同朋友去旺角逛街,去餐廳食嘢傾計,朋友建議去食串燒野,喺通菜街附近有間串燒陣,見餐牌嘅串燒種類多,入去食嘢。串燒陣裝潢簡約,看到餐牌嘅串燒好吸引,每款都想點,同朋友揀了幾款串燒。燒五花腩肉串脂肪均勻,唔會太乾又有肉汁。燒虎皮青椒帶辣味道,清爽口感。燒絕味雞軟骨香酥又脆身,食唔停口。燒脆香雞雞肉嫩滑,必食之選。燒脆脆香燒賣燒賣燒得脆卜卜。脆皮芝士腸咬一口爆芝士,好正。燒雞中翼雞翼大隻,外脆內嫩。燒肥牛金菇卷肥牛味道濃郁,配金菇令口感好fresh。錫紙燒麻辣金菇麻香同味道帶少辣,好惹味。最啱我食係燒牛仔骨同燒羊架,加埋雞軟骨無得輸。串燒陣地址:旺角通菜街1號威達商業大廈地下M號舖

天氣涼涼地,又想約班朋友飲下食下慢慢傾計,於是就搵下有咩新餐廳,竟然俾我搵到有間新嘅串燒店串燒陣係地下舖,一啲都唔難搵,望下餐牌平時食開嘅種類都有,仲有唔少海鮮選擇,有鮑魚、花甲、大元貝,款式都幾多,價錢相宜食肉獸們先叫了安格斯牛仔骨同紐西蘭羊架,上面佈滿孜然粉,一嚟到已油香四溢,咬落一啲都唔韌仲有肉汁,牛仔骨牛味濃,羊架一啲都唔騷,而且都幾大件,大家都好滿意之後就上蒜蓉燒原條魷魚同八爪魚鬚,原條魷魚唔會燒到乾爭爭變香口膠,但我較喜歡八爪魚鬚,因為夠晒彈牙,加啲燒汁一齊燒,已經好夠味又唔過咸之後大家就扮下健康叫啲蔬菜類🤣叫咗四季豆,泰國秋葵同燒虎皮青椒,四季豆幾好咬口好啱送酒,秋葵燒完個質感冇咁黏液狀,平時怕食秋葵嘅朋友都覺得好食,而虎皮青椒我啱啱食到舊有少少辣,但好清爽好刺激🌶最後甜品叫咗燒朱古力香蕉,朱古力同香蕉一向係絕配,燒完嘅香蕉又香又甜糯,加埋朱古力醬完滿地滿足了我哋嘅甜品胃😚😚😚呢度嘅串燒種類繁多,真係要encore嚟多幾次再試下其他嘢食

之後就上蒜蓉燒原條魷魚同八爪魚鬚,原條魷魚唔會燒到乾爭爭變香口膠,但我較喜歡八爪魚鬚,因為夠晒彈牙,加啲燒汁一齊燒,已經好夠味又唔過咸

之後大家就扮下健康叫啲蔬菜類🤣叫咗四季豆,泰國秋葵同燒虎皮青椒,四季豆幾好咬口好啱送酒,秋葵燒完個質感冇咁黏液狀,平時怕食秋葵嘅朋友都覺得好食,而虎皮青椒我啱啱食到舊有少少辣,但好清爽好刺激🌶

今日過開旺角買袋俾人,見到呢間新開嘅串燒舖頭吸引咗我入去😎 佢最最最特別係炸鵪鶉蛋同醬燒豬頸肉,係其他串燒店都唔係成日見到有,嗰鵪鶉蛋外脆内軟,中意食蛋嘅我覺得好正💗其次就係佢嗰錫紙燒蒜蓉花甲同錫紙燒麻辣金針菇,呢啲始終都係出街食先夠野味🙈 好香😙仲有佢嗰脆香雞皮口感都好正💗 唔會覺得油膩,燒金菇肥牛卷控制得幾好,通常係屋企煎做唔到呢嗰效果,都要試下😍 其他雞軟骨、燒雞中翼、燒台灣腸、蒜蓉燒大大茄子、燒豆卜同墨魚丸就不過不失😌
