一到夜晚,最令人苦惱就是吃什麼才好。因為商場已經關門,選擇少了很多,但是也剛好可以試試小店~突如其來想吃多春魚,所以就去了串燒店!餐牌有很多選擇,連炒粉麵都有,不用擔心肚子餓啦!串燒大集合!因為不能吃太辣,只選擇了少辣。整體而言,香辣味頗濃,其中娃娃菜最辣,入口時以為不辣,但吃到一半辣味會留在口腔久久不散~變得超辣!爸B豬仔脾,味道不錯,可惜燒得太乾了,有點硬和韌⋯⋯錫紙包金菇份量適合2-3人,蒜蓉很多,味道香濃!日本紫薯入口有融化的感覺,很綿密香甜!值得一試。椒鹽多春魚炸到脆卜卜,很惹味,多春魚的魚春夠多夠爽脆~滿足!泰式炒金邊粉味道不錯,可惜晚了吃,糾結成一團⋯⋯值得一提的是,店內的音樂簡直可以媲美紅van~大播經典廣東歌~令人心情更放鬆!讚!

e個時候老細就鬧我哋,唔俾我哋買單,鬧我哋話食唔哂就唔好叫咁多嘢食,都唔知咩邏輯,我哋就係因為肚餓所以先叫咁多嘢食,無得食係因為你哋落漏單,我哋6個人走嗰刻係無一個人飽住走,之後要另外買嘢食填肚。然後個老細再鬧,”你哋未食哂第二轉嘢食,我點會俾第一轉嘢食你哋呀?”聽完之後完全黑人問號,個老細知唔知自己講緊乜?正常係咪應該岀哂第一轉d嘢食俾我哋先?點解要食完第二轉先可以食第一轉叫嘅嘢食?然後個老細走左去狂燒d嘢岀黎俾我哋,期間我叫佢d待應幫我哋買單,佢新燒岀黎嘅嘢屈我哋俾埋錢,中間又拖延時間唔俾我哋走再繼續狂燒,張單上面又有幾樣直頭無岀現過嘅嘢想借頭借路收我哋錢。

新燒岀黎嘅茄子係生嘅,應該係為左求其燒d嘢岀黎盡快屈我哋錢。其他嘢我哋都唔敢食,驚老細加料。講真嗰少少錢我哋又唔係俾唔起,但唔順氣個老細落漏單,又想呃我哋,仲要鬧我哋黎企圖掩飾佢哋落漏單,最後仲拎d未燒熟嘅嘢黎屈我哋錢。我哋大大話話都坐左兩個鐘,如果我要等埋你落漏單嘅嘢咪分分鐘要食3,4個鐘?個老細仲話d嘢食已經燒緊,鬧我哋嘥嘢食,繼續鬧食唔哂唔好叫咁多。但自己就求其燒條生茄子俾我哋,佢自己就可以嘥嘢食嘅。唔飽咁走,仲要俾人鬧食唔哂唔好叫咁多,真係反白眼,e個世界乜人都人,老細為左屈錢乜都講得岀。最後佢d待應係咁講唔好意思,話老細係咁,就幫我哋買單。

食到一肚氣,我自己都係住新蒲崗,都想支持街坊生意,不過e間嘢真係無下次,個老細太狗。

經朋友介紹,一嘗這間位於新蒲崗的爸B燒牆上貼滿報紙的報道,原來老闆只是一名20多歲的小伙子!生了寶貝的BB後用這個命名。夥計不多,老闆親力親為生菜包辣到適中,分量也算多。炒都十分有鑊氣串燒雞皮十分好吃,夠脆又不會太油,雞軟骨也好很吃,送酒必吃配上大支裝啤酒實在是享受炸魷魚鬚,外脆內軟,即炸即食,又一配酒小吃燒娃娃菜和翠玉瓜,食得太多肉需要吃點蔬菜我們還叫了茄子船,但沒有拍照燒蝦做得10分出色!新鮮不會黏殼,香口車厘茄煙肉串,酸酸的清油膩感老闆空閑時還會和客人吹水,這間店會營業到凌晨,實在是舊區的深宵食堂,12點後仍然有很多人到來。溫馨的小店,充滿着一個年輕小伙子對孩子的愛

