味係點。加$20配炸牛肉薯餅同汽水,加$15配煎餃子同汽水。炸牛肉薯餅食落唔太油,好多薯蓉,但就是比較少牛肉。餃子都煎得非常香,餡料豐富,有韭菜豬肉、唔太肥,煎餃子來講比好多餐廳較健康。

所以!我一黎就食晒啲配料先 剩番兩大條叉燒同溫泉蛋 仲有剩麵 呢個係我最鐘意既食法
佢叉燒係堅好食 半肥瘦 又長又厚 再加上燒到有啲香甜 反觀我朋友果塊無我咁好食 應該有一半係我lucky

原本諗住去金田家食 不過見呢個開左間新拉麵店 裝女修又幾醒神 就黎試試佢今次點左個餃子同埋佢地既招牌(好似係)醬油味拉麵同行既朋友就點左鹽味拉麵 我就鐘意我果個多啲 一陣再講點解碗麵黎到 湯底幾濃郁 岩我口味值得一提既係佢topping既蔥好香 仲有少少肉感 食落口索索聲 有少少after taste 唔錯麵黎講幾吸湯 唔洗用匙羹餸湯都夠味但朋友個鹽我就覺得略淡 比起醬油味 醬油完勝餃子🥟都ok 正正常常 唔伏但又無超正 算幾脆口最後想講下係佢杯茶 應該係麥茶/玄米茶 好少見拉麵舖會跟埋 唔洗加錢 感覺好抵 😂

值得一提既係佢topping既蔥好香 仲有少少肉感 食落口索索聲 有少少after taste 唔錯
麵黎講幾吸湯 唔洗用匙羹餸湯都夠味

一開始有提過點左兩款甜品,$10實在係太抵食,牛乳布丁先用牙籤弄破表面,整個布丁就要走出黎,好有趣的一個做法,然後再加上黑糖漿,布丁奶味好濃又滑,抹茶蕨餅有3粒,煙煙韌韌的口感從來都係我的最愛

呢兩款甜品性價比實在太高,強烈建議一定要ORDER喔

最近知道登龍街,開了一間米芝蓮推介的北海道拉麵🍜,我身為拉麵控,當然要一探虛實。這裡的地方不大,座位約廿個,剛剛有客離開,所以可以直入不用等。我們㨂了醬油拉麵$75,加$15轉套餐,餃子(3只)和汽水。鹽味拉麵$75,加$15轉套餐,明太子雞翼(2只)和汽水。醬油拉麵,湯底味道不算太濃,湯底用了豬骨、雞、昆布、沙甸魚,所以湯底清甜,平時吃拉麵,好少咁多蔥,我好喜歡這個安排,而拉麵外型有點似公仔麵,不過吃落都好彈牙。餃子煎得幾香脆,肉汁豐富。鹽味拉麵,顔色好清淡,想不到味道又幾好,不會鹹,湯底味道清甜,荀條很粗又嫩,不喜歡濃湯,一定喜歡這個。明太子雞翼,外皮炸得香脆,明太子包在雞翼內,帶一點辣味,想不到日本都有好像中菜一樣,會有釀雞翼。抹茶厥餅($10)三粒,綠茶味濃郁,煙煙靱靱。
