特地去中環人氣烘焙店BAKEHOUSE買了他們最負盛名的酥皮葡撻。這間由前四季酒店主廚Grégoire Michaud開設的店舖,一直都是港島區打卡熱點。葡撻外皮有驚人的層次感,一口咬下去能感受到酥皮層層分明的口感,每一層都酥脆得恰到好處。蛋奶醬的質地滑溜細緻,甜度適中不會過膩,還帶有淡淡的焦香。最特別是表面經過火炙處理,形成一層輕微焦糖化的薄膜,不單提升了外表的精緻度,更增添了層次分明的口感。雖然一個葡撻要價約28元,比一般茶餐廳的貴上許多,但這種近乎完美的手工質素,加上其獨特的法式糕點工藝,確實值得這個價錢。店門外經常大排長龍,但今天運氣不錯,只等了約十分鐘就買到了仍然溫熱的新鮮葡撻,趁熱吃的確是最佳享用方式。 continue reading

最近我去咗一間麵包店,真係好多人排隊,難怪咁受歡迎!我試咗佢哋嘅酸種蛋撻,真係好食到爆!外層嘅酥皮夠脆,內裡嘅蛋漿滑滑地,甜度啱啱好,食落去一口接一口,根本停唔到。跟住,我又試咗無花果酸種麵包,味道更加出奇!麵包鬆軟,配上無花果嘅香甜,咬落去有種天然嘅果香,真係好好味。每一口都有驚喜,食完之後心情都好好。另外,芝士scone都唔可以錯過,芝士味濃郁,口感又香又鬆。配埋一啲果醬或者奶油,簡直係完美!仲有,啲scone唔會過於乾,入口即溶,食完真係覺得好滿足。整體嚟講,呢間麵包店嘅每一樣都好有水準,唔怪得咁多人排隊等。無論係蛋撻、麵包定係scone,都係一流。下次一定會再返去,試多啲其他嘢食!如果你鍾意新鮮出爐嘅麵包,真係唔好錯過呢間店! continue reading
