之前都嚟過幾次,今次有啲時間就寫個review😛晏晝2,3點無咩人幾好坐,環境都好衛生,侍應有禮貌,幫我哋用熱水洗餐具、碗同杯,都幾好服務。不過一入到去就叫我哋用安心出行,都係我哋自己拎紙寫名算啦。同埋有送到功夫茶,好濃幾好飲!仲有一小碟前菜,有豆卜、菜甫同瘦肉,個調味幾好食,我食哂成碟haha😂今次食咗蠔餅、蠔仔粥、糖醋麵💁🏻‍♂️蠔仔粥最好食,啲蠔仔有大有細,個粥底鮮甜,下次嚟都食繼續叫呢個😋

好多年無食過一次正宗的潮州菜啦,今天特登同屋企人走入美食之城九龍城,到品潮軒試一試。叫咗隻大花蟹,幾足秤,夠哂大,但無蟹味,欠咗蟹個種鮮甜,有點失望。 第二道菜, 胡椒豬肚湯,胡椒味太重 辣到大朋友小朋友都喝不下去。再試試潮州菜的主菜滷水拼盤, 鵝肝、鵝腸全部都好足料,夠大碟,但滷水卻不夠味,令拼盤唔夠入味,略嫌失色較好的推薦是石榴雞,這個真的吃到潮州的味道埋單每人400蚊,價格不是大問題,但吃不到潮州味有點失望。

這裡的反沙芋水準亦真的不賴 ---- 芋條夠粉且軟身;糖霜差不多全然黐附於芋頭上而不會四散在碟上,見功夫;甜度亦非常足夠....

小友人吃得津津有味。小弟馬上道 : "去到那邊敢肯定一定沒有這樣的甜食吃的,有得食就儘管吃吧"....

潮洲菜由細食到大,以前有好多有水準的,現在越來越少,我看過Openrice裡面的潮洲酒樓評價,好多間我都試過,我不明白有些為何能得到那麽高排名…例如尖沙咀百樂就有三百幾個贊…原因係乜自己諗啦,因爲我都食過…出品雖然不差…但也不至於可以排第一囉,其他比較好味的潮洲酒樓就排名好低,我覺食家自己諗下原因啦…!其實九龍城是香港最多潮洲菜的地方,這間品潮軒是正宗而又好味的,絶對現在不容易找到這水平的出品了,每樣款式出品都做得好…水準好平均,連做個炒飯都好食,至於什麽是招牌菜就等大家自己試下啦,不過這裡的價錢就比較高少少,但也可接受。

這是第二次去九龍城的潮品軒了, 和上次一樣,仍是這樣美味,我對這間潮州食店,留下了很好的印象 😊。先說環境,是古典的格式,坐得尚算舒服。食物方面,很喜歡這間潮州菜館。上次去,食了水瓜烙,芋泥,糖醋麵等等; 今次去,嚐了龍蝦,炒筍絲,和雞煲,十分美味🤤! 吃到停不了!我不是潮州人,但身邊的潮州朋友覺得很正宗,而且在正宗之上,有些菜色也加了點新意,看見 老闆和廚師的心思。至於服務方面,老闆 Dee 哥十分親民熱情, 其他侍應也很友善。

先說環境,是古典的格式,坐得尚算舒服。

食物方面,很喜歡這間潮州菜館。上次去,食了水瓜烙,芋泥,糖醋麵等等; 今次去,嚐了龍蝦,炒筍絲,和雞煲,十分美味🤤! 吃到停不了!

我不是潮州人,但身邊的潮州朋友覺得很正宗,而且在正宗之上,有些菜色也加了點新意,看見 老闆和廚師的心思。

至於服務方面,老闆 Dee 哥十分親民熱情, 其他侍應也很友善。

今日老爺生日,潮州人既佢地,想搵間好食既好難!見朋友推介,就黎試下!入座後開始點菜,梗係叫鹵水試下!但勁失望,鹵水唔香,鵝腸又拿到乜味都冇!口感勁怪!鵝肉一般,但個豆付好得!全晚最好食都係豆付,分別係鹵水豆付同普寧豆付!最離譜係後加既鹵水鵝肝,食落去係同牛什既牛膀既口感!唔可以接受囉!我地 10個人都叫左唔少野...但我冇心機影相!蠔餅都算唔錯,蠔既份量唔細,呢道蠔餅唔係炸,唔錯!另外阿嫂爸爸好想食羊,我地叫左個羊肉爐,味道唔錯,仲好足料!薑汁芥蘭唔錯,冇黃!另外個荔蓉鴨都可以,但味道唔夠!好淡...坦白講...失望囉!潮州出名鹵水,都可以咁...仲有想提既係,我地臨入座前,打電話問壽包,就話有喇!咁我地買蛋糕啦!點知又突然間上...最後梗係取消啦!太攪笑...

坦白講...失望囉!潮州出名鹵水,都可以咁...仲有想提既係,我地臨入座前,打電話問壽包,就話有喇!咁我地買蛋糕啦!點知又突然間上...最後梗係取消啦!太攪笑...

上星期日和屋企人15個嚟食飯,因為媽媽那邊是潮州人,所以舅父揀的餐廳都應該不錯。結果各方面都挺滿意的。很多在九龍城的潮州餐廳,已非常舊,很有特色,但未必坐得舒服。而這間餐廳,從舊舖搬過來之後裝修過,都幾新淨。坐滿人。我哋叫咗豪餅,是舊式傳統做法,嗰邊邊不會落好多油炸到起蛋花那種,好友薯粉嗰種黏度,豪仔好新鮮,媽媽很喜歡。而我最喜歡就是普寧豆腐,很重豆腐味。方魚炒芥蘭很香,沒有芥蘭青味,又唔油。豪仔粥啲豪仔好新鮮,潮州麵線真係炒得好乾身。仲食咗好多其他嘢不能盡錄。值得一試。
