剛要在中環離開之際 又想買個蛋撻、葡撻 什麼的~第一下就想起沿扶手電梯上去的Bakehouse哈哈😆果然名不虛傳 在中環的Bakehouse  還是要排點小隊 但店員真的很迅速Sourdough Egg Tart $12雖然小小顆 但滿足感滿分💯即便冷了 還是很好吃😋打開盒子 蛋香味、酥皮的牛油味 微微的飄來 真的想馬上來一口咬下去 先硬後酥  再到𥚃面的蛋  BULU BULU 滑滑的柔嫩嫩的奶香蛋味 加上多層酥皮口感的黃油香 混合起來難怪大家如此喜愛Bakehouse 的蛋撻一個收款 一個負責夾 一般付完錢 就可以取麵包🥯了😌所以等一下下 很快就輪到我們了 不過中間還是有陣子 看到琳瑯滿目的麵包🥯有下曾考慮過要不要多顆冬甩 可是又想跟大家分最後是挑了每人一顆蛋撻(小小的 當飯後小點心🥧剛剛好)

打開盒子 蛋香味、酥皮的牛油味 微微的飄來 真的想馬上來一口
咬下去 先硬後酥  再到𥚃面的蛋  BULU BULU 滑滑的
柔嫩嫩的奶香蛋味 加上多層酥皮口感的黃油香 混合起來
難怪大家如此喜愛Bakehouse 的蛋撻

一個收款 一個負責夾 一般付完錢 就可以取麵包🥯了😌

不過中間還是有陣子 看到琳瑯滿目的麵包🥯
有下曾考慮過要不要多顆冬甩 可是又想跟大家分

As I left Uncle Pizza, Pasta and Grill, I passed by Bakehouse and saw that there was no line!! It was around 13:20 on Thursday. So I decided to grab a sourdough egg tart to eat. 其實他們的產品選擇多,有 Croissant 、egg tart、 doughnut、 cookies 、scone、 danish、sourdough 等, 賣相相當吸引,而且味道可口, 用料有質素。 製作蛋撻和麵包的工序實在繁複丶 以這個質素來說, 價錢合理, 性價比高。

今次惠顧了中環的分店, 個人覺得紅磚牆的Bakehouse 座落於中環的士丹頓街,風格很配合, 實在太美了, 十分適合打卡📸!

每日早上經過扶手電梯落山搭車返工,都聞到新鮮出爐的葡撻麵包味,但就次次只能眼望望,因為太早未開門🥲🥲,其實這個品牌的其他分店已食過多次都是家人或同事買回來,可是已經沒有熱辣辣的觸感,也沒有香噴噴的味道。以為星期六、日放假先去買,但發覺早上已經很多遊客們在排隊,唯有再等機會。今次終於等到了,剛巧我請了假去整政府野,咁就立即落樓去霸頭位等開門🤭,真係唔講得笑,早上新鮮出爐即買即食葡撻,味覺享受簡直一流,陣陣牛油香及蛋香飄出,酥皮鬆脆,層次分明,蛋漿軟滑,邊食邊滲出焦糖的香甜。而且該店舖的位置在蘇豪區扶手電梯旁,早上人流會較少,因為早上扶手電梯是下行方向,你可以選擇一邊慢慢吃,一邊行住斜路落山。

甜甜地但唔會太甜😆
個皮非常酥脆 ,好有蛋香同牛油味,仲食到啲焦糖味😋,但唔會好油但唔會話好漏個啲,一次過食2個,😁😁大滿足!!!!

諗左好耐之寫bakehouse,有d朋友都知,係因為我EX曾經在bakehouse工作。bakehouse既出品有點感情的味道。bakehouse嘅Egg Tart我大大話話食過廿次有多。bakehouse好多出品我都食過,有興趣可以問下我意見,但呢篇我只講Egg Tart。唔知點解Egg Tart會變左bakehouse招牌,明明bakehouse最出名應該係croissant,四季出黎嘅口味,食過就知同四季嘅出品,唔係完全一樣,但食得出係同一個源流出黎。而Egg Tart,sorry…not my cup of tea。你問我係唔係唔好食?都唔係,都好食。蛋都香,焦糖化嘅表面都脆口,成件事都ok。但講少少inside少少嘅野俾大家知,我個人認為,佢個recipe係一個不完美嘅recipe。點解我咁講?因為每一轉嘅Egg Tart其實都有好一部份要掉,原因係因為overcooked。一個recipe出一盤野,點都係有一部份衰左,我唔可以話呢d撞手神嘅野係一個成熟嘅recipe。焗croissant都冇呢個問題。我講多次,佢係ok好食的!但唔成熟。行過我會買,但排隊就免了。寫呢篇,純粹
