今日工作完了,感覺十分疲累,突然很想食甜點,路經bakehouse看見店內很多選擇便問了店員哪個好吃,想他推薦一下😆😆這位frontline staff很好人,介紹了一個丹麥蘇,很脆很香, 不會太甜,真的十分有水準🥰🥰可惜的是他們的蛋撻常sold out, 每晚經過都沒機會買到,希望bakehouse會考慮夜晚放工的人,出多一輪蛋撻🤭🤭🤭

Their sourdough egg tart is highly recommended! Crispy on the outside and rich and creamy on the inside. They sort of remind me of the Portuguese egg tarts from Macau. The team at this location are amazing as well! I accidentally dropped my tart on the floor and they gave me a new one free of charge even though I offered to pay them for it. I want to thank the frontline staff once again for their wonderful customer service!

Very popular sourdough egg tarts. Six tarts in a box. The sourdough crust is in-between crispy, chewy and flaky. If you are lucky, the tarts would be warm and fresh out of the oven. Usually they are already cold, but if you take home you can reheat them to enjoy. The egg filling is sweet and custardy, it’s the Portuguese style of egg tarts.

今日從上環行去中環店買兩個包,再行返上環公司附近的公園,一個人靜靜地慢慢嘆。Cherry Danish $50他的招牌酥皮飽做base唔會出錯,配當造的車厘子,啲啲酸酸甜甜,custard creamy,Danish crunchy,口感豐富好味的。有點貴,他加點點金箔點綴相對地對得住個價錢。Salted Egg Caramel Bolo $24面層的菠蘿包皮淋淋地做唔到菠蘿包的重點,我會期望面層應該是脆脆的。