見到呢間串燒店既名咁得意就入去試下啦~雖然鋪頭細細, 但都坐滿哂人, 而且價錢唔係太貴~鹽燒海蝦見佢特價$6蚊串, 就叫左4串試下啦~其實都ok, 肉質都彈既燒茄子勁多蒜蓉係上面茄子都燒得好淋, 加埋一齊食好好味原隻魷魚筒/雞腎/雞皮/雞心/厚切牛舌最鐘意個泰式辣汁配魷魚筒, 魷魚唔會煮到好難咬開~雞皮燒得脆卜卜~錫紙包金菇又係有好多蒜蓉係入面, 金菇份量都有好多香葉肉碎炒飯剩係食串燒唔夠飽, 所以叫多個炒飯食個炒飯都幾香, 份量夠哂2個人食

我個人偏好海鮮, 點咗牛舌,爸b豬仔脾,鱔,生蠔, 扇貝,蟶子,象拔蚌同埋2隻生猛海蝦,另加1支大藍妹. 

牛舌厚切咬落口感豐富
爸B豬仔脾睇落成個bb斧頭扒咁咬落亦香口like. 燒鱔口感爽脆不過不失.

現場目測大約有三名員工皆為後生仔女, 連老板4人. 上面我講到食物咁出色, 不得不讚揚下兩位廚房哥仔廚藝認真不錯. 當然有人會話做串燒未必需要其他菜式咁咁高要求, 但我間中由上菜位窗仔𥄫入去睇得出佢地用心準備食材, 當中佢地嘅付出絕對值得一讚
 樓面位女侍應新番工, 老板正進行教導. 至於點解話老板有良心, 一來佢肯俾機會起用後生員工, 等佢地將來有一技傍身; 二來聽佢地之間對答亦善待員工, 三來老板明知自己生意麻麻亦唔想賺到盡. 

最後記得蘋果有報導過呢間餐廳訪問過老板, 當時老板表示開呢間餐廳係為咗佢地個女奮鬥. 聽佢話開咗8個幾月生意一般, 作為另一個爸爸嘅我亦希望能夠繼續食到如此高水準的燒物. 食材新鮮, 有特色(唔係度度有象拔蚌), 價錢合理(大部份都係20~30一份, 海鮮除外). 作為豐富海鮮晚餐埋單26x我ok, 放低多少少再寫呢篇正評希望可以略盡綿力啦!

爸B燒仲有一樣同其他燒烤店唔同既係,佢地不會用太多香料蒜蓉等去遮蓋食物既味道,因為食材新鮮而且調味剛剛好,食完唔會點口渴。另外仲有一樣一定要推介的係佢地既原個椰青,清甜到不得了,水份又多,問過老闆先知原來佢地特登去九龍城專賣泰國嘢既地方入貨,所以同一般其他既椰青質素係唔同。

同爸B燒老闆傾開偈先知,原來佢後生仔16歲升到F.4時就已經退學,早早就出黎投身社會工作,所謂"工字不出頭",學好一門手藝之後達成夢想係佢目標,23歲時做擺街走鬼檔創業起家,雖然好辛苦,但因為食物質素高,對客人親切有感情,加上儲落既客底令佢放膽創業進駐現在既新店,正式打開門做生意,亦多左班新客捧場。

如果真係要我推介必食既選擇,我會推介一定要試龍蝦,聖子,生蠔,扇貝,鰂魚,鹽燒海蝦,厚切牛舌,羊架,燒菠蘿同椰青,真係想依家即刻再返去Encore 多次。

第一次黎食野。。因為預先打去訂左位。。唔洗等。。同朋友一齊黎食。。入到去環境暗暗地。。幾好feel。。地下冇食物殘渣、冇積水、冇油。。侍應好好禮貌。。老闆又親切。。樣樣野都好好味,d海鮮係即開既,好新鮮,蒜蓉唔會蓋過鮮味,但又夠香,岩岩好!仲有個牛油金菇真係超級好味!但掛住唔記得影相😂記得食之前撈勻左先呀😁價錢方面其實一D都唔貴,比起出邊食海鮮既地方,大家都係新鮮開既,但呢度價錢比較出邊平。平時食野都唔會特登寫食評,但呢間店樣樣都岩我心水!一定要介紹俾大家!
