昨晚去左北角韓店食燒肉,彷彿瞬間飛到了韓國。這家餐廳由韓國人主理,周圍的食客也大多是韓國人,真是相當地道。餐廳的裝潢簡約而具工業風,菜單上有各種韓燒、拌飯和湯品好多選擇。今期優惠 $99 任食五花腩,好抵。前菜五小碟小食非常正宗,有泡菜、酸蘿蔔、大豆芽菜、醃青瓜甘筍和薯仔等,讓人食指大動,而食完又可以再加。Pork belly五花肉 (任食) $99/ppl韓式五花肉風味十足,半肥瘦厚薄適中,燒至外焦內嫩,油香四溢。多餘的豬油會從盤邊流入油杯,這樣就不會感覺油膩。將肉片包在生菜中,配上大醬,簡單美味。Korean leek pancake蔥煎餅 $138煎餅大份,粉漿適中,裡面有大量的韭菜和香蔥,還夾雜著少量海鮮。雖然煎得還算不錯,但如果能煎得更脆點就更完美。搭配醋汁食,開胃又美味。Ginseng Chicken Soup人蔘雞湯 $188用上整隻雞釀入糯米,慢慢燉煮而成。湯底濃郁,雞肉軟嫩,人蔘味不太濃,但都幾滋補養生。 continue reading

食一間韓國燒烤,好似去咗韓國咁。先講佢抵食到爛嘅pork belly豬五花腩任食套餐,只需$99/位,一碟碟豬五花腩任叫唔嬲。加多$38/枱,生菜都任叫。加埋佢本身包埋嘅前菜,其實真係可以其他嘢咩都唔叫😂。豬五花腩 (任食$99/位) - 在場韓國職員會教你點燒到”金黃”。五花腩肥而不膩,襯麻油加鹽已經非常香口。就算真係肥,亦可以襯生菜(+$38任食)加辣醬,再唔係襯水冷麵,甚至擺落口即刻灌啤酒,同樣地係上天堂嘅感覺。當然,我哋會試吓其他嘢。水冷麵($118) - 原本諗住用嚟做澱粉質,冷卻一下燒烤嘅肉,點知職員叫我哋連同燒烤肉一齊食,話呢個係當地食法。結果果然有奇效,一凍一熱擺入口,另類享受。CASS啤酒 ($38) - 韓國本土嘅啤酒,味道比香港嘅啤酒略為濃一啲,解膩效果唔錯。要注意唔好擺喺個爐隔離,會好快暖晒。樂天初飲初樂蜜桃味燒酎 ($68) - 聞落去嘅桃味好豐富,飲落去酒精感比啤酒重,但甜度充足,適合女士。咁樣叫法真係十足酒池肉林😂。Pork Belly同其他優惠當然抵食,但其實呢度最好嘅地方係接近韓國嘅環境同服務,服務員都係以英文溝通,佢哋示範點燒同解釋嗰陣,我真係覺得自己去咗韓國。 continue reading

炮台山有間韓國餐廳,店長雖然係廣東話有限公司但都好盡力同食客講廣東話,respect,當然更令人respect嘅係嘢食啦7月過咗一半喇,入到嚟先知今個月有$99任食五花腩,唔嗌就真係對唔住荷包喇本以為咁平一定係平價凍肉質素,點知啲五花腩紋路勁靚,厚切一片片,好似一支粉紅肥壯軍隊排列出嚟!燒嘅時候唔使省油,五花腩本身會有豬油逼出好快就燒至金香脆口,夾落蔬菜捲加調味韓國韭菜,肉汁由菜罅流出,爽得無比食完,五花腩、蔬菜都係任添㗎連前菜都可以refill,除咗泡菜、芽菜,仲有黑豆、魚糕比較特別嘅菜式天口㷫加上燒肉,最啱就係食水冷麵沉澱吓個人,佢地嘅水冷麵好大兜啲麵食極都仲有咁,酸酸地又冰涼,簡直係夏日一樂也次次見到有煎餅,都好想嗌返碟,呢碟蔥煎餅,佢嘅厚度係超出大胃對煎餅嘅認知份量激大,而且好足料好厚,如果鍾意大蔥嘅人食,一定開心死韓燒又點可以唔飲返杯,就算胃民唔揸車都照嗌好乖嘅飲品而大胃當然飲啤酒啦,除咗Terra,原來Cass都唔錯㗎喎 continue reading
